great location, though it is all still depend on the mt. fuji weather... great amenities of onsen use. actually there's Watahan supermarket closeby but haven't got chance to be there

Spacious and clean room facing Mt Fuji. Breakfast without any change of menu, as we were there for 3n so all 3 breakfast menus are the same. Front staff is friendly however timing and direction given was not all accurate.

The hotel is located far from the lake and in a non pedestrian friendly area, taxis are not plentiful. They don’t serve coffee until 7am, So if you wake up earlier, and ask for coffee, they won’t help. Dinner and breakfast buffet are bad quality, reheated stale food.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having the pyjamas already in the room for our use. The instructions for the Onsen were very well done and if you forgot they were also posted. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and there was a variety of food. We would recommend to anyone travelling to Mt Fuji
