An absolutely spectacular resort and complex - expansive, well maintained gardens with peacocks and local wildlife. Tidy beach, excellent variety in food choices at very reasonable prices. Kids club was extremely friendly and well attended. Highly recommend booking Palace Club access - this was definitely a superior breakfast (the main buffet is huge, well supplied but busy and chaotic feeling) and cocktail hour is delightful. A truely relaxing place to be, and exceptionally friendly staff. Sauna and cold plunge pool was a delightful luxury. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

This hotel is in a really nice area and has a lot going on around it. It is in the midst of the hotel promenade so a lot of options for dinner. We really liked the hotel and the activities it had, probably needed to have better maintenance of the facilities and the pools. However would recommend.

Very nice hotel maintaining the balinese style while updating the service to the modern times, with great facilities, great staff, very clean rooms, nicely appointed, direct access to the beach, multiple pools, diverse restaurants , bar and entertainment. Rooms are old and run-down, and the hotel is clearly in need of serious maintenance—pool tiles are falling off everywhere which was actually dangerous. Guests were allowed to hog/reserve poolside spots with towels all day (even without being at the pool) leaving very few places for other guests. Hotel should manage this or provide more seating for guests. This place feels neglected and outdated. I’d strongly recommend staying at one of the newer, modern resorts in Nusa Dua instead.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The rooms are small and a bit old but the property makes up for it. 7 restaurants, shopping on premises, beautiful beach, 3 huge pools. Nightly entertainment. Highly recommended!

This property is absolutely stunning. The rooms, lobby, gardens, beach and staff are all incredible and it feels like you are in a little paradise of your own. The only reason why I gave this a 4 star rather than 5 is housekeeping. They cleaned up the rooms really well however often there was no restocking of toilet paper and towels. The first time we called as we thought it was just a fluke, one of those things and they delivered promptly. But it happened a few more times and I feel a 5 star property should not have to be reminded to restock toilet paper, toiletries and towels. That’s basic. Apart from that, it was an excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent and we had dinner in a few of the restaurants which was generally good. The gardens are spectacular and I loved walking around them especially the one at the back where they grow fruits and vegetables. So cool. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the spa. Maybe next time. Property is within walking distance of Bali collection and there’s a free shuttle too if not bothered to walk.

Excellent hotel. Housekeeper Edi was the sweetest - left the room spotless every night, folded the towels into amazing shapes and was very friendly. Left a truly big impression. Beach area is great, beach cleaners do an excellent job and so does the rest of the service staff. Breakfast has a lot of options, only downside is that you need to order the hot drinks through the waiters which can lead to it taking a bit long. Perhaps a more suitable option would be to have machines so you can help yourself. The waiters do an amazing job though.

Totally enjoyed our stay, our bags came a day later and the staff , especially the managers went way out of their way to help us! A beautiful resort, clean, spacious, plenty of restaurants with delicious food! Rooms could benfit from an update but are still very nice and comfortable, couldnt fault housekeeping, Suardika was an awesome friendly guy, ensured our room was always spotless and well stocked Would definitely stay here again!!

This is an old hotel. We came here 20 years ago. Everything still the same. Lobby kept clean and nice but the room is small and old. Bathroom is tiny only with shower. Towels so old. Don’t even have USB charging dock. Overall not a good choice. Moving to other hotel today. Garden is nice

Lovely staff, amazing food/restaurants and so many facilities! The poolarea and the beach was fantastic. The best breakfast I ever had. The only thing which could have been better is the room, and the aircondition. The room never got colder than 23,5 degreese, even if you put it to 20 degreese.

This wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel but most likely the last. It all started when we arrived at hotel at 2:30pm 30min before the official check-in time (3pm). We booked 2 rooms but only 1 was ready and we were given the key for that 1 room at 14:50 and was told by check-in lady that the second room will be finished soon and that the key will be delivered to the room that we check-in. After 1h I receive the email that come and get the key from reception, I rang the front desk and then they brought me the key to second room but 2h later we found out that the air-conditioning wasn't working in the room and hotel stuff came to fix it. Service of the hotel restaurant stuff was very bad, people working at the hotel restaurants preferred to talk between themselves rather then serve people who are actually paying them top money. You can sit in the restaurant but no one would came and take your order for 30min and then the food won't get delivered to the table until 10min sitting on the kitchen table and you can see all that with your own eyes. I saw multiple people complaining about number of different things including what I have just mentioned. Last time we stayed in this hotel in 2018 before they became ACCOR group and everything was excellent but not this time. Food was good including breakfast, hotel became a bit old and runned down as specialy rooms but they still charge top dollar.

Property is very grand, has great facilities and the location is good. Checking was easy but the reception staff wasn't helpful and didn't give proper information with respect to the location of the room. We were given the back facing room when actually we booked the pool facing room. We were told that the room is at the prime location, when reported we were asked to wait for 3 hours. After 3 hours of wait and hoping to get our preferred room, we were taken to the back of the hotel with the longest walk to the main facilities. The housing keeping staff was very inactive, had to call twice each time and to the reception to get the things resolved. The shower and th toilets in our room had poor quality installation with slippery floor. The T.V wasn't working. Restaurants were good but over priced.

Pros: The common areas were very nice. Great pool. Cons: Room was very cramped Bathroom was not nice at all: sliding doors that didnt close/lock properly shower area not enclosed fully so water went all over the bathroom cramped and poorly designed I would not stay here again.

Incheckningen var under all kritik. Vi anlände till hotellet kl 11.00, då utcheckning från kryssning till Bali, var kl 09.00. Detta hade jag informerat hotellet om minst 2 månader tidigare. Vi var medvetna om att incheckning startar 15.00 men hoppades på förståelse från hotellet att få rummet lite tidigare. Men Inte vi fick vårt rum 17.20. Detta trots att det rum vi bokat hörde till den högre prisklassen. All personal på hotellet är otroligt vänliga och serviceinriktade. Men Allt kostar. I NusaDua är allt 3 till 4 gånger så dyrt som övriga Bali. Vi ville också besöka hotellets SPA och få uppleva en riktig Balinesisk Spa upplevelse. Det var allt annat än bra. Bara dyrt, och dåligt. Rummen var mycket fina och välstädade, om än städningen kunde bli sen. Till vårt rum hörd dela pool med direkt access från balkong. Det fanns s även solstolar, för att nå dessa var man tvungen att vada genom poolen, med handdukar, mm. Vi fick även medlemskap i "Palace Club" en exklusiv Club där Frukost, Afternoon Tea, och Cotals serverades. Cluben Engelskt stuk, erbjöd en enormt hög service, kanske lite för mycket ibland. Nu har jag upplevt Bale det var intressant, men jag har ingen längtan tillbaka

This was a perfect luxury first trip to Bali. Hotel staff were professional, respectful, friendly and all ready to help. The guest relations team even surprised me with a cake and beautiful roses on my birthday. I completely appreciated that thoughtful gesture! And since our flight home was midnight, they were gracious and allowed us full use of the facilities before leaving for the airport. We stored our luggage with concert, hung out at the beach and took a shower at the spa. Thank you Nusa Dua Hotel and Spa for a fabulous first trip to Bali!

Beautiful location with lots of dining options, very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel facilities very good with multiple pools and beach front. Walking distance to Bali collection. We booked the Palace Club and we would definitely recommend this. One negative for us was the location of our room, we had booked a lagoon room and our balcony overlooked and was extremely close to a building with wooden door and chain link fence and gate with a constant stream of hotel maintenance staff walking through from early morning till late so we didn’t feel comfortable using the balcony or the lagoon. This took the edge of the hotel for us but apart from the location of the room overall an excellent stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! It beautifully blends traditional Balinese charm with modern comfort. The gardens are lush and immaculately maintained, and the beach is just steps away. There are also many pools to choose from! The staff were lovely and attentive, always ready to help. We had 3 rooms booked for a group of 6 and they were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the gardens. Overall my wife and I had a great experience. It was memorable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They only thing which I would recommend is to freshen up the breakfast menu. At times it was the same breakfast options, By day three we weren't looking forward to it anymore but the quality of the food was great.

Wonderful resort with great swimming pools and plenty of sunlounges on the beach . Staff are also great. My disappointment is that this hotel no longer serves my favourite cocktail, Bailey's Commet and the hotel only serves HALAL food , which means no Bacon at the Buffet breakfast 😪
