We stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa for 3 nights as a family of five and had an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly set up for families — our kids especially loved the dedicated kids pool and the vibrant kids club, which gave us some time to relax while they had their own adventures. One of the most magnificent features of this hotel is its private beach — peaceful, clean, and just steps away from the resort. It really gave our stay that extra tropical charm. The food and drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced. While the overall quality was good, we do feel there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and consistency of food offerings. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Aditiya, who went above and beyond by waiving our late check-out fee — a generous gesture that saved us around $100 AUD and truly left a lasting impression. Overall, Novotel Bali Benoa offers great value and warm hospitality in a beautiful beachfront setting. We’d definitely consider coming back for another family escape.

A very nice property as you would expect from Novotel. The room was clean & tidy & the grounds were immaculate. One thing we did find was that the room had a musty smell to it that only ever appeared after we had been out for the day. We also found that some of the facilities were a little tired. The pool table had broken cues, so made playing there a little harder, but manageable. The pools were amazing & we spent most of the day in the one at the beach.

Only about 25mins from airport, good looking property, very friendly staff, didn't realise the hotel was split in 2 across a road, reception, breakfast, main pool, and half the rooms were on the beach side, the other pool was across the road, with rooms with pool access,,, i booked the pool access room, then had an email saying the pool was under maintenance, and was closed , but would be open 2 weeks before we arrived, which was good, on arriving at hotel, we were told the pool was still closed, we were upgraded to another room , which was nice, but not close to the pool like i wanted, this pool was cold, very windy from the ocean, and too many people were there due to the other pool being closed, 2 days before we left the other pool opened, it was nice and warm , and the wind was blocked from the ocean due to the built up area it was located in, this is the better side, overall its a nice place, but for us it was ruined , due to the pool being closed

Our suites is spacious, have a double bed and two single beds with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath tub. The room can be more clean, since one of the toilet have more then 10 flies inside, we dare to use it. And there is only 1 air-con for 80 square metres area is not enough. And we can’t adjust the speed of the fans. The pool and beach view is stunning. The breakfast is perfect, lot of choices. There is a kids club which my kids like it. They even have kids care services.

The property is in need of a serious upgrade, bathroom and toilet were clean but badly stained/scratched. Blinds were frayed and dirty. The blind on the door fell off its roller and had to be fixed. On three separate occasions the lighting in tha hall and on the stairs outside my room which was a serious issue in terms of negotiating the stair case. I was disappointed as I expected more from the photos which I saw on the website. The staff however were all lovely.

Novotel in Benoa was nice enough, but we enjoyed our stay at a smaller hotel in Kuta better. We found Novotel too expensive (which is a product of it being in Nusa Dua). We stayed there with our young children, but we found most of the other clientele were older folks, so we were worried about our children being too loud all the time. We also got a random knock on our door at 930pm one night from house keeping asking us if we wanted our bed made up (which was frustrating, because it woke our kids). I assume they accidentally came to the wrong room. Finally, while the room we stayed in was advertised as 2 single beds, the photos are a little misleading and they looked like 2 double beds (it was 2 single beds). Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben jedoch einen Stern ⭐️ abgezogen, weil der Service im Restaurant nicht immer gepasst hat. Zuerst wurde viel gefragt, aber dann wurde man vergessen und keiner kam mehr - die leeren Teller standen somit länger am Tisch. Die Zimmer hatten eine angenehme Größe und waren auch sauber. Jedoch wirkten die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und in die Gartenwohnung kam nur wenig Licht. Das Frühstück hingegen war hervorragend und das beste auf unserer Reise (Singapur - Kuala Lumpur - Bali). Es gab sehr viele gute Speisen und es schmeckte alles sehr gut. Der Strand war auch ganz gut und der Pool beim Restaurant Coco war ebenfalls sehr einladend und schön. Für den Preis und die Tage hat das Hotel für uns gut gepasst.

I have stayed in multiple resorts in bali and unfortunately this did not meet my expectations. Staff wasn't as friendly, i haven't finished my breakfast and my table was given away. All my room pillow cases either have a black stain mark or it's not changed ( it has a foul smell ). On top of that, on my first day of check in my room tap / shower water was off. Once they turned it back on the water was completely brown for hours.

Good location and attractive price. The room was clean and well equipped but the bed was terrible hard for my opinion... Also I got stung by several mosquitos even though I didn't open the windows or door. Overall a good place due to the nice breakfast and closeness to the beach.

Everyone is extremely friendly and accomodating. I was travelling alone with my two kids and no request is too big or too small. Very quiet and friendly. The hotel is not brand new, it’s a little bit run down, but still excellent condition. All pools are great for adults and lids. This is our second time in this hotel and won’t be the last one.

Attention aux réservations en famille. Chambre réservée pour 4 pour au final n’avoir que 2 lits. 1 très grand lit pour 3 et un lit 1 personne. Heureusement que nos enfants sont jeunes donc le second a dormi avec nous. Mais il est anormal de vendre une chambre pour 4 avec cette configuration de literie. De plus les chambres sont très mal isolées. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec du choix et des produits frais

The staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling and willing to help. They genuinely wanted us to have a great day/breakfast/holiday etc. The breakfast is fantastic, pools are lovely, just the right amount of restaurants, shops and massage salons in walking distance. Unfortunately kids can tend to take over the pools.

The property needs updating. We found the reception staff very rude compared to all the other staff. The location is beautiful but more choices of restaurants is required within the complex especially if you are all inclusive, the menu is small! I won’t be going back!!

Dejligt, autentisk hotel med flot beliggenhed ned til stranden eller med pooludgang på den anden side at vejen, som vi havde glæde af, med vores børn. Dejlig morgenmad med bredt udvalg! Utrolig venligt og lydhør personale. Alle små problemer vi havde, blevet fikset med det samme. Ville uden tvivl tage tilbage igen. God valuta for pengene!

We had an amazing room with direct access to the pool which was the right size to do some laps before breakfast. Breakfast and food options overall were excellent, we enjoyed the barbecue with Balinese dance. Right next to the beach. Quite easy to reach from the airport which is a plus because traffic in Bali is crazy. Would love to stay there again!

Novotel Bali Benoa is an absolutely gem, we liked their facilities, breakfast selection, cleanness of the site and staff positive attitude from the guide who assist to cross the street to the front office desk. The hotel is located in a seclude area of Nusa Dua perfect for families with children who seek quietness but also next to the action of water sports. Due to the distance to the main facilities in the area private transport is normally needed, the good shops and restaurants are located few kms away. We had a great time at Novotel Benoa however I'd like to share an unusual case which called my attention. My kid wanted a cup of ice cream, we approached the shop only to realize that one scoop of it costed AUD $18, I thought at first that I was wrong with the conversion rate only to confirm that indeed that was the price, in my opinion that need to be reviewed. We also decided to visit the near by massage place due to the high costs of the therapy in the local facilities

We had an amazing room with direct access to the pool which was the right size to do some laps before breakfast. Das Novotel selbst ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir waren schon vor 20 Jahren hier und sind immer noch gerne in diesem Hotel. vor allem nach den diversen Renovierungen ist es wieder Top. Nur die Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung sind teuer und so gar nicht balinesisch (griechisch, türkisch, mexikanisch). Das Essen im Hotel ist unverhältnismäßig teuer. Die Cocktails kosten 12 - 13,- €, eine Kugel Eis kostet 6,80 €. Das ist schon fast nepp. Sehr schade, dass man so übertreiben muss. Selbst im Conrad ist man günstiger!

Die Freundlichkeit, die Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war hervorragend! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, vor allem die frisch zubereiteten Omelette ( von einer sehr netten Dame). Im Spabereich hatte ich eine Behandlung bei Narni, das war sehr gut! Dankeschön! Daraufhin habe ich noch 3 weitere Massagen gebucht! Auch die schönen Artikel in der Boutique und die außerordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Beratung ist hervorzuheben! Herzlichen Dank!
