Stayed 7 nights

Stayed for a week and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Only one elevator was working the entire time which caused constant delays. Housekeeping was also inconsistent on several occasions, one of our connected rooms wasn’t cleaned despite both rooms being open and the “clean” sign clearly displayed. The location is decent, but overall service needs improvement.

Enough on the tea tray for 4 cups of tea , 4 cups of coffee however only enough milk for two cups and the same for the sugar , just go a little wild and leave plenty , people will only drink what they want they won’t drink more because there’s more there , spend a little bit more and provide a good service .
