Enkelt og sentralt. God parkering. Perfekt for oss som skulle videre. Bra renhold og fine rom

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sauber. Vorteilhaft ist auch die geräumige Tiefgarage. Für meine Belange war die Lage auch akzeptabel, das die Metrolonie 6, die zum Fussballstadion von Brüssel führt, keine zehn Minuten zu Fuss entfernt liegt. Allerdings ist der Stadtteil Anderlecht sonst sehr heruntergekommen und schmutzig.

Hôtel accueillant, très bon service, cuisine traditionnelle et bonne. Parking sécurisé.

Le parking était sûr mais les frais n'étaient pas clairement indiqués. Il n'y a pas de place de stationnement à l'extérieur donc obligé de payer 20 € la nuit.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. We loved that there were several options for breakfast: full continental breakfast at 16 euros, but also smaller options at 4.50 and 7 euros, which was ideal for us as we do not eat a lot in the morning. There is a vending machine just by the lift, so we could get water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Regarding the location, I won't lie, the surrounding area is not super nice, with rubbish on the street, however I won't let this affect my rating as it's not the hotel's fault and it's a bit like that everywhere in Brussels as soon as you leave the old town centre. However we felt safe and I wouldn't define the are dangerous at all. Regarding the location, it was really good: 15 minutes walk from Midi Station (so you can easily travel to Bruges/Ghent which are cities I truly recommend!) and 12 minutes from the old town. There are also buses/trams 5-10 minutes away to the Parliament or the Atomium. I would say, if I really have to suggest something extra that would have made our stay even better: - It would be great to have a kettle in the room, just to be able to take a tea in the afternoon or before going to sleep. - The check-in process took quite long, despite we were there at 3pm, the rooms were not ready and we had to wait about an hour. They offered us a drink during the waiting though. Overall very good.

Brüksel şehir merkezine 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde özel kapalı otoparkı bulunan otelin çalışanları cok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi, oda cok ferah temiz, banyo, havlular temizdi. Tavsiye ediyorum.

The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is good and clean. But when you walk out the hotel. You have to pay the highest attention. I like the car park too . It’s safe and it’s suitable for road triper.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to an Andolecht match. We received a nice welcome from the staff and were given all the info we needed to get to the stadium. Our room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The bar area was very relaxed and the prices were reasonable. We had a car but parked in one of the transition park and ride areas and got the metro to avoid the clean air zone and driving into the city. We were glad we did as the metro was a 10 minute walk away and the area looked busy to drive in. The bus stop for the stadium is a 2 minute walk away and to walk into the city is around 10 minutes so this hotel is in a great location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out which made it easier to explore the city. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants and takeaways. Would definitely stay here again, couldn't fault it at all

Facilities and staff are good, underground car park is safe and big, only the location is not excellent because the road to city centre looks not so safe.

Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, despite being on a fairly main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location within walking distance to the centre of Brussels. Good value for money. Several options for breakfast at different price points. The croissants were delicious!

Had a good stay here. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is decent although basic and gets repetitive after multiple days. Facilities is nice. The area around the hotel is not the nicest but it is close to the city center.

Rooms perfect for solo travellers small but cosy

Everything is good, walk distance to town center, but no fridge, kettle, coffee or tea in a room.

Convenient location, close to the centre. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only downside was the room was hot but there is fan to use. Also there is no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. But overall a nice place to stay.

As a frequent visitor at Hotel Van Belle in Brussels, I always recommend it. The staff at the reception desk are very helpful, the location is excellent for my business needs, and the rooms are clean with comfy beds and very good heating. Room is bit smaller than expected, but its clean. No AC. Breakfast is good.

Location was good, walkable distance to city centre. Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. The only downside was that the room was too hot in the evenings.

rooms were very hot and there is NO air conditioning

Nice hotel but would like in room temperature controls and a kettle.

There didn't seem to be any Air conditioning in our room. We looked around the room for an AC control. We saw the vent but not a controller/thermostat. There was a freestanding fan in the room so that was my other clue there was not AC in this room.

Estuvimos dos noches en este alojamiento. El Hotel está totalmente reformado por lo que sus instalaciones son muy modernas y confortables.Sin embargo tuvimos un inconveniente, pues a mitad de la noche abrieron la puerta de nuestra habitación. Estuvimos muy asustados y nos sentimos inseguros. En la mañana preguntamos en recepción y nos comunicaron que fue un error del personal, pedimos las cámaras pero el Hotel no cuenta con cámaras en los pasadizos de las habitaciones solo una en la puerta de recepción. Creemos que en esto debería mejorar. El problema se solucionó y el joven se disculpó por su error, incluso nos invitaron un té de cortesía, pero nos quedó la sensación de inseguridad por la falta de cámaras. Por lo demás, el hotel es bonito y aunque la zona no es tan segura alrededor, tampoco vimos ninguna situación para preocuparse demasiado.

The hotel was OK, the evening staff was terrible. The person at the front desk was very rude, and seem bothered by questions, I thought it was a bad day but the next day she was there and had an attitude. Also the room we had been assigned the night before was the room that was being used for bathroom use since the bathroom in the lobby was not working (this was the story that was given to us).

I dined and stayed here, and I really enjoyed both! The staff go above and beyond to make sure the guests have a great stay. The hotel is an oasis of class and comfort in a questionable neighborhood.

The area around the hotel is run down and we felt quite intimated by it. The receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful. The room did not have a kettle and no provision for beverages. If one needs to use the iron and the board you need to go to a different room with your clothes, the first of its kind - never seen elsewhere in the world.

The reception staff were amazing and the breakfast offered a good range. Our room was neat, clean and tidy. Definitely good value for money.

the hotel is nice . well connected to midi station and tram. neat and clean. but the area around it so dirty. unsafe. doesn't feel safe at all.

The Hotel Van Belle is very central to the Grand Place and it’s walking distance to there and the shopping streets.

Centrally located. Clean hotel, nice room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the area around the hotel looks filthy with rubbish all over the place- not the hotel’s fault, but it’s such a pity. Breakfast was nice but slightly overpriced

Great value for money, great room conditions, friendly staff and convenient location. Be careful of walking in the night in the vinicity of the hotel location.

The property itself is nice. It’s not in the nicest location, but is fairly central and close to La grand place.

It was a little difficult to find, and the neighbourhood is a little run down, but the hotel is safe and modern. Very nice room and only a few minutes to walk to the old city centre.

easy walk from Gare Midi. From the outside it doesnt look much, to go with the neighbourhood, but very smart inside. comfortable and v clean room and ensuite. Check in easy and friendly. Will stay again.

great breakfast - nice facilities

Gewöhnungsbedürftige Umgebung. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet schön gestaltet, trockenes Brot und magere Auswahl. Es ist kein Problem satt zu werden nur die Ansprüche müssen stark nach unten geschraubt sein.

So this hotel is in a very rough neighborhood. I’m a single guy who works out, but even I felt a bit unsafe there. The rooms are decent, but they don’t have tea kettles. The wi-fi wasn’t good. On the plus side, the breakfast in the morning was SUPERB.

Breakfast was good

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce hôtel, gentillesse, propriété, garage pour mon véhicule facile d'accès, seul bémol, le pavé de saumon trop sec et trop de sauce.

The staff are friendly but the breakfast are not to good also there’s is no air conditioner thy have only electric fan.
