In the middle of the bustling city centre and parking onsite too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable as was the bed and the hotel was very modern. Breakfast was very tasty and the choice very good. If we go back to Stuttgart, we shall definitely be staying here again.

Super dejligt hotel midt i byen, med masser af spisesteder i gå afstand. Store og pæne værelser, gode senge og stort badeværelse. Parkering 25€, det er prisen i næsten alle store tyske byer, hvis du vil være i bymidten.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to visit the Christmas markets in and around Stuttgart. The location is very convenient, practically in the city center. We walked to all the markets, but only drove to the Mercedes Museum. The hotel has its own paid parking, which is recommended to reserve in advance, which we did, but we arrived one evening and found all the spaces taken. However, the man at reception (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) quickly helped us resolve this issue by telling us where we could park in the nearest lot. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were waived for three days of hotel parking, for which we are extremely grateful. The breakfasts are very good, and the rooms are comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Ingen spa-avdeling!! Det er kun avtale med et treningssenter i nærheten (som skal være bra), og kun har en mini-badstue.

Man kriegt das, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Hotel ist direkt bei der Fußgängerzone zur Shoppingstraße und nur 20 Min zu Fuß vom Hbf weg. Das ist sehr praktisch. Allerdings wirkt es rundherum eher schmuddelig (Casino, Sexshop, alles direkt daneben). Das Zimmer war altbacken, stank nach Rauch (obwohl Nichtraucher) und es ist extrem hellhörig. Ich konnte im Zimmer über mir jemanden auf der Tastatur tippen hören und im Zimmer herumgehen, sowie die Gespräche der Nachbarn mitanhören. Das Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem leider nicht mein Stil. Aber es gibt viele die den Stil mögen und zufrieden sind.

I am so very pissed at Hotel.com for not going to back to us. We are aravided at this hotel and hard to park in the public garage down the street. Get out of the car to walk up hallways filled with drug needles and trash everywhere. Go into the hotel and check in. Get to our room and instant smell of urine in the room. The room was dirty, smelled and the sheets where dirty. This hotel was disgusting. We left with in 10 minunites and told the front desk this is unacceptable and want out money back. They told use that's fine but we need to contact hotels.com. We leave I book a new hotel with hotels.com and the moment in the new room I contact hotels.com to explain. They got back to me 5 days later and just offering me a $25 credit. I think this is crap. For someone who travels as must as we do and use Hotels.com for every room this is crappy service and a hotel that shouldnt be listed.

What's the main purpose for staying in a hotel? Sleeping of course. Can't be done very well if the beds are hard as a rock. Also, can't be done if so much construction is being done that it sounds like a thunderstorm outside your window and not any good thunderstorms that let you sleep either.

O pior hotel quatro estrelas que já fiquei, esse hotel é no máximo três. Começa na entrada que tem uma escada e os hóspedes tem que sofrer para subir com suas malas. O quarto é com chave a moda antiga. O quarto é pequeno, a cama de casal é minúscula, as paredes de cor mostarda, um quarto abafado sem ar condicionado, foi nos fornecido um ventilador como na década de 70. O banheiro antigo em tom vermelho com cortina ao invés de um box. Não há sequer uma cafeteira no quarto. Pior impossível.

Para el precio que tiene, el hotel es justito.....no es un 4 estrellas, es un 3 normal. Además, el WiFi muy pobre, poca rapidez y se corta muy a menudo. Lo bueno? Es muy, muy céntrico.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. In our experience this was the best service we have ever experienced travel with this world wide travel group for the past 20 years.

I expected it to be better but it was tired and very old fashioned The room was fine but staff very average not that welcoming at all. No idea where the spa was as no one told us and the bar area was soulless no atmosphere at all Breakfast looked ok but all the bread and croissants were pre baked rather than fresh from the bakery- Fruit salads looked liked they’d been made up a while ago and the girl serving coffee was as miserable as anything she didn’t smile or welcome us at all. It’s a average hotel definitely not 4*

Man kriegt das, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Hotel ist direkt bei der Fußgängerzone zur Shoppingstraße und nur 20 Min zu Fuß vom Hbf weg. Das ist sehr praktisch. Allerdings wirkt es rundherum eher schmuddelig (Casino, Sexshop, alles direkt daneben). Das Zimmer war altbacken, stank nach Rauch (obwohl Nichtraucher) und es ist extrem hellhörig. Ich konnte im Zimmer über mir jemanden auf der Tastatur tippen hören und im Zimmer herumgehen, sowie die Gespräche der Nachbarn mitanhören. Das Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem leider nicht mein Stil. Aber es gibt viele die den Stil mögen und zufrieden sind.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to visit the Christmas markets in and around Stuttgart. The location is very convenient, practically in the city center. We walked to all the markets, but only drove to the Mercedes Museum. The hotel has its own paid parking, which is recommended to reserve in advance, which we did, but we arrived one evening and found all the spaces taken. However, the man at reception (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) quickly helped us resolve this issue by telling us where we could park in the nearest lot. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were waived for three days of hotel parking, for which we are extremely grateful. The breakfasts are very good, and the rooms are comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

In the middle of the bustling city centre and parking onsite too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable as was the bed and the hotel was very modern. Breakfast was very tasty and the choice very good. If we go back to Stuttgart, we shall definitely be staying here again.

The location is good. Central but quiet. The room was a nice size. Loved the breakfast. I was missing a minibar to cool drinks. And I felt that the staff, although super friendly, didn’t keep track of the order. All in all was a nice stay.

I expected it to be better but it was tired and very old fashioned The room was fine but staff very average not that welcoming at all. No idea where the spa was as no one told us and the bar area was soulless no atmosphere at all Breakfast looked ok but all the bread and croissants were pre baked rather than fresh from the bakery- Fruit salads looked liked they’d been made up a while ago and the girl serving coffee was as miserable as anything she didn’t smile or welcome us at all. It’s a average hotel definitely not 4*

Paid for early check-in, got there and nobody on front desk. Waited 20 mins still nothing had to wonder around the hotel until I found a member of staff! Unacceptable. Other than that, room was basic but had everything we needed, air-con was really good, decent TV and good shower.

We had a great stay, the only complaints were the Air conditioning and the socket next to the bed didn't work. Other then that, all was good. Tasty breakfast and very close to pubs and restaurants.

Room was clean and modern, rest of the hotel felt a bit dated and tired with dark halls and scuffed carpeting. Booked in part due to onsite secure parking, which upon arrival was told was unavailable due to roadworks started two weeks earlier. If notified I could have booked elsewhere, instead was told I’d have to park in the shopping centre carpark down the road. Asked for assistance with bags down from our room to the car since couldn’t leave it in front of hotel, was told yes then no one showed up.
