Located in the heart of Whistler village. Overall nice and clean property. Our washroom was bit too small. No cupboard, no microwave and no safe. Maybe they have other better rooms. Parking was another issue, no parking was available at the property, so have to park in a public parking lot which is luckily very close and free between 5pm to 8am. Public parking is very cheap but gets fill up very quickly.

Loved the view and perfect location right in Whistler Village! The lobby even opens right into the heart of it! Parking was a bit confusing, but staff were very helpful over the phone. The main downside was the hot tub & lack of amenities. The hot tub was open when we arrived but closed that evening with no notice, and when we asked about alternatives, one worker was quite rude & short with us. With limited amenities and an outdoor pool, it was disappointing since we were visiting in the fall. Thankfully, another staff member the next day was kind and made up for it. The hotel is a bit dated but cozy and homey. Overall, a cute spot for a little Whistler trip, in the center of the beautiful village!

No hotel parking left available, but easy to park just outside the front desk to off load our gear before parking in the public lot about 200m away. Great location for those wanting to be first in line up the gondola for sightseeing or or ski. Front desk and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful with check-in, TV setup, extra masks… Very disappointing that the hot tub was closed—our only reason for this visit to Whistler was to rest and I was planning to spend time relaxing there. There is an elevator and ramps to Room 309, but a bit challenging figuring out how to get down the hallways. The suite is bright with lots of windows facing north toward the mountain. Nice to have a balcony—I put the two chairs under cover, out of the rain, so that the next guests could enjoy them. Layout with the queen bed in the loft was odd: without a safe place to put a glass of water if there were two persons sharing the one bed. It was odd to only have the ledge on one side of the bed for a phone or small book. No space for a water glass. ANGRY the bottom sheet was tucked in to NOT cover the bottom 40cm of the bed. Extra work for the guests to remake the bed. Nice assortment of fluffy white towels. Full-sized shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no hand soap for the bathroom sink so out shower gel in the empty soap dish. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with mini fridge, hot plate, kettle, place settings, coffee/tea fixings. Not enough electrical plugs throughout.

The staff is friendly and helpful, because I only stayed for two nights, I didn't really need room service; which was good because I understand they were slow. Location is great, but the rooms need to be upgraded; showers only, no working fan in the bathroom, heater really didn't have a middle ground, so you need to turn it on and off, freezer area needed to be defrosted, ice machine was broken, and hot tub was not working.

The location is infront of the village and close to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tubs was at a different location. Room did not have direct access to elevator and prepare to climb stairs. Really affordable and great location, but you get what you pay for. Small, warm rooms. Tiny lobby that gets really crowded at check-in. Very limited parking options for luggage drop off. Walls in the shower were a little dirty. Hotel just seems old and a little run down. But the price is right and the location is perfect. Staff were also friendly.

Very nice property. Friendly staff, nice area. The dishes in the kitchen had some food stuck to some of the cutlery and pots, and the vent in the bathroom was very dusty and should be cleaned more often.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was not as clean as it should be. The couch was very dirty, had to lay towels on it to be able to sit down. The vent in the bathroom above the sink, you could tell it had never been cleaned. It was full of caked on dust. I left some kleenex on the dresser, they were not even picked up. The location is prime, but unfortunately i would not reccommend it because of the cleanliness issue.

It's a good location and the staff was great but the room was really strange. There were literally no flat surfaces to put food/drink or anything else except for the floor (yuck). No table, no chairs, no counter space, not even a coffee table so it made our stay very awkward.

Has an interesting floor plan,extremely cramp set up of the loft bedroom, only one side of the bed is accessible. Feels like sleeping on top of a bunk bed & you can hit your head on the ceiling if you sit up on your bed. Definitely would not recommend for tall people. The unit itself looks like it’s been renovated but quality of the job is really sub par. The unit is pretty clean,staff are nice & location is quite central & close to the lift. It’s also nice to have a mini kitchen & $ rate is great, thru Expedia.

If you want 50 foot high ceilings and a super small room this is for you. Literally could make a two story room and at least made the bathroom larger to where you are no showering and using the toilet at the same time. For the price not worth it. Location was good and bed was fine.

There was only one side to enter the bed meaning one person had to crawl over the other or the other person had to get out of the be. The loft stairs turned twice which meant some of the stairs were triangle shaped. The stair well was steep and narrow. Dangerous, especially if you had to go downstairs to use the washroom in the middle of the night. Never stay there again.

Property definitely showing some wear. I don’t recommend the loft rooms. Stairway is steep and perilous, small amount of useful space in bedroom bath or living roomdespite being listed as having 100 ft.² more than their regular room. Recommend the regular queen room instead.

The unit was very poor there was no sm table or even a chair or a couch. Just 1 big round chair that was very difficult for 2 people to try and crawl up into & sit togeyjer and it dipped into the middle. Definetly beeded to be replaced with something newet and more practical We come to whistler every winter for a couple days and this was the first timr weve had a unit like this one. Awful for the cost we pd. Very dissappoibted

Nice little older hotel. Great location. Staff are super helpful and friendly. However the room was EXTREMELY loud at night. First you hear all the noise from the restaurant patio and then all the people leaving the bars. So loud we couldn’t sleep. If you stay here don’t get a room looking into the village stroll.

The hotel is really well positioned to walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The challenge is it is so well positioned that it is really noisy at night and there in no double glazing, hence we were lying awake at 2am with loads of noise right outside our window. The staff are amazing and always helpful. The hotel actually puts ear plugs next to the bed (not sure why they don't install double glazing).

This is a good option for a one night stay in whistler. Price is reasonable compared to surrounding hotels. Really close to gondola and right on Village Stroll. Deluxe room was a decent size and clean. Halls are showing their age. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the noise. It’s right next door to the pod hotel which is party central and you can hear late night revelers. The hotel does provide earplugs so consider that if you’re a light sleeper.

At check in, I was asked to fill out a form. It was very dark in the little lobby and I could not see to fill it out. I asked the attendant for help but he told he he could not do it because it was against company policy. I hate to think what would have happened if I had been completely blind. Very poor attitude and not very friendly. Otherwise the stay was lovely with a GREAT attached restaurant.

Good location and nice historical building. Stairwell up from parking lot could use regular cleaning. Overall good building being an older one but could most of all use tlc when it come to fixing up things like plumbing. Having said that is this a situation where it is hard to get help?
