Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt für einen Pool/Strandurlaub. 1. Zimmer/Anlage Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Man hat eine Klimaanlage die man selbst steuern und einstellen kann. Das "Badezimmer" wird mit einem Vorhang vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Die Toilette und Dusche sind allerdings jeweils verglast. Es wird kostenlos 4 Flaschen trinkwasser pro Tag bereitgestellt. Auf der Anlage gibt es keinen Geldautomaten. 2. Service Hotel Der Hotelservice war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an den Pools waren auf den liegen immer frische Handtücher. 3. Restaurants Es existieren 4 Restaurants direkt am Hotelkomplex. Alle 4 sind sehr modern/schick eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kommen aber meiner Meinung nach nicht über ein "gut" hinaus. Was positiv hervozuheben ist, ist das Frühstück. Das bietet eine gigantische Auswahl. Leckeres Brot, selbstgemachte Marmerlade, frische Pancakes/Waffeln/Omlette, Asiatisches. Alles was man will. Die Frühstücksterasse ist mit dem Wasserfall und den Palmen auch wirklich sehenswert. 4. Pools Es gibt hier 4 wunderschöne Pools und wirklich jede menge Liegemöglichkeiten. 3 Normale und 1 Kinderbecken. Das Einzige was hier noch potential zu Verbesserung hätte wäre die Aufteilung ... es wäre wirklich super wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene geben könnte. An dem dann einfach etwas Ruhe ist. 5. Umgebung Der Shuttle ist super und pendetl zwischen der Bali Collection (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten)

Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance; service staff and cleanliness of the place were great, as was the provided hotel breakfast. Only negative was that the lap pool had some loose/broken tiles which might be a safety concern, so hopefully that is addressed by the hotel maintenance swiftly

Les hotels Renaissance sont en general modernes et confortables. Celui ci n’échappe pas à la règle. Quatre grandes piscines. Une navette gratuite pour aller à la plage au beach club. Larges transats disponibles. Grande chambre bien équipée. Magnifique petit déjeuner aux choix considérables : des plats asiatiques aux viennoiseries. Jus de fruits aux choix pressés devant vous. Les trois restaurants sont très bons avec mention spéciale pour le restaurant LionX, chinois, de grande qualité. Pris raisonnables pour cet hôtel luxueux. Spa très professionnel. Service toujours souriant, à l’écoute, avec volonté de satisfaire. On a passé un super séjour.

We super enjoyed our stay at Renaissance nusa dua. Hotel was beautiful and staffs were amazing!! So much things to do there, kids club also amazing. My son love it there. We are hoping to stay there again in the future.

Lovely hotel, big and spacious. Excellent breakfast, great gym, walking distance to town (or you can ask the staff to take you in a golf buggy). Free shuttle to the beach with great beach beds. Much better that the noisy Courtyard in my opinion.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, they always went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. All of the staff greet you with such warmth and kindness no matter how busy they are/ seem. This was a real standout for our holiday. The facilities were great, the breakfast is 2nd to none and was absolutely delicious, the 4 restaurants were also fantastic for dinner as well, so there is no need to leave if you didn't want to, but I keep coming back to the staff as the reason for making this holiday the best holiday we have ever had.

The hotel is away from the Main Street however there is an hourly shuttle available. We had a pool access room which was fantastic. There are three restaurants however we only used the main one which has breakfast daily and offered a very large choice of food. We also went there for dinner on three occasions as the menu offers a wide range of cuisine. The staff are fabulous always friendly and happy to assist you. On the down side there were a few things that could be improved. The fabric chairs in the restaurant are really badly stained and need replacing. The glasses used at breakfast time unfortunately smell of egg and makes drinking water a bit unpleasant. No teaspoons are provided when ordering tea or coffee. These aren’t major issues but we’re noticeable during our 6 day stay.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff are doing a great job cleaning the rooms. Request are readily granted. Transport from hotel to the beach and shopping mall is awesome. Thanks! Will definitely stay in the Renaissance again when we come to Bali.

The suite, with breaksfast was actually cheaper than a standard room. The suite was incredible. Large with a living area, TV, large bed. Corner windows with an incredible view. Huge bathroom with japanese style robot toilet. Huge bath, shower and a walk in closet. There was a huge patio balcony too, with lounge chairs, sofa and rocking chair. Very generous with water in the room also. A must in Bali! The hotel itself has more of a 'holiday maker' feel to it. You could really be anywhere in the world. Depends if you want that sort of holiday resort feel, or something a little more authentic - you won't get that here. There were many pools to choose from, always space to grab a sunbed. Staff were really friendly and pleasant. But towels were always dirty and marked. The restaurants were nice, but we chose to mostly go out to eat and explore Nusa Dua for ourselves. Downsides... 1. Pool towels were always dirty, or marked, which made them seem dirty. 2. Difficult at times to get a member of staff to order a coffee at breakfast. It would be nice if staff came to you to take a drinks order when sitting down for breakfast. Overall - a fantastic stay in a superb suite. The staff definitely make this place.

Depends if you want that sort of holiday resort feel, or something a little more authentic - you won't get that here. There were many pools to choose from, always space to grab a sunbed. Staff were really friendly and pleasant. But towels were always dirty and marked. The restaurants were nice, but we chose to mostly go out to eat and explore Nusa Dua for ourselves. Downsides... 1. Pool towels were always dirty, or marked, which made them seem dirty. 2. Difficult at times to get a member of staff to order a coffee at breakfast. It would be nice if staff came to you to take a drinks order when sitting down for breakfast. Overall - a fantastic stay in a superb suite. The staff definitely make this place.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt für einen Pool/Strandurlaub. 1. Zimmer/Anlage Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Man hat eine Klimaanlage die man selbst steuern und einstellen kann. Das "Badezimmer" wird mit einem Vorhang vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt. Die Toilette und Dusche sind allerdings jeweils verglast. Es wird kostenlos 4 Flaschen trinkwasser pro Tag bereitgestellt. Auf der Anlage gibt es keinen Geldautomaten. 2. Service Hotel Der Hotelservice war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an den Pools waren auf den liegen immer frische Handtücher. 3. Restaurants Es existieren 4 Restaurants direkt am Hotelkomplex. Alle 4 sind sehr modern/schick eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Kommen aber meiner Meinung nach nicht über ein "gut" hinaus. Was positiv hervozuheben ist, ist das Frühstück. Das bietet eine gigantische Auswahl. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP guest Plenty of pools and seats by the pool and day beds to relax on The pool staff are great and always happy to oblige with a drink or towel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in my travels in Asia. The chefs are to be congratulated on the quality and variety of food options each day. The juice bar is excellent. Large spacious rooms and large TV No Netflix or chrome cast Free water in room and no issue asking for extra bottles. Beach shuttle The Chinese restaurant onsite was open for breakfast also which we utilised a few days It’s about 5 mins drive to the beach We will definitely come back here again

The hotel is away from the Main Street however there is an hourly shuttle available. We had a pool access room which was fantastic. There are three restaurants however we only used the main one which has breakfast daily and offered a very large choice of food. We also went there for dinner on three occasions as the menu offers a wide range of cuisine. The staff are fabulous always friendly and happy to assist you. On the down side there were a few things that could be improved. The fabric chairs in the restaurant are really badly stained and need replacing. The glasses used at breakfast time unfortunately smell of egg and makes drinking water a bit unpleasant. No teaspoons are provided when ordering tea or coffee. These aren’t major issues but we’re noticeable during our 6 day stay.

The suite, with breaksfast was actually cheaper than a standard room. The suite was incredible. Large with a living area, TV, large bed. Corner windows with an incredible view. Huge bathroom with japanese style robot toilet. Huge bath, shower and a walk in closet. There was a huge patio balcony too, with lounge chairs, sofa and rocking chair. We had such a lovely stay at renaissance. The peace and serenity we experienced everymorning on our morning stroll through the garden was perfect , surrounded by birds, Butterflies and gecko's, it felt like paradise every single day. our ocean view room felt like a tree house as it over looked the forest and sea, the beds were unbelivably comfortable, the bath tub was HUGE, the food was delicious, especially the balinese food which was nothing like we've ever tired. We left the renaissance relaxed, rejuvenated and at peace. But the most memorable experience was the hospitality and care of the staff. We met some lovely people such as Dee , Didit and so many more.. A very special acknowledgement to Cintya from the navigator, who was incredible helpful with all our questions and needs, her kindness and professionalism made our stay exceptional ♡ we had a blessed holiday because these gorgeous people

We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them. Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle and relaxing for a few hours. This hotel really provides for its guests and hope to return.

2021년에 오픈한 호텔이라 시설들과 방은 더할나위없이 깨끗하고 넓찍했음..특히 풀장이 4개라 매우 만족함..그런데, 손님이 많아지니 역시 문제점 발견..조식때는 사람이 많아 기다리고, 테이블 청소 기다리다 결국 그냥먹고, 포크갖다주기 기다리고 아주 엉망임. 커피 드릴까요? 하는 직원 4일동안 한 번도 없어 혼자 갖다 먹는 데도 사람이 많아 또 기다림. 메뉴와 맛도 리뷰들과 다르게 그저 그랬음. 그리고 음식들 바로앞에 기둥이 있어 부딪히는 경우 꽤 있었음. 체크아웃할때도 교육안받은 직원이 눈에 띄고.. 결국 비수기때나 조식안먹는 여행으로 적합해보임

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, they always went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. All of the staff greet you with such warmth and kindness no matter how busy they are/ seem. This was a real standout for our holiday. The facilities were great, the breakfast is 2nd to none and was absolutely delicious, the 4 restaurants were also fantastic for dinner as well, so there is no need to leave if you didn't want to, but I keep coming back to the staff as the reason for making this holiday the best holiday we have ever had.

Spa also very pricey and also thought too many requests for feedback, becomes a little irritating. Check your bill thoroughly. Be sure what you have already paid. We were charged for our steak restaurant night twice but I had evidence of payment.

We’ve rated our stay lower than most because we had just come from an outstanding adults-only resort where service was personal, calm, and genuinely caring — every guest was known by name. In comparison, this property felt chaotic and impersonal. This was like a gated retreat where upon arriving here felt like we lost our sense of freedom and peace. The coffee was disappointing, and several advertised amenities weren’t available during our stay. We also requested a transfer to the supermarket but were forgotten and ended up booking our own Grab. On a positive note, the spa staff and room stylist team were excellent — they were professional, kind, and attentive, and truly lifted the experience. Overall, if it’s your first time in Bali, this place might impress. But for returning travellers or those accustomed to a more polished, service-led experience, and culture it may fall short of expectations

We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them. Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle and relaxing for a few hours. This hotel really provides for its guests and hope to return.

Lovely hotel, big and spacious. Excellent breakfast, great gym, walking distance to town (or you can ask the staff to take you in a golf buggy). Free shuttle to the beach with great beach beds. Much better that the noisy Courtyard in my opinion.

Lovely pools, great staff and a convenient bus to the beach when we wanted to go to swim, sunbathe or snorkel. A really nice location and great for a family vacation.

Larges transats disponibles. Grande chambre bien équipée. Magnifique petit déjeuner aux choix considérables : des plats asiatiques aux viennoiseries. Jus de fruits aux choix pressés devant vous. Les trois restaurants sont très bons avec mention spéciale pour le restaurant LionX, chinois, de grande qualité. Pris raisonnables pour cet hôtel luxueux. Spa très professionnel. Service toujours souriant, à l’écoute, avec volonté de satisfaire. On a passé un super séjour.

The hotel is away from the Main Street however there is an hourly shuttle available. We had a pool access room which was fantastic. There are three restaurants however we only used the main one which has breakfast daily and offered a very large choice of food. We also went there for dinner on three occasions as the menu offers a wide range of cuisine. The staff are fabulous always friendly and happy to assist you. On the down side there were a few things that could be improved. The fabric chairs in the restaurant are really badly stained and need replacing. The glasses used at breakfast time unfortunately smell of egg and makes drinking water a bit unpleasant. No teaspoons are provided when ordering tea or coffee. These aren’t major issues but we’re noticeable during our 6 day stay.

2021년에 오픈한 호텔이라 시설들과 방은 더할나위없이 깨끗하고 넓찍했음..특히 풀장이 4개라 매우 만족함..그런데, 손님이 많아지니 역시 문제점 발견..조식때는 사람이 많아 기다리고, 테이블 청소 기다리다 결국 그냥먹고, 포크갖다주기 기다리고 아주 엉망임. 커피 드릴까요? 하는 직원 4일동안 한 번도 없어 혼자 갖다 먹는 데도 사람이 많아 또 기다림. 메뉴와 맛도 리뷰들과 다르게 그저 그랬음. 그리고 음식들 바로앞에 기둥이 있어 부딪히는 경우 꽤 있었음. 체크아웃할때도 교육안받은 직원이 눈에 띄고.. 결국 비수기때나 조식안먹는 여행으로 적합해보임

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, they always went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. All of the staff greet you with such warmth and kindness no matter how busy they are/ seem. This was a real standout for our holiday. The facilities were great, the breakfast is 2nd to none and was absolutely delicious, the 4 restaurants were also fantastic for dinner as well, so there is no need to leave if you didn't want to, but I keep coming back to the staff as the reason for making this holiday the best holiday we have ever had.

We were charged for our steak restaurant night twice but I had evidence of payment.

We had a great week at the Renaissance Hotel. The shuttle to the beach was wonderful as being away from the beach meant the location was quiet. Some great restaurants in the streets surrounding the hotel as well. The drinks by the pool were average but the staff were incredible and the hotel rooms were amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was a wonderful week and there were no real negatives about the stay

Staff are super friendly and always willing to help, even if they don't always understand. The resort is huge and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, but there was still a musty smell in each of the three rooms I visited. I would prefer to be able to walk to the beach and local shops so the location, being 2km from the nearest beach was a bit too isolated for me. I stayed for 11 nights, maybe 4 or 5 would have been better.
