Room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good that a nice place to enjoy a drink and have dinner was on site. It was also good that parking was in the open, it was in an area that needed a pin to enter. The buffet breakfast was included and was very nice with a good selection of food and drinks. We definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Amazing staff and stay. Free buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms very clean and actual daily room service unlike most hotels in aussie now. Would 100% stay again. Free large car park added bonus. Little playground for kids and pool.

Breakfast was good, the room was average, but the cleanliness was disappointing. There were hairs on the tub when I got in the room, and for the two weeks I was there housekeeping never removed the hairs. The windows had thick spider webs that were there for ages. The bathroom towels stunk. I would not stay there again.

our room faced the car park so at night it was noisy, so hard to sleep. people returning to their rooms at night were loud. Breakfast was nice but I would have liked some cheese on the menu the resort was generous with free drink vouchers.

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Only downside was that it was loud with revellers possibly from the pub coming back to their room to party on. Also we couldn’t locate a TV remote which upset my daughter, but didn’t bother me enough to call reception.

The hotel was lovely, room fantastic value. However was caught off guard however with it being attached to a tavern style venue which was off putting. The other downside was the lack of sound proofing of the hotel rooms. When other visitors are in there rooms at 2am and talking loudly, it sounds like they are next to you in your room. Made for 2 nights of minimal sleep unfortunately. .

My room on the third floor was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & clean. Having a bath tub in the bathroom was another feature that I liked. The buffet breakfast was very nice & I really enjoyed a swim in the large outdoor pool after a busy day. There are bus stops close by and it is only 4 mins by bus to Pacific Fair, or you can walk there in under 20 mins. It's also not too far from the Miami Aquatic Centre & Pizzey skate park & pump track. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. This is the second time that I have stayed here & I would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Overall was a good stay a few cons with our experience: - Our King bed was 2 King single beds zipped up together which was very uncomfortable and no locks on the wheels for bed when you would sit on bed it moves - Young foreign staff at the bistro was quite rude and not very welcoming when we went to eat, she didnt know the area when asking for recommendations to eat stating she doesnt know and to google it Other then that we enjoyed our stay and was able to check in early and check out late and got 2 free beverage vouchers as a VIP Gold member not to mention the hot buffet breakfast every morning variety was amazing and delicious just customer service needs attending

This property was an excellent choice. We were going to the Star Casino for a show on Saturday night, so wanted something handy. The accommodation was attached to the Mermaid Waters Hotel, so we dined downstairs in the restaurant area before going to the show. We booked an $18 taxi ride to and from the Casino, which was the best way to travel. Hotel parking was close to our room and all facilities an easy walk. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a nice sized TV and large, comfortable bed. Our only negative was water pressure of the shower. It was abnormally low and, to be honest, would have struggled to wash shampoo from a person with long hair. Other than that, this accommodation was great and by far the cheapest around, with the added bonus of free buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Wir waren erst etwas erstaunt, da das Hotel rundherum von Parkplätzen umgeben ist. Das Hotel liegt aber sehr verkehrsgünstig, es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen ganz in der Nähe. Ca 20 Minuten Fussweg zum Strand. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Restaurant und Bar gehören zum Hotel. Es gibt einen relativ großen Pool.

Clean and modern room. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was included, which was nice. However, on the 2nd day the breakfast options were still the same, so it would have been nice some variety. Also, the dishes and cups were not properly clean. The outdoor pool was great and relaxing, however, since the pool is open till 10pm, it was noisy till like 10:15pm.
