Er staat inderdaad op de site dat er geen parkeer mogelijkheid is. Je moet dus je auto op 10 minuten loopafstand van het hotel parkeren en het hotel zorgt niet dat ze daar aan mee betalen of een deel betalen. Daarnaast zijn de ramen heel erg onhandig je kan ze niet op een kier zetten maar je moet dus allebei de ramen openzetten maar dan kan iedereen die in het appartement aan de overkant woont zo je kamer binnen kijken. De liften zijn heel erg klein, wij hadden 2 grote koffers en 2 tassen en pasten er zelf amper in. Het personeel was wel aardig. De ligging is goed. ze zeiden dat het hotel geluidstil is maar dat is niet zo je hoort de auto’s en zelfs te tram rijden. Voor de rest liggen de bedden leggen alleen niet te veel met je rug tegen de muur leunen want dan verrijdt je het bed, die heeft namelijk wielen. De airco werkte ook niet dus het was best heet met de zon op onze kamer. Verder een net hotel.

Ótimas instalações, e os Funcionários são muito prestativos. Fica num bairro tranquilo, com boas opções de bares, restaurantes, lojas e mercados. Muito perto de pontos de ônibus e VLT, facilitando o acesso ao Centro. E razoavelmente perto da Estação Bruxelas-Midi.

More of a chain style hotel than your typical options in Europe. The room we had accommodated 3 people and was quite spacious by European standards. Nice restaurant area and outdoor bistro tables. Didn't eat there but did get some great coffee! A 3 min walk to the Tram and 10 min to the Metro line.

First room stank of cigarettes and the beds kept separating. Second room was falling apart and the shower head didn’t work. Third room was ok but when they showed me the room they disabled my access to my room. So I couldn’t get my things to move rooms. The lift takes forever, I had to use the stairs after 7mins waiting for the elevator. Place is tired and old. Btw I only booked for 2 nights and had 3 rooms.

Very nice and full service hotel. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Dining room staff were fabulous; Sabrina, Marta and Alejandro at the bar. Will definitely stay here on our next stop in Brussels.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Die Dame war sehr nett und er Check In ging sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war für einen Städtetrip mehr als ausreichend und es war sehr sauber! Bett war riesig und durchaus bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist abhängig wo man hin will gut bis ok. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist um die Ecke und Restaurants etc sind reichlich zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 3km. Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Hotel eigenen Garage keine SUVs oder VAN etc aufnehmen kann. Wer also mit dem PKW kommt und so ein Gefährt fährt, sollte sich zuvor erkundigen. Wir konnte vor der Tür mit Parkschein parken. Tatsächlich nicht wirklich teuer. Ab 9:30 morgens bis 18:00 abends muss man zahlen. Wer zwischendurch eh weg will, hat hier eine gute Alternative zu den möglichen Parkgaragen in Laufdistanz. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen wenn es uns nochmals in die Gegend verschlägt.

The elevator so small and smell marijuana smoke all the time, the rooms so small and compact you barely can move around, the shower head very low if you are taller than 5 feet good luck to you… the breakfast overrated when one item finish and you ask for more as if they are bothered to be asked will tell you it’s coming with loud voice and unhappy. The kitchen lady the one check the names and room number very rude as if you are dining for free.

La posizione è buona con poco rumore. L’hotel in generale dimostra la sua età. Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma possono andar bene. L’apertura della finestra è stata problematica, un’anta incrociava l’altra…… impossibile aprire con facilità. Il bagno poco pulito e soprattutto con un odore terribile di latrina che si spargeva nella stanza da letto. La porta del bagno che andava tenuta sicuramente chiusa, era cigolante sia all’apertura che alla chiusura e quindi, quando usata di notte, svegliava l’altro componente della camera. Abbiamo chiesto al concierge una pulizia più profonda e profumata del bagno ma non abbiamo ottenuto nulla. Direi in generale che si tratta di un hotel un po’ datato che dovrebbe avere un restauro soprattutto dei bagni e un servizio più attento e accurato.

Je m’attendais à mieux un 4 étoiles et pour le tarif. Odeur de canalisation dans la chambre et dans le couloir du 5 eme étage. Chambre un peu vétuste et rudimentaire. Manque d Isolation phonique, nous entendions les conversations des chambres voisines. Literie assez moyenne et chambre un peu petite. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas bien.

The hotel staff were very rude and condescending. They seem to be bothered if you needed anything I was missing soap and toilet paper and I got an attitude asking about needing those. They did not tell us that the AC did not work. They gave us incorrect directions for breakfast. We are glad the lady in restaurant helped us by offering us a breakfast at a nominal rate. We would not stay there again

Very unfriendly and useless employees. When arrived for check in at 4 pm the hotel had no hot water at all, so you couldn’t take a shower or whatever and nobody warned or said anything at the reception. I tried to call the receptionist but the phone in the room was completely broken and nobody did anything to repair it when I needed. Breakfast is expensive and very poor choices for the price, especially the dark hair lady that thinks she owns the place and was only interested in eating her breads and cakes instead of doing her job and welcoming the guests. Very unfriendly lady and horrible service. Would not recommend the hotel also for the distance to everything, very far from public transport and horrible side walk to carry the luggage. Bad location and very unfriendly staff .

Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there.

Rummet mörkt men ok och badrummet slitet, handdukstorken var rostig och färgen flagnade. Saknade balsam i badrummet. De vita handdukarna var slitna och grådaskiga. Den kvinnliga receptionisten var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. De manliga portiererna var oengagerade och frågade inte ens om vi hade haft det bra på hotellet eller tackade när vi checkade ut. Frukostbuffén var ok, men det var snålt med mat och ofta tomma fat i buffén. Blir ett annat hotell nästa gång. Dyra rum och inte värt priset.
