Pool, spa and gym are a major draw and generally well liked, with hot tub/sauna appreciated; however, areas can be busy or cold at times, steam room outages and occasional closures frustrate some. On-site parking is convenient but paid.

Rooms and public areas are often described as spotless and well kept. Recurring exceptions include stained carpets or furnishings, occasional bathroom misses or odors, and pool changing areas needing attention during busy times.

Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, many with quay or bridge views and large bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Repeated drawbacks are warm temperatures and limited or ineffective air conditioning, plus occasional noise from events or outside.

Staff are widely praised as friendly, professional and helpful across reception, restaurant and spa. Some guests experienced slow restaurant or bar service, occasional check-in delays or miscommunication, and a few unhelpful interactions.

Waterfront setting is central and walkable to the V&A, Discovery Point, train station and city centre, with on-site parking available. Some rooms face road or event noise, but many enjoy scenic quay views.
