City Waters was a very comfortable place to stay, with separate kitchenette containing microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The motel was near the Swan River, and also within the free travel zone in central Perth.

This trip was our first use of City Waters Perth, as I had always considered it unacceptable due to its appearance. However, this trip was urgent, and accommodation was needed. With low expectations, we checked in and found the staff to be friendly enough and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet making sleeping easy. I will look to stay there again.

Older type 1970’s. In need of refurbishment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed’s, air conditioning. Fabulous location and a great price with full kitchen, shower over bath. Very helpful staff.

The property was not well maintained. The fridge was on but freezer was full of ice and anything left in the fridge ivernight was warm. The drains were smelly. Loud conversations outside our unit went on until 3am.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the photos and descriptions! The room smelled like old carpet and was quiet dirty. I arrived with my 2 children we felt quite unsafe. People were drinking and being quite loud. We ended up not staying. I have asked for a refund but the receptionist was not willing to give me a refund nor a partial refund... It was a quiet stressful experience as we had to find another hotel after a long travel day:(

Dirty grotty filthy. Bring a pair of flip flops because the shower is disgusting grotty. Cutlery & crockery in kitchen is lacking. We stayed 7-8 days, toilet paper & towels were not resupplied.

The ground floor room was spacious and separate kitchen is a bonus. Bathroom is modern and fresh, but shower mouldy around the base and no shelf to put soap, etc. Another downside was lots of noise from all directions - sounded like kids in a playground above us. That ceased quite late, but other noises happened throughout the night. There was also a lot of light coming in from outside which, added to the noise, made for a sleepless uncomfortable night. Good to have parking outside, but very tight. This place is really just an average motel.close to the CBD.

The bed was very comfortable, pillows were great.just bathroom needs better cleaning along with kitchen as there's dirt/dust. Blinds DEFINITELY NEED block out curtains as I couldn't sleep because of the light coming through. Parking option was great and convenient.

Friendly check-in staff. This is an older building but the rooms have been renovated and in comparison to recent 4 star hotels I've stayed at the room might not be to luxury standards but was modern and actually in better condition. The skirting boards mustn't be on the cleaner's list as the tops are quite dusty, made obvious because everything else was so clean. Room had everything you need and was quiet.

It was a nice laid back, relaxed, down to earth motel, right in the city. Staff were lovely. Parking is limited but safe. Very happy overall. Will stay again.

Noisy at night, no milk for coffee, there was a car was parked across the front of our doorway, and it took a full week to get our bond refunded which is ridiculous - considering the next hotel had the credit card hold on our bond released within 2 hours. So not happy with how long the bond was held

Toilet and shower are running loudly and continuously. The room is spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at late check in. Office opens at 10:30 in the morning too late to be helpful.

The property suited us at the time as we were both recovering from covid and the location allowed us the get out in the fresh air in Langley Park. Walking distance from places that we were able to visit during our convalescence. The kitchenette met our expectations
