We stayed 8 days at Pan Pacific and we were all really impressed with the service, cleanliness, breakfast options, and comfort! The staff all went above and beyond from front desk, breakfast, room attendants, and bell service! The room was spacious and had everything you needed to cook meals in room! The location was great to access everything in Whistler Village. The access to the ski locker at sister hotel was perfect for storing everything needed for mountain. The hotub was amazing after a full day of skiing and the added touches of snacks at the apres ski was perfect. We loved out stay and will definitely sta again next time in Whistler. They still only had one elevator working which didn’t bother us, as we just used the stairs. And I was nervous about the breakfast that included, but they were plenty of hot options available, along with fresh pastries, fruit and a coffee machine and juices! It was a great added touch to not have to go out for breakfast! Thanks Pan Pacific for making Christmas at Whistler magical!

First impression was underwhelming. For the price paid, the lobby was small and poorly appointed (couch, but no end tables, so if you're waiting for someone, you have to place your coffee on the floor) front desk staff were professional, personable and polite, the Manager seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed when we approached her with our concerns. She was ineffective at conveying care and concern. Only one elevator to serve 8 floors during peak season. All guests were very vocal about the extremely long waits for the elevator with all their gear. Elevator is improperly programmed, so calling the elevator from the lobby has you going on a milk run down to P4, and calling the elevator from the 6th floor has you collecting people from the 8th. Felt sorry for the folks in robes and slippers shoulder to shoulder with chilly folks coming off the hill with snow on their boots. Hot tub was under temperature with an abundance of revolting scum indicating unbalanced water. The spa serves as a hallway to the pool, so I could hear screaming children during my massage. No on site restaurant. One gym at their sister property was undersized to serve two hotels. Seemed like an after thought, with 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbells with missing weights in the sequence, and 10 sq ft of space to do your work. Bolt missing in bench made it unsafe to use, and Frank Sinatra playing was awful gym ambience. Robes were so small that it was tight on my 5ft frame and my husband couldn't use it.

We glad we picked this hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed their free breakfast and coffee, tea and even milk in the lobby. Location is perfect for walking everywhere, close to a lot of nice stores and restaurants and bike rentals. We stayed in two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit that had everything we needed including tea kettle. We enjoyed the spa with sauna and hot tub outside. Only wish that the pool temperature was warmer. Overall I would stay there again!

This property is in an excellent location very well kept with lots of nice enemies. I gave it a lower mark I’m property conditions because One of the two elevators is not operational and apparently has been that way for months. One Sunday am we waited almost 20 minutes to go up to the room.

This was an amazing stay. Excellent service, apres, bar, restaurant, hot tub, breakfast, cleanliness, location! Short walk to the mountain but could leave our skis and poles in the lockers provided slopeside (@ Pan Pacific Mountainside) Also could access the slopeside hot tub and pool and gym, which were nice benefits. And Pan Pacific Whistler Village had the added benefit of being closer to the bus depot, so we didn't require a taxi which we would have if we had stayed at the Mountainside location. VERY CUSH! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite at no charge which was a nice surprise! The only downside was the size of the fitness facility and it was located on the Mountainside part. We will definitely go back!

Excellent stay on the 8th floor. Kitchen well equipped, pool/hot tub/sauna relaxing and clean and even had a fantastic massage at the spa. Only challenge was the 1 elevator working so we took stairs 50% of the time but didn’t mind the extra steps.

Room was falling apart maintence had to come and fix our door lock…didn’t lock properly, heat was cranked to 23 and couldn’t turn it down even after I called front desk 2 times they said it’s being worked on but wouldn’t have it fixed while we were there told us to open a window. one elevator working. Left my hat in the room when we checked out and I called twice to let them know and front desk said they would try to find it but has not called me back either time. Carpets in the hallways all stained and gross. Trashy hotel

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Our room--an upper floor suite-- was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean (though starting to show a bit of wear and tear). We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre from Oct 2-6. We had a spacious yet cozy feeling 2 bdrm suite that fulfilled all our needs and a wonderful mountain and village view from the huge living room windows. Staff was exceptional and extremely friendly on all our dealings. Parking was abit tight so we chose the valet parking, just a few bucks extra to have someone else deal with the hassle of the underground garage! The location was perfect, on the edge of the village, very convenient and just minutes walking away from all the village eateries. Breakfast was also included at this hotel, and was not available at many others. It was not a huge selection but at least was something we didn't have to pay for! We always felt safe as we were in the village environment. It was my birthday and management left me a delicious bottle of red wine! My husband played golf a few times up at the Fairmont Whistler course, just minutes up the road. The bedding (a travel thing of mine!) was the softest I have ever experienced and also the bathtubs were the BEST for deep soaking baths. I just wish it wasn't so far away from us (Ontario) as I would love to come back again soon! Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful view of Whistler Village from our room, and the hotel was wonderful. I loved the room we had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for everything was flies. Pets are allowed at this hotel. We didn't bring our dogs, but when we arrived there was smeared dog poop on the balcony outside our living room area and it was attracting flies. We had to be careful to close the door to the balcony or flies came in. The next day we asked the front desk if they could send someone to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and in that time no one came to clean the balcony. We were also a little disappointed no one vacuumed during our stay. My husband and I had chips the second night and some crumbs fell to the ground. The whole time we were there no one vacuumed the crumbs up. My husband also had a problem with the breakfast buffet on the second day. When he went to pick up a waffle, a fly flew out. He decided to have fruit and yogurt instead, and fruit flies flew out of the fruit when he scooped it. I continued to eat breakfast there. I thought the hot food was great. My husband refused to eat at the buffet again. When he told the staff about the flies he saw on the food, they left it there for others to eat. The staff was extremely nice, and tried to understand, but I don't think they understood English enough to know what the issues were. I later learned September is fruit fly season in the Pacific Northwest. During other months flies may not be as noticeable.

The room was simply amazing!! Spacious, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix us meals. The buffet breakfast was typical as whats usually offered, although would have prefered better coffee. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to everything. No car needed after checkin. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star is because of the elevator. They have one working elevator of the 2 available during peak season. And, after waiting for ages, we resorted to taking the stairs multiple times, including during checkout (carrying suitcases down the stairs).

Great location. Rooms were a bit worn but well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient for cold storage of drinks, quick bites or leftovers. We didn't actually cook on this trip but it was nice to have the option. It was nice to have a breakfast buffet in the morning; it was not huge but had just the right amount of things to choose from. The pool was amazing! As were many he massage services onsite. We had an issue when we first arrived but the staff were attentive to our concerns and it was worked out well. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was Ok, seemed a bit dated and in need of a refresh. There were two elevators, and one wasn't working which meant everyone had to use the one smaller one, including cleaning and catering staff, with their carts. The official website does mention the elevator issue but we booked through a third party so were not aware.

We had a great stay in the end. After having a few problems with the room and being admittedly too defensive and grumpy upon complaining, the day manager Pragya was able to get our problems solved and we had a great remainder of our stay. She had such a great demeanour and was able to diffuse the situation with ease and make it right. This place is having some problems with the elevator but our room was so cozy with the fireplace and the view that we hardly noticed because we didn’t come and go that much. They obviously put in the extra effort to make sure the rooms are clean and guests are comfortable. We were surprised at the quality of the sheets and the bed, and the extra cozy throw blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also notably great.

Great location. Quiet . The only downside was the Murphy bed in the studio suite. Not comfortable and creaky . We upgraded to the one bedroom and the king bed was amazing.

Housekeeping and F&B staff don't understand what a Privacy tag on the door means. Housekeeping entered the room even though we wanted DND. The F&B person comes in again around 100pm to check on the bar but also ignored the the privacy tag. They knocked twice and proceeded to come in. Didn't even have enough time to get dressed. They also didn't announce themselves when entering. You can clearly see if the bar needs restocking from the door. They caught us but the surprising part is they didn't go to the bar but directly to the bedroom. You could hear the TV going. Seems odd that two different staff at different times would enter the room. I presume they were trying to look at our items when the bedroom is on one side and the wet bar on the other. Yet they went to the bedroom first. I'm still waiting for management to contact us. Never staying at this location again. Everything about the staff is questionable.

Very clean, very nice room, good staff. My only complaint is that the front desk was empty (unstaffed) more then once. At time of check-in (6:15pm) the front desk was empty- no one was there and no one was to be found! I had to call to get someone to the front desk to check me in. When I needed a toothbrush, after coming back from dinner 9:30pm) again the front desk was empty - I had to ask the valet to go fetch a front desk person.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre from Oct 2-6. We had a spacious yet cozy feeling 2 bdrm suite that fulfilled all our needs and a wonderful mountain and village view from the huge living room windows. Staff was exceptional and extremely friendly on all our dealings. Parking was abit tight so we chose the valet parking, just a few bucks extra to have someone else deal with the hassle of the underground garage! The location was perfect, on the edge of the village, very convenient and just minutes walking away from all the village eateries. Breakfast was also included at this hotel, and was not available at many others. It was not a huge selection but at least was something we didn't have to pay for! We always felt safe as we were in the village environment. It was my birthday and management left me a delicious bottle of red wine! My husband played golf a few times up at the Fairmont Whistler course, just minutes up the road. The bedding (a travel thing of mine!) was the softest I have ever experienced and also the bathtubs were the BEST for deep soaking baths. I just wish it wasn't so far away from us (Ontario) as I would love to come back again soon! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend at the Pan Pacific! The accommodations were fantastic, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Greg from the maintenance/cleaning team, who truly went above and beyond. We were all set to go to dinner when a sudden downpour hit, and unfortunately, a large group had already taken all the hotel umbrellas. Just as we were considering canceling our reservation, Greg overheard our conversation and—without hesitation—ran to the maintenance room to find us a spare umbrella. His kindness and quick thinking saved our evening, and we couldn't be more grateful! It's that kind of service that makes a stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Pan Pacific—we'll definitely be back!

Everything was excellent - the only complaint was it felt like they were quite understaffed at the front and specifically with valet. Sometimes my car would stay parked out front for a very long time, and at one point it was unlocked.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet despite being right in the village, and you can walk to many restaurants and the grocery store. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful without being obsequious.

We stayed 8 days at Pan Pacific and we were all really impressed with the service, cleanliness, breakfast options, and comfort! The staff all went above and beyond from front desk, breakfast, room attendants, and bell service! The room was spacious and had everything you needed to cook meals in room! The location was great to access everything in Whistler Village. The access to the ski locker at sister hotel was perfect for storing everything needed for mountain. The hotub was amazing after a full day of skiing and the added touches of snacks at the apres ski was perfect. We loved out stay and will definitely sta again next time in Whistler. They still only had one elevator working which didn’t bother us, as we just used the stairs. And I was nervous about the breakfast that included, but they were plenty of hot options available, along with fresh pastries, fruit and a coffee machine and juices! It was a great added touch to not have to go out for breakfast! Thanks Pan Pacific for making Christmas at Whistler magical!

Only thing not giving the full 5 stars was the breakfast, it wasn’t that warm, and not very appealing. For the incredible restaurants in Whistler, they need to get some better options for breakfast to compete.

This hotel was fantastic for a 3 night stay in May. Easily walkable to all shops and restaurants. Staff were all really friendly. Plenty of options at breakfast and wasn’t busy at all at 7:30am. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a ground floor suite which had so much space for us. Our room was spotless. Thank you for taking care of us.

Excellent location with large private outdoor pool and hot tub. Raven Room highly recommended for inventive cocktails and small plates. Only downside during our visit was the unavailability of breakfast (we booked a breakfast included stay). We were given a $45 per night credit toward breakfast at a sister property for our 2 bedroom 4 person booking - sadly, there is virtually nowhere in Whistler where breakfast can be purchased for $11.25 per person, so the lack of in-hotel breakfast ended up costing us money.

There is a bar but not a place to eat breakfast. The restaurant which was available in other hotel started operation at 10 am. Also the information about possibility of getting woucher for the breakfast was not advertised. I needed to ask for wi-fi password. There was $9/ day automatic room charge. I thought coffee is complementary.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. Despite arriving early, our room wasn't ready, and the wait extended beyond the guaranteed check-in time. Watching others receive their room cards while waiting was frustrating. The manager apologized, citing busyness, but the lack of comfort during the wait was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast, once included, is now replaced with a $45 credit at a less family-oriented restaurant. The timing doesn't align well, opening at 10 am when check-out is at 11. Late check-out wasn't permitted. On a positive note, the valet crew provided excellent service, a highlight of our stay.

We had a beautiful view of Whistler Village from our room, and the hotel was wonderful. I loved the room we had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for everything was flies. Pets are allowed at this hotel. We didn't bring our dogs, but when we arrived there was smeared dog poop on the balcony outside our living room area and it was attracting flies. We had to be careful to close the door to the balcony or flies came in. The next day we asked the front desk if they could send someone to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and in that time no one came to clean the balcony. We were also a little disappointed no one vacuumed during our stay. My husband and I had chips the second night and some crumbs fell to the ground. The whole time we were there no one vacuumed the crumbs up. My husband also had a problem with the breakfast buffet on the second day. When he went to pick up a waffle, a fly flew out. He decided to have fruit and yogurt instead, and fruit flies flew out of the fruit when he scooped it. I continued to eat breakfast there. I thought the hot food was great. My husband refused to eat at the buffet again. When he told the staff about the flies he saw on the food, they left it there for others to eat. The staff was extremely nice, and tried to understand, but I don't think they understood English enough to know what the issues were. I later learned September is fruit fly season in the Pacific Northwest. During other months flies may not be as noticeable.

We had to be careful to close the door to the balcony or flies came in. The next day we asked the front desk if they could send someone to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and in that time no one came to clean the balcony. We were also a little disappointed no one vacuumed during our stay. My husband and I had chips the second night and some crumbs fell to the ground. The whole time we were there no one vacuumed the crumbs up. My husband also had a problem with the breakfast buffet on the second day. When he went to pick up a waffle, a fly flew out. He decided to have fruit and yogurt instead, and fruit flies flew out of the fruit when he scooped it. I continued to eat breakfast there. I thought the hot food was great. My husband refused to eat at the buffet again. When he told the staff about the flies he saw on the food, they left it there for others to eat. The staff was extremely nice, and tried to understand, but I don't think they understood English enough to know what the issues were. I later learned September is fruit fly season in the Pacific Northwest. During other months flies may not be as noticeable.

I usually book to stay here in the summer for a week...its so convenient for walking into the village and the pool is a nice size. The hotel and rooms are clean and everyone is friendly
