The property is in a nice location but on the outskirts of the village. The attached restaurant is very good and the bike rental shop helpful as well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful but the building could use some work - jacuzzis were not working during our stay.

Everything was great, other than the parking! Absurdly expensive price to park at a premium hotel. Over 30 dollars per day is insane outside of a large metropolitan area. The parking should be included in the room price.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Village. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive anywhere. The hotel has a great inddor/outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs! We enjoyed our stay.

Pool was under repair 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Kids were really disappointed, there were options to use their pool nearby but night swim and hot tub was difficult. Overall it was disappointing

The room was quite nice with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. The AC was horribly loud and we had to turn it off overnight. One elevator was out of action all weekend making for long waits to get to the underground car park.

One of the elevators was out of service on a busy weekend so that was a major inconvenience given the long waits and crowded single elevator. Parking was close by and reasonable.

We love the Delta for location and we appreciate the washer/dryer in room for ski clothes. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were great. We were disappointed the there were issues with the pool and hot tubs during our stay. We used them a couple times. But a few days they weren’t heated and we couldn’t use them.

The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!

Spacious rooms. We came at a busy time so they were low on cleaning/housekeeping staff. Our space was not cleaned throughout. Had to ask several times for towels and to get garbage removed. Sofa and chairs had previous spill stains on them and were itchy to sit on.

I usually never post any comments but this time I have to. Beside a really friendly staff, we unfortunately found a towel with poop on it at our arrival in the room, dead bugs at the window (had to requested two times to clean the windows), AC broken (we had to change room in the middle of the night), only one elevator (out of 2) worked (during the long weekend of August) and of course no parking or breakfast included. For 500 CAD for a night we are not expecting fancy but just clean…but the poop on the towel was really the worst

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with suggesting alternative activities as the gondolas were closed. The bed and pillows were firm (wish there were softer pillow options). The balcony door doesn't have a screen - we wanted to keep the door open, but there were some wasps flying around, so the door stayed closed. The balcony door could also be wiggled open, even when locked, which made us a bit uneasy. Some updates are needed, but the convenient location and supportive staff were great.

The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful

Walls are paper thin and can hear toilets and conversations in other rooms. Room 1414/1416, a 2 bedroom suite, was like 2 separate rooms with an adjoining door- extremely awkward layout. The 2nd bedroom with 2 singlebeds had only 1 lamp to the side of one of the beds. The second bed had NO lamp and there was no overhead light in the room. The noise from the bar in the next building that we looked onto was unbearable until 03:00. The umbrella provided by the hotel was broken. It was my worst hotel experience in Whistler ever. I go at least twice/yr and thought Id try a different hotel. But would not recommend thos one. There are much better hotels to stay at.

It was my first time staying at the Delta Marriott in Whistler. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. In particular Mathew & Rafael were outstanding from the hotel staff. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are very prompt and take pride in their work. The rooms were very clean and the common areas well kept. Checking in was smooth. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is right in the middle of the village with lots of shopping nearby. The 2 bedrooms suite is good for family with kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. But the TV in our room didn’t work for almost 3 nights that we stayed there. We had to come to front desk multiple times to ask them to send someone to fix it. Then TV worked for a few hours and it stopped working again. The maintenance guy did not even know why the TV kept doing that. And the worst part is that the front desk would not offer to move us to different room until our last night. Very disappointed for a Marriott hotel

The staff when I checked in was extremely rude and continued to give me a very hard time why I didn’t let them know I had a dog coming. I told her I called and was on hold for over an hour and no one picks up the phone. It will be the last time I come and stay at the delta whistler. The room blindes at stains in them and a hole in them. Even when I booked this we put down we were here for my birthday when booking and nothing mentioned at it checking in except just talking to me in a manner no one should be talked to.

We waited for over 30 min to check in because of long lineups…. had to park illegally in order to get somewhere close to the entrance for valet parking. One ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work and the front desk staff had no idea that there was only one. Room staff knew it was broken but didn’t offer to fetch any. After 20 minutes of running around and 1 hr of waiting for an ice delivery…we checked out. Hallways stunk…waited ages for an elevator and finally took the stairs. Not worth $2,200 for a 2 bedroom suite for ONE NIGHT! They even charge for morning coffee! This was a Christmas bucket list trip. Terrible!!

The property is super convenient to restaurants within the village. The shuttle was a great bonus to get to the ski hills quickly. And the service to store the skis by the lockers by the mountain worked perfectly!

Hotel is very nice and in one of the best locations in the village, a few steps from everything the village has to offer. Rooms were very noisy from drunk or inconsiderate guests given the proximity to bars/restaurants etc. You can hear every single conversation from others around you, and it's even worse when they're drunk, yelling, swearing etc. We were traveling with a toddler who sleeps at 9pm and were they were constantly awoken by other guests yelling in the hall to their friends in other rooms etc. The hotel seems to have very little control over this and the corridor walls to hallway seem very poorly constructed. We did call the front desk several times without answer and then went down to speak with someone directly. The hotel tried to remedy this by sending someone to check and leaving a note for the guests and also comp'd our parking. Which I appreciate. I don't say this to be critical but just for others if they travel with young families to be aware of. It was a bit more noisy inside the hotel itself than other hotels and resort areas where I've stayed before.

Great location. Great size unit. Some maintenance needed as door to one bedroom had to be slammed to close and AC was incredibly loud. Also I accept the charge for two bottles of wine that was in a basket in the living room but there was no indication of a cost and thought it was complimentary. It should be more clearly labelled.

Ended up in a one bedroom suite that seemed to be handicap accessible, but not the room type I requested, and no other options to choose from: no furniture for clothes, no vanity in the bathroom, and no base cabinets in the kitchen. The cabinets were falling apart and there were stains/water marks on the ceiling. Disappointing for a Marriott property and not worth the price. Location was good and on-site restaurant was great. Hot tubs and pool were a plus.
