L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur du quartier Pratunam, juste en face du Platinum Fashion Mall et à seulement 10 minutes à pied du Central World et de la station BTS. Très pratique pour le shopping et les déplacements. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec un hall d’entrée impressionnant. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à rendre service à tout moment. Un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, avec une literie très confortable. On s’y sent vraiment bien. La salle de bain est également très agréable, avec une douche spacieuse et moderne. Les ascenseurs sont modernes et automatisés, mais peuvent être un peu encombrés aux heures de pointe, notamment pendant le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Un buffet varié avec plusieurs cuisines représentées, y compris des options halal. Mention spéciale pour les petits shots énergétiques à base de gingembre et de fruits : une excellente idée. La salle de sport est à la hauteur : spacieuse, bien équipée, avec des haltères lourds et des machines neuves — digne d’une vraie salle pro. Wi-Fi not working, kept disconnected, and kept prompting us to re-login to the Wi-Fi which was not even working/stable, which was quite inconvenient and annoying. On the first day of our stay, there was no body wash in the dispenser, which is quite disappointing for a five-star hotel. Even though the service was good, but the facilities are very old. The gym equipment is dated. The elevator system seems to be modern and safe, but it can be “smarter”. During peak hours, the elevator system created inconvenience, as you will need to re-tap the card and reselect the floor on the touch screen again and again every time the lift is full and you can only wait for the next one.

Everything was spectacular. The staff, room, gym, pool, & location. It was all such a great experience for the price you pay. What stood out the most was the gym & staff. Gym had a lot to offer from free weights, machines, Pilates and stretching room and maintain classes. The staff was next level. Making sure we had everything we needed and went above & beyond. Nicha and Amg were amazing at what they do. They exceeded our expectations. You would definitely have a great experience staying at Amari.

Appreciated the central location of this hotel and amenities, especially room service, global breakfast, and steam rooms. Staff was especially kind. While I still do rate this a 4.5 star hotel and would likely stay again, there are some things that if another hotel offers, I will pivot: - the spa is overly expensive vs the surrounding area and the massage was lackluster. If looking for authentic thai massage, go elsewhere. - the in room babysitting that is offered here is unclear and you may not be eligible to use it as a result. One of the primary reasons we booked this place. - while breakfast was comprehensive, most of the foods were bland. The Indian food was the best option. - steam room/sauna/whirlpool hours are a bit limited in the evening and not advertised well (the entrance to the 8th floor just says 10pm) The swimming pool closes at 8, the locker rooms with steam/sauna closed at 9:30 and gym closed at 10p. Shoutout to Leila for explaining this all to me though.

All arouhd, excellent hotel and stay. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The food excellent. The only thing is pool is not heated and is shaded so kids didnt het to enjyo the pool.

Love this hotel! Always come back for this hotel whenever we are in Bangkok. Traffic is a little crazy outside because of the construction BUT it’s pretty much walkable distance to some malls which you can escape and take your transport from there ;) the spa was amazing too!!

Fantastiskt fint och lyxigt hotell mitt i smeten. Nära till shopping och lätt att ta sig vidare till andra utflyktsmål. Lyxig frukost med extra allt, dock hög ljudvolym men det var lugnare på plan 5 där det inte var lika stort. Stor och härlig pool och poolområde, bra gym. Rekommenderar!

I stayed on the 27th floor with a city view. The room was large, the bed was spacious, and everything was very clean. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linens and towels replaced daily. Bottles of water were provided every day. In my opinion, the room felt slightly outdated, which was noticeable in the bathroom and the carpet.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned—only the main walking areas were vacuumed, and the bathtub had hair in it. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were rusted and broken, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. I received a check-in survey and shared this feedback. The manager texted me promising to ensure the rest of my cleans would be “done extra well,” but nothing improved and no one followed up afterward. The elevators are a nightmare. Wait times were often up to five minutes, and the elevators would sometimes “forget” the request, forcing me to press the button again and start over. Even once inside, rides were slow and frustrating due to constant stops at shared floors like the gym, restaurant, and meeting rooms—usually with no one getting on or off. Staff frequently call the elevator to the lobby and punch in multiple floors at once to try and make more elevators come down, making the experience even more tedious and loud. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of follow-up, and truly aggravating elevator system, I will not be staying here again. This is not a luxury hotel by any means.

Super lovely staff, cannot fault the service, breakfast was lovely though we ordered off the menu as we are vegetarian. Rooms were clean, lobby and gym were fab. Our room was in need of a little TLC, particularly in the bathroom, which was a shame. Looked great, but at closer inspection some bits were broken.

Ich hatte jetzt schon das 3. das vergnügen im Amari zu Nächtigen. Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit seinen verschiedenen Buffets auch immer eine Freude. Der kleine Garten im 8. Stock angenehm um sich etwas in ruhe zu bewegen (aber leider auch Rauchverbot). In sachen Sauberkeit muss ich dieses mal leider auch etwas negatives berichten, die seltsamen weißen Flecken am oberen Bett sollte man als Reinigunspersonal eigentlich nicht übersehen. Aber ich werde garantiert wieder kommen. Die Lage ist für Bangkok einfach sehr praktisch.

Överlag ett fint hotell men känslan är att de försöker vara ett lyxigare hotell än vad det egentligen är och klarar av att vara. Rummen var fina men när vi kom in i badrummet hängde det en smutsig handduk på väggen, våra kompisar hade fullt mer hår i deras rum och fick byta rum, i restaurangen fick vi ett glas där det var rött läppstift kvar från en tidigare gäst! Det värsta var poolen som var svinkall samt att barn inte verkar vara välkomna där, våra barn fick inte hoppa i från kanten utan var tvungna att gå ner för stegen och de fick tillsägelse att att de inte fick skratta och prata så högt. Vi ifrågasatte om barn inte var välkomna eftersom de knappt kunde röra sig vid poolen utan att bli tillsagda och då blev personalen alldeles stressade när vi sa att vi skulle säga till receptionen. Inte heller receptionen skötte det så bra, barnen fick en varsin donuts och sen tyckte de att de hade gjort tillräckligt. Den italienska restaurangen till höger som hotellet (fristående) hade supergod mat och trevlig personal! Skulle inte bo på samma hotell igen men gärna äta på den restaurangen.
Överlag ett fint hotell men känslan är att de försöker vara ett lyxigare hotell än vad det egentligen är och klarar av att vara. Great location, modern, well-kept property. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms and friendly and very helpful staff. Only negative was hair in one of the fruit bowls and a small cockroach running around the pastry station at breakfast buffet.

Hotel upgrade our room which in high floor with good view, room is spacious, the hotel is near many shopping mall, it is easy to go shopping and eating, breakfast is delicious and with many food, staff all very nice and handling case efficiency, I very appreciate the guest experience manager Ms Kanjananat K (dhom) to hand the air-conditioner case of my room efficiently, overall I will stay again in this hotel next time when I go to Bangkok

Hotel looks modern and new from pictures but the room that we stayed in seems a little outdated from the other hotels we stayed in Thailand. None the less, staff was welcoming, nice and very helpful. Bangkok is very busy, so this hotel was walkable to Siam paragon/siam square and central world. Getting a taxi is cheaper than a tuk tuk but if it takes just 15mins to drive it’ll take an hour to get there in taxi. And unfortunately the tuk tuk take advantage of that and price it up. Recommend walking shoes!

Everything was spectacular. The staff, room, gym, pool, & location. It was all such a great experience for the price you pay. What stood out the most was the gym & staff. Gym had a lot to offer from free weights, machines, Pilates and stretching room and maintain classes. The staff was next level. Making sure we had everything we needed and went above & beyond. Nicha and Amg were amazing at what they do. They exceeded our expectations. You would definitely have a great experience staying at Amari.

The staff at the breakfast venue headed by Lisa, the supervisor , surprised me with a birthday cake & song complete with placards. That was a nice & unexpected gesture! I was like how did she know…& for them to look around the resto for me. Wow! I was touched! I’ve been telling all my friends & family about my experience. I will surely recommend your hotel.

The staff amazing!! Best service I ever have had at a big hotel like that. The Breakfast could have had 5 Stars but it was to much people and very loudly. Not the hotels fault. I can recommend this hotel to everybody I know♥️♥️♥️

All the staff at amari bangkok are very professional and they always greet us with a smile. We felt being a vip for our 4 nights stay. The buffet service was excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on on my future bangkok visits. Ms. Cream from the Onnyx check in was able to provide seemless transaction while you get a welcome drink. Mr. Ryan from the amaya restaurant at 4/F is so accommodating. I love the welcome treatment from everybody.

Hotel staff was very helpful in getting taxis almost immediately (not always easy to get one outside). I particularly appreciated that when I told them my father was coming in a few days, they arranged for him to be on the same floor. And they provided him with assistance during the stay. The welcome desserts when I arrived was a nice gesture.

Definitely not a 5 star experience. Great location but the rooms are what you’d get in a 3 star hotel. The rooms are old and not in the best condition. The staff do not know how to run a hotel. Very disorganised - even hard to try and get concierge/transport person to get a taxi for us. There are two lobbies (lower and ground floor). They make you catch taxis from the lower lobby and when checking out today, there was no one there and it was left unattended. A lot of people were confused and when everyone went to the ground floor lobby, they then said lower lobby isn’t open until 7am. There are simple solutions (I.e. put up some sign to let the guests know in advance) Pure disarray at this place. Not worth the price.

I stayed at Amari Watergate for five days, and the location was excellent—only about a 10-minute walk to Central World, which was really convenient. The manager, Patty, was incredibly helpful and made sure all my issues were resolved during my stay. Whenever I needed assistance, I could count on her. She will go extreme miles and beyond to fulfill my requests. Patty are polite and sincere and respectful to customer, which made a big difference in my experience. I always choose Amari when I’m in Bangkok because it’s a fantastic place to stay—clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came twice a day to tidy up the room. I’ll definitely be staying at Amari again on my next trip.

Les ascenseurs sont modernes et automatisés, mais peuvent être un peu encombrés aux heures de pointe, notamment pendant le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Un buffet varié avec plusieurs cuisines représentées, y compris des options halal. Mention spéciale pour les petits shots énergétiques à base de gingembre et de fruits : une excellente idée. La salle de sport est à la hauteur : spacieuse, bien équipée, avec des haltères lourds et des machines neuves — digne d’une vraie salle pro. Most of the shopping areas are within walking distance from the hotel. Not lack of eateries around the hotel too. The nearest BTS is less than 1km away and you don't really feel the walk as there's lots of shops for you to zip in and out. Easy access from airport to hotel too via the City Line

Over all, our stay with Amari was great. It was close to everything. Shopping, dining, and anywhere you want to go. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices. I would come back again here to stay.

Great location, modern, well-kept property. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms and friendly and very helpful staff. Only negative was hair in one of the fruit bowls and a small cockroach running around the pastry station at breakfast buffet.

The staff was always gracious and helpful. At times it felt like the place could use some modern touches. The main guest restrooms on the first floor were horrible - hot, stuffy and not seeming to be well kept. The food from room service was prompt, good temperature but not the greatest quality in overall satisfaction. Dinner in the Italian restaurant left a lot to be desired. The lobster was very fishy and tough. The pasta dish was overly salty. The staff was great for what they had to work with.
