As expected from a top-tier hotel. Not beyond expectation. The staff is excellent, and the club lounge is big, but there are too few canapés and food offerings. The view from my room on the 50th floor is excellent. It is a city view with one part that can see the park. The room is spacious and has a big sofa and a working table. One flaw I experienced is that I heard a knock, or a kind of hammer knock, 2-3 times at night and in the morning. It may have come from other floors since I opened the door and saw nothing. I can feel that the room is not great in terms of soundproofing.

Stayed for 2 nights in a Skyline Park View. Our room was on the 55th floor - amazing views. Room was a great size, well set out and very clean. Great choice at breakfast buffet. Nice pool area. Hotel is about 10mins walk to the BTS station. Would stay again when we’re in Bangkok.

The staff and service of this hotel was outstanding and far above anything you may have ever had. The rooms are beautiful, amazing views. And the rooftop bar is unparalleled with no tall buildings near. You see the entire city 360 degrees. This may have been the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at with an amazing price.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel remains excellent, though naturally, it shows just a touch more age than when we last visited 20 years ago. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, particularly if you enjoy exploring a wide variety of dishes. We booked a family suite, which was fantastic. The only drawback was the air conditioning in the main bedroom. It developed an irregular, loud rattle. It was quiet at first, then clanking for a few minutes before settling again for about twenty minutes. We only noticed it on our last night, as we hadn’t needed it before then. A little frustrating, but understandable; if the hotel isn’t aware of it, they can’t fix it. Hopefully, it’s resolved before the next guests arrive. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation.

The checking was took so long even I have already checked in through what’s up they sent the link for pre check in. And at night around 11:30pm, the bathroom starts leaking water from the roof and all of my stuff inside the bathroom are wet and dirty. If you want I can send you the video. It was like water fall leaking from the roof and carpet got wet too.

I will totally recommend this hotel for travelers who’s trying to get away from the very busy and hectic Sukhumvit street hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Special thanks to Annie Park at the checking desk for helping us navigating how to get to the attractions around Bangkok. She also send my wife a belated birthday cake. The only drawback was, you had to walk about 15 minutes to the MRT station. Thanks to all the staff.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The location was safe but it felt farther away than a lot of the places we visited which made it difficult with the traffic. However, if you’re looking for a city feel and close to mall shopping and rooftop bars it is great.

Staff were very helpful, Rooftop bar has great views across Bangkok. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance. It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic. I’d recommend using the trains as an alternative

Great hotel in central location. 10 minutes walk to either Lumpini or Silom mrt stations. Club room option definitely worth it with 19th floor lounge. Afternoon tea then canapes and free flow wine and beer 17.30 to 19.30. High floors have amazing views and roof top bar a must.

Gym not 24 hours, many occasions the key cards wouldnt work, we ate at the evening buffett once and was not value for money given the lack of variety. We ate at the Saffron restaurant 1st day and the food and service there were both excellent.

We travelled as a couple and truly enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree. Breakfast at Romsai was fantastic, as was our dinner at Saffron. Vertigo provides a great view of the city and was a lot of fun. The room also provides an awesome view, and was very beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great and has easy access to MRT.

Loved the service, the Chinese Restaurant Bai Yun and the rooftop bar/restaurant Vertigo. Enjoyed the pool. The hotel arranged transport to and from the hotel. Ive never experienced service that good! The only reason for not giving 5* was our room. The plumbing was noisy when people flushed toilets from above, they forgot to clean our room one day, the tv did not work properly which was frustrating (then we learned we were missing a controller). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at the start of our Thailand tour. We managed to get an early check in and room upgrade and late check out as Gold Hotels.Com members which was great. Our room was large, comfy bed, quiet, well maintained with complementary water and fruit. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was our favourite on our trip, with an excellent choice of Western and Thai options. We drank and ate at a couple of the hotel bars and food was lovely but expensive for Thailand and service friendly but very slow. The roof top bar had great views and interesting cocktails. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. The view from the room (57th floor) and rooftop bar was incredible. The lower sky bar was awesome and had very good cocktails. The room was big, had a great big bath tub, well stocked mini bar but was a little dated. Be aware that the restaurant and bar are high American prices. The waterfall garden next to the ridiculous breakfast buffet is very nice touch to the property. The front desk were always warm and helpful even with recommendations for food. We extended by 2 days even though we planned on hotel hopping.
