Very busy during the events nights - they should have parking for the hotel only - there are reserved parking stalls for the hotel guests but everyone parks in them as they don't look at licence plates. Had to walk a long way to get parking.

My room had a bad smell unfortunately. My room still had a carpet which probably caused the bad odor. I feel the hotel needs to renovate their rooms...and pull out all the carpets! Also...we only had paper-cups for drinking there was no glasses for drinking! I travel a lot and the hotels I have stayed had both paper and glass for beverages. Otherwise everything else seemed passable.

Lack of plastic or glass glasses other than cardboard coffee cups.Hotel alarm clock rang at midnight and 6 AM ruining sleep 2 nights. I finally took it to the front desk for the rest of our stay. Facial tissue ran out and staff took the recycled box but left no replacement. I phoned housekeeping in the evening, but no tissue delivered. For the price we were less than satisfied.

I was up all night due to the loudness from people yelling up and down the hallways till roughly 3:30 in the morning. Very unfortunate. Hotel was clean, but I found clumps of hair in my towel. I don’t know if I will stay here again.

I booked this room because it was listed as soundproof, but it was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear noise from outside and other rooms. When I complained to the hotel staff, the receptionist told me that there are no soundproof rooms in the hotel. This means the information on the booking site was false and misleading. I could have booked a cheaper room elsewhere if I had known the truth. This feels like a fraud and I am very disappointed with this experience. Please correct the listing and ensure honest information for future guests.

It was very good for the most part but our room had a very peculiar smell but me and my wife aren’t complainers so we just dealt with it. In hind site I wish I would have said something because it made sleeping very difficult

First time staying at this hotel. I booked a king bed suite. Checked in, staff was friendly. Went to my assigned room right after checking in and my key didn’t work, went down to reprogram the key. Went to room and someone was already staying there and it was a standard room. Had to go down again, was assigned another room after I reminded them that I booked a suite. I did get my suite and the room was nice and clean. But was a bit of an inconvenience. The clerk was friendly the third time I was there and kept saying sorry but the manager was NOT and never said sorry.

Only 1 person working at the front desk at time of check-in and told another employee went on her break and started at 3:00 pm. We checks in at approximately 5:45 pm. Took over 20 minutes waiting in line to check-in when this could have been made so much more efficient! Toilets are too low in room 209, bed quite uncomfortable and sheets/pillows gave me a reaction on my face due to the products used on the sheets. Room not worth the price of about $189 with taxes On checking out another guest swearing and yelling extensively with f-bombs in the hallways. Very uncalled for. Not a great stay.

I arrived to find a pizza delivery driver waiting in reception. The staff serving reception called me over, I said I was looking to check in. She told me to wait a moment. She made me stand there unnecessarily whilst she faffed around for 5 minutes trying to locate a guest who ordered the pizza! Then, she disappeared again. Then returned to answer the phone to a guest in a room who needed help. Meanwhile, I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. I was felt disrespected and it was clear to me that other guests took priority over me. I received a text to welcome me and to let me know I could reach out if I needed anything. I explained my initial frustrations and they did nothing to restore my faith in the company. That said, the room was quite nice and I liked the casino that was attached. If the staff on the front desk were more professional I would have had a good stay I’m sure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel looked a bit run down from the last time we visited. Aaltos was closed, and the casino restaurant had a broken oven, so food options were limited. Went to stop at playmakers but it was empty, and had a strange odor.

Lovely property that exceeded my expectations! Fabulous breakfast deal Mon-Fri $4.99 for classic breakfast (eggs, hashbrowns & bacon or three pancakes & two sausages. Best deal in town. All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous.

If you like gambling, its a great place. The onsite restaurant is really good, especially breakfasts and the buffet brunch on Sundays is something to behold. Very clean and great workout room

Decent rooms at a drcent price. Staff was frienfly and accommodating. Unfortunately onsite restaurant was closed due to renovations so had to go to the casino to grab breakfast and they don't open until 10

Breakfast . My husband ordered the $4.99 special, with pancakes. It was not busy, and it took almost an hour to arrive at our table. No one ever came to our table to explain the wait!! The other tables that came in after us got their breakfast. I had also ordered the special with eggs. They delivered both of ours, almost an hour later! No explanation! Really bad guest service.
