Staff were all very nice and helpful. We found the bed uncomfortable & neither of us slept well (too firm without enough support), but that's a personal opinion. The main issue we had was that the food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast wasn't all that great. It looks good, but both of us chose the Ravioli for dinner and both of us found it was stuck together on the bottom and hasn't cooked through properly. For breakfast on both days, the scrambled egg was cold despite being in the warming trays with the lids on & the boiled eggs (my second choice) was dried out and overcooked. The hotel looks amazing & the staff was trying, but attention to detail didn't keep up with expectations I'm afraid.

A brand new hotel which truly deserves the „Grand Hotel“ title. Perfect staff. Location directly at central Station (which is, however, a 20 min Walk to the Main Square in the old town).
