Great affordable place for a long stay and the pool is great! However the rooms are starting to look dated and maintenance has cut corners everywhere (i.e. sink drainage, hot tap is the cold tap, squeaky doors, smelly couch, bathroom fan inadequate, fly wire with big holes and gaps in the window frames, electronic door lock broke 3 times)…. New bathrooms make up for some of this as does the quality room service on days 4 and 7 and we really appreciated the new frypan we received upon request. Major issue with the hotel is they still embrace smoking, providing every room with an ashtray to use on the balcony. Unfortunately this meant we couldn’t leave our windows open and fresh air was a serious issue as many neighbours seemed to chain smoke. Hotel needs to get into the 21st century here and only allow smoking in designated areas. Other disappointments included the spa being out of action for nearly 2 weeks, being denied a late checkout after a four week stay (10am is early), pool cold, 4x gas hot water systems in poorly ventilated areas near the front doors……but we actually really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of a decent fridge, oven, washer and dryer, and semi secure parking warrants a solid 8/10.

Disappointed with maintenance noise outside both the front and back of our apartment. There was major noisy work being done on the pool and noisy electrical work on the front wall outside our apartment. We were only notified of the major pool upgrades AFTER we made the booking and were not informed of the noisy drilling that was occuring on the front wall of our 3 bed apartment. Staff were not very helpful or friendly upon arrival and departure...

What a gem 💎 Spacious room with great amenities. Bathroom has wonderful rain shower and even has washing machine and dryer. Great big pool 🙌 And very friendly front office staff. Loved my stay; felt like a home-away-from-home stay. Also excellent to have undercover parking plus plenty of street parking. And lots of fab cafes and restaurants nearby. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Nice with lots of green in between rooms, feel more like you live in town house apartments. Our room was with the loft, plenty of space for family. Spa, Sauna, swimming pool are bounus extras to make our stay enjoyable. 24hors IGA is within walking distance, the area is easy to go around.

Friendly staff, undercover secure parking for our motorbikes, spacious apartment, spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. Soap powder supplied. Quiet with good soundproofing, considering it is right next to the freeway. Close to shops for cooking supplies. Outside patio area.

We really enjoyed this place as it was central to our stay in Perth it had great facilities and plenty of room for 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment We attended the state of origin at Optus Stadium which was close enough to Broadwater resort

Location is ideal and central to all other suburbs (easy access via various routes) and easy to get to. The room wasn’t cleaned that great, found items under the beds and i believe the duration of the stay determines use of housekeeping - ie. stays over 4 days will find no housekeeping, no replacement of linen, towels, toilet paper or bin liners unless you ask at reception. Otherwise it is a very decent accommodation :)

Fabulous location! Right near Como Jetty & Beach, The Karalee on Preston (for the best steak sandwich & crumbed lamb cutlet in WA) & Wild Lime Cafe (for cheap but exceptional early-morning coffee). The apartment was clean & well-appointed with a big bathroom, washer & dryer. Large balcony too. Above all efficient & friendly staff.

The place was clean and neat from the apartment to the compound and swimming pool. More dusting of wardrobes and the balcony. Should look into having AC in the bedrooms for hot nights and a better curtain or blind to keep the morning light out of the bedroom.

Area outside the rooms & steps were quite dirty. Stayed 4 nights & never got cleaned. Front desk staff were quite friendly. We complained about a suspicious person knocking on my door & entering the property when we opened the gate after hours with our cards. A few other quests did as well but no feedback or reassurance given. Also one evening had a strange visit from “security” saying my sister was waiting for me at the gate. He didn’t have any name of the person. Asked him to go & get the name but never came back. Management was supposed to check the security camera but again no feedback. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

On our first stay a week before for about 4-5 days. The stay was wonderful. Better then we expected. The check out was amazing when I met a young lady who was so cheerful and gave out such positivity, that I felt the rest of the day driving down to Margaret River. On our second stay, the fault came when we were checking out and a young guy with a samurai pony tail wannabe hipster gave me a look that said, “you don’t belong here”. I don’t know you and that look you gave me was reprehensible. You may not have meant it or you may not be that person but boy it sure came across at such when I returned my keys. It’s such a waste that all that effort and good impressions was blown by a guy who was the last contact of our almost wonderful stay.

What lovely staff at reception. They accommodated our needs due to health condition. Would recommend this resort as cheaper than inner city and bus stop is right outside. Apartment had everything we needed and nice pool area for relaxing .

This was a fantastic location for our one week stay in Perth. The apartment was well-equipped, with a great shower, and we had enough in the kitchen to cook what we wanted. There was a bus stop nearby which meant we could get to the city or anywhere else we wanted to go quite easily. And just around the corner is WA’s number one IGA which had a great range of goods, including ready to eat meals. It was a great base for a stay in a beautiful city.
