Convenient, right off the highway. It was quiet on the back of the hotel where our room was located. Plenty of convenient parking. Extremely clean rooms, corridors and lobby. Friendly and informative staff. And, an incredible indoor pool.

Staff was very friendly. They had us placed on 2nd floor, however, I’m handicapped and there is no elevator, so our room was downgraded from a king to queen. Room was a little small, but manageable. Hallways were stuffy, but room temp was fine. Very evident that this is a bought out hotel and updates and renovations are needed and noticed in some areas. Overall, not a bad place for the price.

The property is still being worked on / carpet can use an update and one of the vending machine was not working. Also bring your own quarters and laundry detergent. I loved that I was able wash clothes but these minor things came up, though they helped me out and I left with my laundry done. Maybe they will sell detergent from now on. I already recommended this place to family and I would gladly stay here again. I stayed 3 nights

Good overnight stay during a longer trip. Nice room, bed, linens, TV & bath although we didn't notice until morning there was only 1 bath towel. 2 floor hotel, NO ELEVATOR, it was tough slugging our bags upstairs at our senior citizen ages. West facing room was not cooled by air conditioner until late evening. We did not use the breakfast room so no report on that. Reasonable price despite some pitfalls, just be aware.

First off, the staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. There were some issues which were immediately addressed by staff, which is great ... but, there were issues regardless. The vending machine off of the lobby is either very popular or poorly stocked by the vending company. It also shorted me change (Which hotel staff made right I should mention). Oddly, even though my key card worked initially, it failed to respond when I was returning to my room after dinner. The door to my room seemed a bit warped and was difficult to close as well. This building is definitely showing its age.

First time staying at this inn, and was consistently pleased with the experience. The property is a former Super 8. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and gracious. My request for a first floor room was honored (there's no elevator.) The room was clean and comfortable, with an apartment-size fridge, microwave, extremely comfortable bed and very good wifi. A free breakfast is available although I didn't take advantage of it. Considering the busy area, just 20 miles outside Cleveland, my room was quiet & restful. There's a family restaurant across the parking lot and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

After reading the reviews on here I booked and going into the parking lot it was pretty busy so I had high hopes but then I seen four mattresses stacked against each other outside I got a little worried. when I got there check-in was super easy the staff was nice and that was a breeze but when I got up to our room the bedsheets had stains all over them the bathroom was dirty there was green gunk next to the door frame of the bathroom. I went downstairs and told them we were checking out and the staff was honestly great they wanted to move us to a different room but I said no thanks, we told them about the room and he was super apologetic and said that the housekeeping is not doing their job which is sad because it would be a nice place to go if they were clean. He was nice enough to give me a refund even though it states it’s nonrefundable and I was super thankful about that so that is why they got a one star rating. It was only for the man at the front desk.

The front desk staff was professional and very friendly. The room was so run down. Dirty carpet and poor plaster repairs. There was mold in the shower which they said was ‘newly remodeled’.The breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine was broken both mornings we were there. There was an open wrapper/loaf of bread to make toast. I would never stay here again.

Do not believe the pictures or positive reviews. We believe they were submitted by the property ownership since this hotel is horrible and the pictures do not represent how run down this property is. There is a reason they have a sign that states "No refunds after check-in". Sadly, it is there because once you check-in and see the room, you will want a refund. Points to know: - The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful - There were dead bugs under the mattress - The linens were dirty - The entire building smelled musty - My girlfriend and I both agreed that there was mold in the bathroom (not only did we see if, but our noses and eyes started itching within seconds of entering the room) - We did not feel safe saying there and found another room at a Best Western down the road - We question that the positive reviews were written by true travelers. I typically do not write reviews, but I felt obligated to warn everyone about how terrible this property is. Front desk staff was great. But the hotel was filthy and needs a renovation. First thing you have to do is sign a paper and the pens on the front desk are all dirty. Hallway to my room had all kinds of peanuts and dirt on the carpets. The room itself had a really strong unpleasant smell. I didn’t end up staying there.

It was very clean and there were two full bathroms in a room for five. The property surounding the prperty was a mess. We were actually scared when we first got there because we thought it might be a bad place but once we got to our room it was great and the people were very nice!!

I recently stayed at Southridge Inn, and it’s clear this used to be a corporate chain hotel now run by private owners. Unfortunately, the property is in desperate need of a face-lift. The room was small, and while some work had been done on the walls, it was easy to see where repairs were poorly handled with messy patchwork and painting. The desk chair was broken, and every time I sat in it, it slammed down to its lowest setting, making it difficult to use. More concerning was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom—this should be addressed immediately for safety reasons. The lighting in the room was inconsistent, with mismatched lightbulbs in the lamps that gave off different brightness levels and color warmths. The parking lot was another issue—there were no lights, and with ongoing construction and maintenance around the property, it felt unsafe at night. Navigating around equipment and materials in an unlit lot was unsettling. On the positive side, the staff was very eager to please. I requested an early check-in due to a flight change, and they were accommodating, which helped make my stay a little smoother. While the service was friendly, the property itself needs serious updates to be more comfortable and safe for guests.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Poor water pressure for shower. Very outdated hotel. Needs to be fully renovated. The carpets were filthy. One nice thing is my room had 2 queen beds( I think they were full size) I sofa pullout bed and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast wasn't too good. Had pancake maker, some fruit, mini muffins, cold cereal. Juice machines were out of order. I would not recommend if you want to sleep comfortably.

Front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room we got had two full baths in it which is incredibly useful for multiple people! The room was a bit stuffy without the AC on, but other than that, I was completely satisfied! Beds were comfy, bathrooms looked remodeled, room was decently sized. If I'm ever in the area again, I plan to book here next time.

The bathroom was very clean. The mattresses were firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast/cafeteria was disappointing. None of the dispensers worked. No water available, even for purchase. When we asked for extra towels, we were told that someone would bring them to our room but never showed up.

We stayed for a night on our way to Syracuse and we indeed had a pleasant stay at this place. We really appreciate the warm welcome we received from the property management. The place was clean , quiet and the staffs were super friendly.

I made a last minute reservation for a different property but immediately rebooked and stayed again at South Ridge after experiencing bad customer service at the other hotel. I will continue to book here whenever we are in the area. You're around many food options, you are within 10 minutes from the airport and you'll have amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

It is a five star for the price. No major complaints. They have been doing some construction, so it’s not perfect yet. The room was clean. Very clean. The bed was comfortable and was also clean. Friendly front desk service. Easy on and off the highway.

We had a great stay here at The South Ridge Inn!! Right off Route 80- easy to check in and out, loved the family suite and a few restaurants next door if needed. Very nice owner and super friendly. Thank you!

A slightly run down hotel but for the price and location to the airport it works. The rooms were basic, stayed cold and very clean. Hallways were noisy as it got later and more workman came in for the night. Sidenote: no elevator but only 2 floors so the stairs aren't horrible.

It’s a little difficult to see in the dark. Entrance, signage and parking could use some additional lightening. It was fine as I was visiting family in Cleveland so I was just sleeping and showering there.

First time staying at this inn, and was consistently pleased with the experience. The property is a former Super 8. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and gracious. My request for a first floor room was honored (there's no elevator.) The room was clean and comfortable, with an apartment-size fridge, microwave, extremely comfortable bed and very good wifi. A free breakfast is available although I didn't take advantage of it. Considering the busy area, just 20 miles outside Cleveland, my room was quiet & restful. There's a family restaurant across the parking lot and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Some breakfast items were not functional (juice machine, hot water spout—no way to get water for the tea provided. Towel on floor next to counter in breakfast room as though there had been a leak.)

The front desk staff was professional and very friendly. The room was so run down. Dirty carpet and poor plaster repairs. There was mold in the shower which they said was ‘newly remodeled’.The breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine was broken both mornings we were there. There was an open wrapper/loaf of bread to make toast. I would never stay here again.

Room 130 is a joke, the ceiling is falling apart and the bed was only a full size, but I paid for a queen. Breakfast was limited and multiple things had a sign saying out of order on them like the hot water and the pancake maker.

The complimentary breakfast was good enough and they were open 24 hours for those midnight craves and coffee needs. The property is still being worked on / carpet can use an update and one of the vending machine was not working. Also bring your own quarters and laundry detergent. I loved that I was able wash clothes but these minor things came up, though they helped me out and I left with my laundry done. Maybe they will sell detergent from now on. I already recommended this place to family and I would gladly stay here again. I stayed 3 nights

The whole building was “remodeled” in such a messy and haphazard way. Painting looked terrible. Funny disinfectant smell in the room. At least the bed seemed clean-we checked carefully. Half of the breakfast room stuff was out of order.

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. There are not enough nice words to describe this place. Room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. It was a large room. We had a suite so it had two beds, a couch, and two bathrooms. We loved it. And the price was amazing for what we got. The guys at the front desk were wonderful, we had a problem with our keys and they were quick to fix it and nice about it. The only suggestion I would have is a little more variety at breakfast. I will say, however, they do have a really cool pancake machine.
