Pros. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, close to the forks. The floor we stayed at was quiet.Cons . My husband found the pillows uncomfortable. You have to pay for parking which we were not informed of. The pool and hot tub are not open and apparently they are not planning on opening them at all.

Good stay. Well located. Didn’t appreciate the charge for outdoor parking. Pool shut down permanently. Poor fitness room. Poor beds. I was in pain in the mornings. Great staff. Overall clean. Grounds a little run down. Good value for what you’re paying.

We had a very comfortable and roomy hotel room. Hottest water I have ever had anywhere with good pressure and instant arrival to the tap. Coffee at breakfast was really good. Excellent variety of foods. Cleaning up the area, the tables and the floor needed much more attention than it was given. The pool is permanently closed now. Very sad. We would certainly stay here again for the price and convenience.

Breakfast was pretty good. We were disappointed that the website advertises a pool, hot tub and Steam room yet these have been closed since 2020! Please update the website, we booked this hotel specifically for facilities listed as available that were not.

Expedia description of quotes include all taxes and fees is misleading. Going back to the web site, it says “parking available”. Be aware there is no mention of a charge for parking and that it is very limited at Humphry Inn. $12 per night and finally found space literally right next to the building parallel, such that if there was ever a vehicle fire it would be burning right by some guest or office window.

Website said they have a pool, which they do however it has been closed since 2020! Food options very limited. Stayed 2 nights and they only changed towels. Never made bed or swept up hair from bathroom floor. Room was dusty in places. Also, paying $12.50/night to park was unbelievable.

Decent place to stay. Nothing super special but the security in the parking lot made me feel good about my car staying safe. The breakfast included was decent enough. Not very sound proof in the rooms, but thankfully respectful neighbours when it was later out. Very close to The Forks market so you can just walk. (Weather permitting) All in all, would recommend.

My husband and I had a great stay, there were a few hiccups upon arrival but the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean, the hallways were clean and had a fresh smell and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was there was a left over coffee filter left in the coffee pot from a previous guest.

The hotel is in need of a refresh reno. We stayed for 4 days. We had the do not disturb out until 11am each day. Our room was never cleaned. On day 3 we asked for a set of clean towels. They never arrived.

It was much more run down than the pictures led on. I switched rooms upon check-in because the bedding looked dirty and there was a hair on the sheet by the pillows. I didn't trust it was clean, the second room seemed it was cleaned The breakfast was not good/very bare bones. I actually skipped it the second day. I would book elsewhere next time.

Booked online and reconfirmed reservation which was fine. Check in great. Hotel over all was decent but temperature was above warm. No ice machine working. Room A/C was not producing so room was uncomfortable & humid. Overall we managed. Breakfast was good.

The mattress in room 221 was of terrible quality, I could feel every spring. The furniture is showing a lot of wear and tear, the extra blanket felt as thou is was made of a thin layer of styrofoam.....The TV signal didn't work, luckily I had my phone to stream on. The 24 hour water and coffee were lukewarm at best.

Staff was great. Located close to The Forks and great walkable score. Very noisy because of constant trains and traffic. We didn’t mind but noise may be an annoyance for some. And property is old although very clean and maintained. Beds aren’t upgraded. Fine but not comfortable for a longer stay. And nice that breakfast was included!

Check in was smooth, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean which was great to see! Mattress could use an upgrade as it was old and we could feel the springs. Room was large with lots of space. Continental breakfast was mediocre. French toast was tasteless and hard. They did have toast, English muffins and bagel options. Also, I wish hotels would spend a little extra on coffee. Coffee here I would not recommend drinking, I don’t remember the name. It was close and within walking distance to everything we needed downtown which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere.

My room was at the end of the building adjacent to a night club with a live band until 2am. Good thing I was exhausted from travelling all day. Breakfast lounge was average at best. No eggs.

Very Disappointing Stay – No Sleep at All We couldn’t sleep the entire night because someone was making loud noise in the hallway nonstop. It went on for hours and no one did anything about it. We tried calling Reception multiple times, but no one answered — it was just silent. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. It felt very unprofessional and honestly, a bit weird. Definitely not staying here again.

Sink kept gurgling and burping all night, got a terrible sleep because of it. The next morning it backed up with brown water and would go down and come back. Made it impossible to get ready. The maintenance guy said they had problems a few days prior and the lady tried to blame the city, on a second floor sink, nice try. When I went down to check out and see if we could get something off the bill the girl just shrugged her shoulders, said sorry and stared at me.

This hotel was well maintained and my room was spotless. Very friendly and helpful staff made my stay in sub-zero Winterpeg a pleasant one. Block heater plugins in the parking lot!! (I always travel with a block heater extension in the winter...)

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. It was in a great area, very walkable. But the breakfast was hot garbage. They advertise a "hot buffet breakfast" but the options were severely limited and the food was not good. It was not fresh and tasted like it had been prepared several days before; the bacon was the microwaveable ready made "bacon product" and the "French toast" was quite hard.
