Pool was lively but a bit small, gym wouldve been 10x better with a bench, staff couldve been nicer, arcade was old and multiple games were out of order and pool table was ripped and air hockey machine smelt bad. Other than tgar, it wasnt bad.

With stay on the top floor and only one elevator in function it was a hassle waiting for 5-10 min each time for the elevator which could accommodate max 6 people other than this it was a good stay.

Don’t waste your money at the one one Stanley ave Niagara Falls Canada. The pool water is disgusting never cleaned. Way too much chorine and the pool itself is deteriorating. My child sliced two of her toes and another lost a toenail. Absolutely no fridges in any of the rooms. The arcade is a joke. Nothing works but they don’t tell you that before buying tokens. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their money there.

There were all sorts of taxes added to the bill, including 20.00 per day for parking. These fees added over 50.00 to the booking price listed on the website. Very deceitful.

No hot tub for cooler weather and pool was freezing. Parking cost extra which is ridiculous for one night stay at a high cost should be included of state them apon confirming. Room was clean and decent which was great.

The hotel was clean, there was a lot of facilities, specially if you go with kids. (pool, game room) Stuff was friendly. We arrived in morning, and they let to park the car over there even if we checked-in only at 4 pm.

The first room they put my daughter and I in had feces on the bed , large stains on the floor and stains and dirt all over the chair, there was also rotten fruit on the floor beside the bed, the wall paper was peeling and the walls were full of dust . When I called front desk and informed the manager of this all he said was " unexeptable and he will send someone up with keys for a new room. The desk girl that came up did apologize however although the next room was cleaner the walls there also had dust all over them and I had a coffee maker that didn't work. The manager apparently sent me a message that I didn't receive and when I checked out he gave me a 50% discount on the room for the first night only which was the cheaper of two nights. There was no microwave and they don't even offer coffee in the lobby only the stuff they give you in your room. I booked this room for my daughte and I to have a long over due mother daughter weekend for her 13th Birthday and sadly we were very disappointed and over charged !! I am

While this hotel has 2 things that are most important to me - safety & comfortable beds, it missed the 3rd - cleanliness. Overall it was reasonably clean, but as soon as we got into our room at 7pm after driving all day, I went straight to the bathroom and found urine in the toilet and dried on the seat. I just don’t know how this could’ve been missed by housekeeping. I was absolutely exhausted and had sanitising wipes so I took care of it myself, but after the dismissive response I got at checkout when I was asked how my stay was, I wish I’d made a big deal about it which it deserved. There wasn’t even “we’ll comp the parking” ($20 - which is outrageous considering it’s a tiny, unsecure car park that is largely used to store 40’ containers and not guest’s cars and there was a homeless person hanging out there smoking). There was a hole in the actual bed spread as well as the sheets and the aircon was crazy noisy no matter what setting it was on. I very rarely leave a unfavourable review but I feel I always leave fair reviews and this is as fair as it gets.

I didnt get a chance to stay at the hotel. Upon arrival i was informed i was relocated to a different hotel depsite the fact that i called 3 hours prior and was told my room would be ready at 330. Not booking at this hotel ever again

Our welcoming exceeded our expectations. Was given brief information on things going on around the city for instance the falls being lit up. Dining options attractions with coupons were provided. Definitely impressed.

For whatever reason the Ramada wasn’t able to put us up for our stay in Niagara Falls. They arranged for us to stay at a different hotel. It was nice but the one thing they didn’t have was the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the reasons we had selected the Ramada.

We arrived and were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The manager Tim even came out and made us feel at home by offering to assist in any way throughout our stay. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would Highly recommend this to friends and Family. Thanks Again to Tim and his staff!

The hotel is good and the amenities are nice, but the location of the hotel was unsafe, due to the many drug users all around the area of the hotel. I understand that this is outside of the Hotel’s control, but the area felt unsafe. I suggest increasing CCTV presence, especially in the parking lot, as it currently does not completely cover the lot and I was scared for my car.

The room was clean and always smelled amazing. Most of the staff were very helpful, one almost made us lose late checkout by not putting it in our booking, thankfully we double checked with other staff. The jet tub is a good size, fits two people. Rooms are well insulated, couldn't hear other guests. Happy with our stay.

Our room was very clean with good comfortable beds, lots of pillows and clean, fresh bedding. The bathroom was well equipped with clean towels and good bathroom amenities. The only thing we missed was a cup of good fresh coffee to be available free in the morning - not the not-so-good coffee from a make-it-yourself-machine that did not taste good. People really want a good cup of coffee in the morning.
