Lovely hotel. Great rooms. Everything you need. Quiet location and great breakfast

Nice location just 20-25 min walk or 10 min bus ride to the city centre. Very modern hotel, rooms are spacious, water replenished daily. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely, more like a pub menu though. Staff throughout were great!. Would definitely stay here again

Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Building was modern and clean. However, I asked if I could get a mini fridge put into the room. The staff said yes. The charge was €15. I was ok with that. However, the fridge was delivered to the room with a 2 pin power plug. As all hotel sockets were for 3 pin plugs, I went down to the reception and told them that the fridge could not operate without an adaptor. 2 reception staff then said, you have to pay an extra €6 for the adaptor. Personally, i think that's a bit ridiculous. Why charge visitors for the fridge that cannot be plugged in, and then follow up by charging them separately for the adaptor to make it eventually work? Apart from this odd setup, the hotel stay was great. But I still am confused with the fridge situation. If management have an answer for this, I would be very curious about their reasoning for such a policy.

We were on our honeymoon and I tried to reach out to the hotel multiple times to help do something special. They didn’t respond until the day before and I requested the 40euro package they offered and once we showed up, there was nothing there. We were then placed in a handicapped room that did not offer an enclosed shower. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. There was not a free breakfast which it seems most hotels in Europe do offer. And the worst part was the climate control does not go low nor does it stay on when it reaches the mediocre temperature. For what we paid for this room, I was severely disappointed.

Perfect location for a 3Arena event. Lovely hotel - very comfortable and clean. Would stay there again
