The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that house keeping left me, rose petals on the bed. Very nice resort. Rooms are nice, bathroom is big. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices like continental, asian and arabic foods. Playrooms for kids, bars for adults and even a store inside that sells beers. Lots of massage options. And a mall connected to the hotel with lots of shopping options.

This property is old and well maintained. Check in was smooth and the room was very spacious. We were provided an additional bed make us even more comfortable. The pool was clean but the temperature control was not working and that was very disappointing as the weather was cold. Also the Hydro massage room was free for guests when we stayed here two years back, but is now charged at 150 per person which I felt was a rip off. There is hardly any beach left here due to the construction. It was more like a river. Service levels from the staff was excellent. Buffet BF and Dinner had a good spread and were all well cooked.

Everything from check in to check out was very good. This hotel is still in very good condition considering why old it is. The beach is not one of the best we have been to but enjoyed the pool area and walking over to Al Raha Mall. The room cleaning each day was very good. Would definitely stay here again

The room is very clean. The shower was incredible. A very good shower if you was nice the breakfast was incredible and maximum 10 minutes to the airport so all in all a really good little place to stay if you’re in Abu Dhabi for a day or two. staff were also very good very helpful very pleasant.

The check-in has been the worst so far in my entire life: we arrived at 2PM and check-in started at 3PM, so the Indian lady at the reception refused to check us in one hour before (never had such awful behavior even in simple hotels, in a 5* VIP hotel this is unacceptable), she said to come back in one hour and it would be ready. At 3PM we went back to the reception for check in and of course the Indian lady had not even prepared the file and keys for our room so we waited 20 minutes more. I asked for a quiet room and we were given instead one on ground floor (where by the way you have no view at all - we booked a Gulf view). After a lot of discussion we agreed to see the ground floor room, which was terrible so went back to change. The other receptionist would not proceed to change our room, because she didn't know the "reason" why we were receiving a change and she had to wait for her colleague. When her colleague finally showed up and we received the room it was 4PM! The lobby boy was told to bring upstairs our luggage. At 4.25PM I had to call the reception because our luggage was still not sent to our room. At 4.45 my husband went downstairs because neither the luggage was upstairs nor they would answer the phone at the reception. The room was extremely dirty with oily stains and fingerprints everywhere, on the balcony there was a pile of human hair in a corner. If this is a 5* and VIP hotel, then I am lady Gaga.

Because we had a car the hotel was perfect. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Our bedroom was amazing. We ate at the restaurant a few times in the evening and the buffet was great. We also ate one evening on the fish restaurant and that too was great. The swimming pool area was good. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our trip full board. The room was dated and only prepared for 2 persons when we arrived despite booking for 4. We where told on arrival that dinner was served from 6.30pm till 10.30pm. We arrived for dinner at 9.30 and before 10pm staff where pulling plates from our table and informing us that they close at 10pm. I questioned this and the again stated they closed at 10pm. The following morning I questioned this with reception who confirmed dinner is to be open till 10.30pm and so can only think that staff where looking for an early finish (not a great dining experience). Food on the buffet was also mislabeled with the lamb biryani being labeled as vegetable biryani. The food was serviceable but not of a very good standard and cleanliness of some areas of the hotel left a lot to be desired. For example, it was quite clear that the pool is not regularly cleaned as the bottom was covered in dirt and algae. On our last night we where left without hot water and an unflushable toilet that took from 2am till 10am to fix. Despite all these issues the staff where apologetic but offered nothing in the way of compensation that I believe we should be entitled to. In summary I am extremely disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Was a quick layover... Overnight stop, glad it was only one night to be fair. Hotel was very dated... Much better quality hotels around Really annoyed us we had to get up early for the airport and arrived late so not a huge amount of time to sleep and there was a banging allllllllll night. After 2 hours of putting up with it not being able to sleep, got frustrated and asked to change rooms. The reception wanted to send an engineer before making a decision to move us in the room. 2am...just wanted to sleep and I can tell you there was nothing an engineer could have fixed at that time of the morning.... The room also had lights in the wardrobe shining in your face at night... Had to unplug the cables as the switches didn't work. Some weird contraption on the bedside table to control the lights and aircon... None of the buttons were correct... Press aircon... All the lights come on. In the shower in the morning and the bathroom lights flicking on and off like someone was messing with the light.. Then turns off so your in the pitch blac Breakfast was average but edible...

Nice hotel although the years have gone. We had a room at the street side and we could hear the cars. So if you sleep light I would recommend a pool room. Food in the restaurant for breakfast was great a lot of choices there.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only glitch is that the the noise from wave runners in the canal gets amplified due to the building on both sides and gets annoying, but it is no refletion on the hotel itself.

Simply the overall quality of everything!!! It was a beautiful place to stay. The hi tech in the room. It was too much and difficult to get used to. Certainly using the key to turn on the electricity is a good and excellent idea. Using a screen with multiple functions I and my companion a maze of many functions. Simple switches for the lights and a small screen for the air conditioning. Simpler and less confusing.

Fire alarm went off 3:50am We left the building as per the automated messaging, needed up locked outside, didn’t see a single member of staff during the whole process. It was a fault no fire, but alarm the. Went off periodically for the next 3 hours. Utter farce, no apology or even recognition at check out that it had occurred.

The receptionist was very nice and recognized me as a Expedia platinum members and informed me that my room would be upgraded to spacious sea view room with balcony. The Manager Guruh was very nice and professional. The breakfast variety was good and all the staff is very polite and helpful.

A very nice, well kept hotel with a nice pool/beach area. Never felt busy. Marberis on reception was able to upgrade my room for free and have my room ready by 10.30am, very handy as my flight landed at 8am. The hotel is next door to a mall that has plenty of food options, supermarket, pharmacy, clothes and coffee shops.

Das sogenannte BEACH Hotel liegt unweit der Autobahn und das hört man auch. Der Beach liegt an einem Kanal und ist daher nicht sonderlich einladend. Ein kleiner Ausgleich ist der Pool, der nett angelegt ist. Der Service im Hotel hat Licht und Schattenseiten. Für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen okay, aber auch nicht mehr.

The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. We received a room upgrade to a junior suite which was amazing. The room was very large. The bed was so comfortable. We had a view of the pool.
