Very good location, room size good enough and very good house keeping twice a day, not many 5 star hotels continue this service. Breakfast many choices and not need to waiting for seating during peak times, staff very friendly with many smiles it make us happy days, special thanks to Ms sittimon she always remember my wife specials meal requests every morning even in her day off, she reminds her colleagues to serving us. Only things…. Swimming pool very small it compare hotel capacity, we meet up another room guest party of 6-8 they already engaged whole pool Possible to build a new bridge connecting to skywalk instead via backside shopping mall We sure will back to this hotel coming summer

1.Check in was delayed till 5pm because room wasnt ready. 2. Shower corel leaks from door. Design flaw. I almost fell because i didnt expect water flow out fr shower to bathroom..all the way to the sink! 3. Breakfast was disappointing. 1 noodle station that offer same soup noodle daily. And only 2 freshly squeezed juice. I have had better quality at other hotels. 4. Your pool is really to pathethic for a 5star hotel. And i was quite disgusted that some guests wore head gear into the pool. That is very unhygienic.

Very nice hotel. Clean and fresh room. Comfy bed. Good service. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice pool area with beautiful view, and pools with different temperatures. Wish I could have stayed longer! Very convenient with several shopping malls near by, in addition to Sea Life aquarium.

This is my second stay at this beautiful modern hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with all the amenities you need. It is centrally located in Bangkok and next to the Sky Train which is their public transportation line too. It is within walking distance to the Central One Mall where you can find great food at the food court!

Pros: Close to two shopping malls. My room was spacious and with a bath - save for the smell. Cons: I was put in a room that distinctly smelled of mould. The staff would have been well aware of how bad the room smelt when this was allocated. After 2 days I was moved.

I went hotel on 12/5/2024 1102am( booked online for 12 to 17 may 2024), receptionist told.me.my smoking room be ready 3pm. I went at 2pm and they gave me room card , went room and noticed it was a non smoking room--- went down reception to ask why non smoking room given to me , the staff told me smoking room all full and informed me tmr will give me smoking room till 17 may 2024..i refuses and was quite mad , he immediately told me get me a smoking room in 10 mins, , i waited for 40 mins in the non smoking room, no one call to follow up with me. Indeed u professional service by a 5 room international hotel. Service was horrible , and the thai staff was all amatuer...will neber stay in tis hotel.eber again.

Did not expect such experiences at a hotel like Intercontinental - disappointing. The hotel itself is not really child-friendly as access to the link bridge requires navigating through a few stairs and escalators. With a stroller it was not the most convenient.

This was a wonderful hotel with great restaurants and you can't beat the location. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, the rooms were large and well equipped, the location was in the heart of a shopping district and public transportation was right outside the entrance to the hotel. I will stay there again when in Bangkok.

Connected to the BTS. However, this is an older hotel which has aged. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Most of the breakfast buffet is catered to Chinese and Arabic nationals. Probably a 5 star hotel back in the day (like 20 years ago) but now a 4 star at best. Very close to all the shopping malls. There are better hotels if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the area which are newer and modern such as Okura, Park Hyatt and Rosewood to name a few.

The hotel is within walking distance to major shopping centers. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby design is grand and stylish and the room is extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended for its huge number of varieties.

This was a wonderful hotel with great restaurants and you can't beat the location. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, the rooms were large and well equipped, the location was in the heart of a shopping district and public transportation was right outside the entrance to the hotel.
