富士急ハイランドに行くために泊まりました。歩いて富士急ハイランドに行けて、ホテルから少し歩くと富士山も綺麗に見えて最高でした。買い物はドン・キホーテでできたし、食事処もチラホラあったので、便利でした。 何より、お風呂が気に入りました。身体の芯まで温まりました。風呂のあとは卓球をして楽しみました。朝食の手作りサンドウッチが美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 また、泊まりたいです！

What a wonderful stay with loads of great amenities like the dryer to dry all my rain drenched clothes, the lovely little onsen for warming our cold bodies and the warmth of the hospitality of the staff. Fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of nice additions, like hot water machine for tea, extra toothbrushes, etc. Breakfast was very good too. A short walk to the bus station with the very clear instructions by the helpful staff during the booking process. And, the best part Fujisan is right there! Best view is from the walkway over the highway to the bus station. A lovely little oasis and so happy we stayed here.

Although is a little bit far away from the main area, the environment is wonderful and both private and public onsen are great. Really enjoy thr time of staying and must go again. Also, staff are so nice helping with calling taxi every morning so not really worry about the transportation problem.

とても静かで良かったです。 部屋に露天風呂があり、朝風呂が気持ち良かったです。 部屋以外にも貸切風呂を使うことが出来てそちらも利用しました。 お湯が柔らかくスベスベしました。

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen muss. WENN Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommen, dann können sie durch den Fuji Q Highland parken laufen. Holen sie sich gratis ein Ticket zum durchlaufen und sparen sie sich den Umweg um den Park. Google Maps zeigt die Wege falsch an! Preis Leistungs Verhältnis vom Hotel leider etwas zu teuer (Augenthalt Mitte März).

今回、富士急ハイランドに行くために宿を取りましたが、徒歩で行けて非常に便利です。宿は朝の軽食しかありませんが、周囲の環境は徒歩で行ける距離にドンキホーテや食事処が色々あり全く困りません。朝の軽食も早い時間に行けばサンドイッチ、パン、ヨーグルト、シリアル、飲み物など選べるほど色々あり十分です。ある程度の時間で補充があればなおありがたいかも？遅い人は残念なことになるのでは？と少し心配でした。車の方はガソリンスタンドも近くにあり最高です。洗濯機、乾燥機が一台しかないので、使用したくてもできなかったのが残念でした。部屋のお風呂意外にもお風呂が２つあり、予約で入れるので家族や友達のみで入れて安心です。

We loved our stay here! The room was was large, clean, warm, (heater and AC units) - we had our family of 6. Four kids ranging in age from 7-16. Three of slept on the beds and three of us slept on pads on the ground, both were comfortable. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel Villa for 2nights. The hotel Villa is just located behind Don Quiote, lots of restaurants nearby and pachinko. We decided to take a taxi as we have luggages from Fujisan station to Bself Villa and we paid 1100yen, depending on the time of the day. Although it's walking distance it will take about 20-25mins. Our room size is good for a family of three but our washroom is small can only fit one person. The bed, pillow was comfortable and our room was clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is okay. My husband and son enjoyed the private onsen need to book ahead of time. They also have a piano and ping pong area. Will definitely come back again and will try the japanese style room. We enjoyed our stay and happy to see Mt. Fuji.

Stort rom, men det var egentlig det eneste positive. Sort mugg på møblement på rommet, møkkete ellers på rommet og spesielt på det private badet og det offentlige. Delvis ødelagt gulv på verandaen rundt basenget. Ok, minus frokost, 7-11 har bedre utvalg. Beliggenheten er dårlig i forhold til kollektiv muligheter. Bruker 15-20 å gå til nærmeste busstopp.

他の人のレビューみて多少は仕方ないと思っていたが、足音など音が気になる。 ちゃんと見てなかった自分が悪いが部屋にシャワーのみだった。 お風呂はあったが浴槽内が汚すぎて入れず...部屋の鍵はドアノブにボタンが付いてる鍵だった。 スタッフはチェックアウトの際何の挨拶もなかったのにはびっくり。 富士急ハイランドまでは徒歩8分で着いた点は良かったけどもうここは利用はしない。

Hotel is off the beaten path and there’s no easy way to get there unless arriving by taxi or taking a bus to a nearby stop and then walking the rest of the distance. Driveway is gravel and we had to drag our luggage. We asked the front desk questions about nearby bus stops and she was unable to answer any of our questions. Shoes are not allowed inside the hotel and you must wear a pair of provided paper slippers. My feet were so big they broke the slippers and I was forced to walk around barefoot, which was unacceptable in my opinion. Our room was next to the stair case and it was extremely loud/noisy any time . Gap under the door also made it so allllll hallway noises are heard. Room had hair in the bathroom and on the floor and cobwebs in the corners of the room. Having said that- room was nice and comfy and bed was very comfortable. Hot water dispenser in room did not work. Breakfast was small but acceptable. 1 boiled egg per person, yogurt, granola, small finger sandwiches and some bread/jam. Also juice and coffee. Could be better but not too bad. Only thing I enjoyed at this place was the private onsen. I would not return though in the future. Too much improvement needed.

Upon check-in we were given a room which we did not booked. After asking they immediately moved us to the proper one. The rooms are dated . Was really looking forward to the outdoor deep bath, but it had many repairs and there was putty on the bottom. So it was like sitting in gum. I would however like to say the staff were very nice. Breakfast meh. But the coffee was good and strong. They mention being next to the conifer forest and going for a nice relaxing walk. But there was no access.

Hotel is off the beaten path and there’s no easy way to get there unless arriving by taxi or taking a bus to a nearby stop and then walking the rest of the distance. Driveway is gravel and we had to drag our luggage. We asked the front desk questions about nearby bus stops and she was unable to answer any of our questions. Shoes are not allowed inside the hotel and you must wear a pair of provided paper slippers. My feet were so big they broke the slippers and I was forced to walk around barefoot, which was unacceptable in my opinion. Our room was next to the stair case and it was extremely loud/noisy any time . Gap under the door also made it so allllll hallway noises are heard. Room had hair in the bathroom and on the floor and cobwebs in the corners of the room. Having said that- room was nice and comfy and bed was very comfortable. Hot water dispenser in room did not work. Breakfast was small but acceptable. 1 boiled egg per person, yogurt, granola, small finger sandwiches and some bread/jam. Also juice and coffee. Could be better but not too bad. Only thing I enjoyed at this place was the private onsen. I would not return though in the future. Too much improvement needed.

Sehr großes Zimmer, super bequemes und großes Bett. Toll ist das Außenbad. Das Frühstück war eher rustikal, uns hat nur gestört, dass ausschließlich Einweggeschirr verwendet wird. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

We were running late to check in, so I called the hotel. The staff didn’t understand English very well, yet he understood that we were running late and even stayed late so that we could check in. I really appreciated that.

What a wonderful stay with loads of great amenities like the dryer to dry all my rain drenched clothes, the lovely little onsen for warming our cold bodies and the warmth of the hospitality of the staff. Fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of nice additions, like hot water machine for tea, extra toothbrushes, etc. Breakfast was very good too. A short walk to the bus station with the very clear instructions by the helpful staff during the booking process. And, the best part Fujisan is right there! Best view is from the walkway over the highway to the bus station. A lovely little oasis and so happy we stayed here.

I felt given the location, the place was a little overpriced. The instruction for coming via train felt very awkward to me. But I will give credit to the staff. They were great so they lessened the blow.

Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice.

Although is a little bit far away from the main area, the environment is wonderful and both private and public onsen are great. Really enjoy thr time of staying and must go again. Also, staff are so nice helping with calling taxi every morning so not really worry about the transportation problem.

My feet were so big they broke the slippers and I was forced to walk around barefoot, which was unacceptable in my opinion. Room had hair in the bathroom and on the floor and cobwebs in the corners of the room. Having said that- room was nice and comfy and bed was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing and quiet place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I asked about changing the room (because the one I booked looked different), they changed it immediately. They had a complimentary breakfast. The only feedback I have that the pillows were very thin and not very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience, I’d love to go back!

富士急ハイランドに行くために泊まりました。歩いて富士急ハイランドに行けて、ホテルから少し歩くと富士山も綺麗に見えて最高でした。買い物はドン・キホーテでできたし、食事処もチラホラあったので、便利でした。 何より、お風呂が気に入りました。身体の芯まで温まりました。風呂のあとは卓球をして楽しみました。朝食の手作りサンドウッチが美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました。 また、泊まりたいです！

We stayed at this hotel Villa for 2nights. The hotel Villa is just located behind Don Quiote, lots of restaurants nearby and pachinko. We decided to take a taxi as we have luggages from Fujisan station to Bself Villa and we paid 1100yen, depending on the time of the day. Although it's walking distance it will take about 20-25mins. Our room size is good for a family of three but our washroom is small can only fit one person. The bed, pillow was comfortable and our room was clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is okay. My husband and son enjoyed the private onsen need to book ahead of time. They also have a piano and ping pong area. Will definitely come back again and will try the japanese style room. We enjoyed our stay and happy to see Mt. Fuji.

Delvis ødelagt gulv på verandaen rundt basenget. Ok, minus frokost, 7-11 har bedre utvalg. Beliggenheten er dårlig i forhold til kollektiv muligheter. Bruker 15-20 å gå til nærmeste busstopp.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen muss. WENN Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommen, dann können sie durch den Fuji Q Highland parken laufen. Holen sie sich gratis ein Ticket zum durchlaufen und sparen sie sich den Umweg um den Park. Google Maps zeigt die Wege falsch an! Preis Leistungs Verhältnis vom Hotel leider etwas zu teuer (Augenthalt Mitte März).

今回、富士急ハイランドに行くために宿を取りましたが、徒歩で行けて非常に便利です。宿は朝の軽食しかありませんが、周囲の環境は徒歩で行ける距離にドンキホーテや食事処が色々あり全く困りません。朝の軽食も早い時間に行けばサンドイッチ、パン、ヨーグルト、シリアル、飲み物など選べるほど色々あり十分です。ある程度の時間で補充があればなおありがたいかも？遅い人は残念なことになるのでは？と少し心配でした。車の方はガソリンスタンドも近くにあり最高です。洗濯機、乾燥機が一台しかないので、使用したくてもできなかったのが残念でした。部屋のお風呂意外にもお風呂が２つあり、予約で入れるので家族や友達のみで入れて安心です。

This “villa” felt more like a dormitory, the photos advertised did not match the room I ended up getting. The breakfast was very basic. The location however was very convenient and the staff members were lovely.

Sehr großes Zimmer, super bequemes und großes Bett. Toll ist das Außenbad. Das Frühstück war eher rustikal, uns hat nur gestört, dass ausschließlich Einweggeschirr verwendet wird. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

We were traveling by car. It was very convenient location. Easy access to road. Walking distance to Don Quijote. Come with breakfast. Only thing I didn't like was a dryer. It takes forever, and never dried clothes. I gave up and hung them in the room.

This is a cottage in the middle of nowhere with a pathway from major highway with no lighting, no good choice of restaurants or shops nearby. There is only a construction site at the sidewalk entrance. No recommended if you like neighborhood, restaurants or shops as there is none. Public Transportation can also challenging as buses sometimes don’t stop at the nearest Fuji Q Highland. We have to call uber a few times as there either no bus or we have to wait very long time for one and walked back in darkness passing the construction site.

If you don’t mind sleeping on the traditional bed mats, then this place is fantastic. Close to restaurants and there’s even an amusement park a 5 minute walk out.
