chambre d' l'hôtel rénovée ; nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner car trop cher (16€/pers) mais l'hôtel est doté d'une cafétaria, avec petit déjeuner excellent et trés peu cher, 3,20€ ; nous avons laissé laissé notre voiture, sur le parking payant en face de l'hôtel et visité toute la ville à pied; juste à côté de l'hôtel, petit supermarché trés pratique.

Bien situé à 10 min du centre historique de Burgos , l’hôtel offre un charme et décoration un peu suranné . Chambre plutôt petite, vue sur cour , mais tarif cohérent. Clim défaillante mais le gardien de nuit nous a immédiatement proposé un ventilateur . Sdb avec baignoire typique années 70 qui mériterait d’être rafraîchie. Très propres. Personnel extrêmement aimable et accueillant, et qui nous a proposé une solution de parking au prix très raisonnable et donné de bonnes suggestions de restau et visites.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Parking around the hotel was free, so we didn’t use the hotel’s garage saving ourselves the daily hotel fee. The bathroom’s radiator had a leak that damaged my winter boots (Uggs) and I had to throw away with no compensation.

Hotel in good position. Twenty minute walk to the Cathedral. Reception area very nice and received warm welcome from the man on reception. I believe his name was Ferdinand. We were given an accessible room (E95) on first floor. Positives were that it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable and there was a mini bar. Downside was that it is incredibly hot in the hotel. We could open the windows to cool it down but being above the front door and restaurant there was a fair amount of noise from the street. In the main it was lovely and clean but we had to ask for some blood stains to be removed from some light switches and there was a dirty plaster/ band aid on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was €15 but we did not have it. There is a cafe which you can get a smaller breakfast and coffee if you need it. We walked into town and got breakfast in a nearby cafe. There is street parking outside (2 hour max) so we used the hotel car park which is a few minutes walk away (cost €14) Overall a lovely hotel, comfort of bed and staff are the highlight. Suited us for just a one night stay.

We visited during the impressive festivities for San Pablo y Pedro end of June. Paid parking was on the street, directly in front of the hotel and inexpensive. Walking distance to city center without the masses (during the festivities)

Very nice hotel, great location, easy walk to all the popular sites. Breakfast is good, staff and service excellent. My only complaint is the pillow cases should be replaced with new ones mine was too old, not a nice feeling

El único problema de la habitación es que daba a una trasera donde había un extractor. Las ventanas no aislaban bien y olía la habitación a fritanga. Menos mal que por la noche paró y pudimos dormir.

El personal de 10,la habitacion grande y colchon muy cómodo,a 10 min andando al centro,cerca hay una zona para aparcar gratis. Estuve en la primera planta y se escuchaba ruido del extractor del exterior,un poco molesto... Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y el precio que tiene el desayuno,lo podian mejorar...habia zumo de naranja natural ,pero poca variedad de fruta(sólo piña y pera) no habia ni cerelaes ni galletas (cosas muy básicas)

L accueil impeccable, en Français, la décoration et le style de l hotel exactement comme dans la description, juste ce qui nous plait Le restaurant tres bon Le petit déjeuner continental mais tout de même espagnol (quand même !) Les installations sont de tres bonne qualité, un peu vieillissante mais clairement construite pour la durée et de qualité Seul bémol (pourmoi : je fais 1m85) la hauteur de passage dans les escaliers (après une bosse ou deux c est mieux ! On fait plus attention) Service parfait tout du long, personnel au petit soin et pourvu quenous soyons correct tout les effort sont fait pour communiquer par tout le monde Parfaitement situé !

Bien situé à 10 min du centre historique de Burgos , l’hôtel offre un charme et décoration un peu suranné . Chambre plutôt petite, vue sur cour , mais tarif cohérent. Clim défaillante mais le gardien de nuit nous a immédiatement proposé un ventilateur . Sdb avec baignoire typique années 70 qui mériterait d’être rafraîchie. Très propres. Personnel extrêmement aimable et accueillant, et qui nous a proposé une solution de parking au prix très raisonnable et donné de bonnes suggestions de restau et visites.

Bien situé pur visiter la ville, personnel d'accueil très compétent et agréable. L'hôtel est loin de valoir ses 4 étoiles : il est clairement en bout de course, les installations habituellement 4 * sont absentes. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau et servi dans un local qui semble en début de déménagement. Le personnel par contre est irréprochable.

Les installations sont de tres bonne qualité, un peu vieillissante mais clairement construite pour la durée et de qualité Seul bémol (pourmoi : je fais 1m85) la hauteur de passage dans les escaliers (après une bosse ou deux c est mieux ! El personal de 10,la habitacion grande y colchon muy cómodo,a 10 min andando al centro,cerca hay una zona para aparcar gratis. Estuve en la primera planta y se escuchaba ruido del extractor del exterior,un poco molesto... Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y el precio que tiene el desayuno,lo podian mejorar...habia zumo de naranja natural ,pero poca variedad de fruta(sólo piña y pera) no habia ni cerelaes ni galletas (cosas muy básicas)

Large triple room for two was spacious. Two comfortable beds and two chairs in a separate area. Some fittings look old and tired, but a few scuffs on the paintwork don’t matter to me. Good bathroom with shower in bath. A safe and a kettle provided. Secure parking 14 euros per night was well worth it. It was underground on the other side of the road but the receptionist explained it all well. You can park right outside the hotel for 10 minutes. The metered parking has a maximum of 2 hours. About 15 mins walk to centre and it’s on a bus route. Good stay.
