Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They all look so happy to be working there. Great vibe from all the staff. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent in the Restaurant. Highly recommend the caesar salad, the nicest I have ever had. Breakfast was exceptional. The choices were first class. Everyone catered for. I have stayed here before, but can definately say, that the service and staff has really excelled itself since my last visit. Great location. Best hotel to stay in if seeing a show in The Bord Gáis Theatre. Top Class 5 Stars all the way
