I booked this property because it had a lift. We are travelling with folding bikes and need to store them in our room. The lift only goes to level 4 and our room was on level 5. That is the only detracting feature of this property

This is one of those fully automated check-in hotels. There was no one at the lobby/reception. Since check-in is at 3 pm, getting there any earlier will not allow you to get a room. There are lockers in the lobby but they were all full when we arrived at 10 a.m. Nice rooms, spacious, and clean. About a 10 minute walk to the train station.

This was one unusual hotel experience! It is totally self-serve so we saw no hotel staff at all, only other guests as we passed in the hallway. Since we arrived early, we proceeded to the hotel (just a few blocks from the train station) to store our bags in their free lockers. We returned after 3pm to check into our room using their easy check-in station to find our booking and create keycards. Note that once we booked our room we received an email outlining the check-in process, the luggage storage options, info about parking (there is none) and room cleaning (for a fee, scheduled in advance), how to access the free wi-fi, and other rules and information. Once checked in, our key card provided access to the hotel proper. Our room was accessible via elevator or stairs. It was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us for two nights. We would not hesitate to use EasyHotel again!

En general está bien, es limpio muy cerca de la estación central, todo renovado. Mi único problema es que el check era a las 3pm y al llegar no estaba lista mi habitación. Nos tocó esperar 2 horas y 15 minutos para que nos entregaran la llave y subir. Nos tocó nivel 5 y solo llegaba el elevador al piso 4. Llevamos carruaje, maleta grande y fue difícil subir el último piso. En general si lo recomiendo.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr dreckig - viele Haare im Badezimmer an der Türe und in der Dusche. Das Bett war leider auch mit Haaren und andere unidentifizierbaren Rückständen belegt. Für Anfang Dezember habe ich nochmals eine Buchung in dem Hotel und möchte diese gerne stornieren - können Sie mir bitte helfen?

De um forma geral o hotel é bom. Boa localização, gostei da facilidade do self check in e instalações novas. Deixou a desejar a limpeza do hotel. Quando chegamos no quarto o chão do banheiro e do quarto estavam bem sujos, dava para ver os cabelos. A limpeza da roupa de cama também é razoável.

Convenient to the Zurich main station and only 10 in walk to the river and then on to the old town. It is a basic hotel but the rooms are clean and cozy. Sound proofing is an issue as you can hear everything from the room next door and the hall ways and we were woken a few times. The lack of on site staff means that little things like not having enough pillows can't be addressed. The little desk area was cute but the stool impractical to sit at for any period of time. A few little changes could make the experience much better but it was fine for what it was. As advertised would be a good description.

Convenient as cheap for a weekend stay, and the bed/shower facilities were adequate for the purpose. However it was summer in Zurich, there is no air conditioning only a collection of desk fans left on each floor by the lift, if you miss out you don't have one. My fan broke on night 2 and I had zero sleep due to needing to window open and constant noise from properties opposite, with people partying on rooftops until 4am, which is when I left after no sleep to get the train to the airport.

Rummet var fräscht, men toalettdörren var inte en dörr utan mer en glasskiva av frostat glas. Ventilationen i rummet var inte anpassat för att man skulle duscha eller spendera tid i rummet. Det blev väldigt dålig och fuktig luft direkt. Sängen var verkligen onaturligt hård och det var väldigt lyhört i rummet. Vi kunde höra grannrummet kolla på tv och vi väcktes av ett dunkande ljud som hissen gav ifrån sig när den användes. Det var fräscht och till ett bra pris, men jag skulle absolut inte rekommendera att bo här.

Sehr einfaches Hotel. Sehr sauber und modern. Bett für ein Doppelzimmer sehr klein 140*200. Keine tägliche Reinigung inkludiert. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Das nächste Mal würde ich mehr ausgeben- Pleite ist man nach ein paar Tagen Zürich ohnehin...

Great location, clean basic and fine. Alexandra was lovely and answered the phone, checking quickly if I had left my headset. Great service with a skeleton crew. Minor detail was the radiator thermostat in 408 did not switch off the radiator, so to stay cool enough windows needed to be open which made noise from the neighbourhood a bit of a challenge.

This hotel is around 7 minutes walk from the train station. Although we had an early check in with additional cost. We had to wait so long to do this and there are no seats to wait. They have free lockers (8 when we were there) you can use if you need. No staff in the area although bending machines are available. Coffee and snacks can be ordered. This hotel is not far from the shopping centre and old town. Loads of restaurants and shops. Water fountains are found everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the location was excellent and the place was overall clean, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay. First, I was surprised to learn about a €25 housekeeping fee that wasn’t communicated upfront. When I requested just two clean towels, I was told it would cost €25 — which felt excessive for such a basic request. Additionally, the sink in my room wasn’t draining properly. I reported the issue on the first day, but it was never resolved during my entire stay. The hotel also appears to lack proper air conditioning. My initial room was uncomfortably hot. When I brought this up, they moved me to another room that had AC and a fan, which I appreciated — but it’s something that should have been clarified earlier. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the unexpected fees, poor maintenance, and unclear amenities made the experience less than ideal.

This hotel only thinks of how to save its cost without any consideration of the travelers’ needs, convenience or comfort. The self check in machine went wrong when I checked in and the only way u could do is to call the hotline which is costly for a foreign traveler. The hotline staff could not understand the issue and failed to give clear instructions of how to sort it out. Will definitely not stay in this hotel group anymore.

you get what you pay for, rooms were ok. bed not the comfiest but did ok for 1 night. Dont try checking in before 3pm unless you are willing to pay extra. the indian next door is very exspensive...!

Overall, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is in good location. There are lots of restaurants around, the nearest tram stop is just 2 mins away, and the main train station and city centre is just about 5-10 mins walk. It is self-check in which is actually pretty straight forward. You can call the number provided in the lobby if you need assistance but make sure you have call credits for Switzerland, hehe. The only downside is that there is no air-conditioning which we needed since our visit is during summer, though they provided a mini fan but still a bit hot - gets a little bit cooler during the night though. There are no cabinets for your things/clothes as well.
