Another amazing stay at another Meliá resort. No matter where I go, it’s always an exceptional experience. Meliá Hanoi offered an incredible massage and spa service, and the breakfast buffet had endless fresh options. The lounge provided the perfect ambiance with a flawless mix of drinks. And the staff… “incredible” doesn’t even begin to describe them. Every team member at Meliá Hanoi was kind, hospitable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. We had 2 suites which were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were vlean and well maintained. My only gripe was tgst the shower door didn't close properly so whenever we showered the bathrom floor area got wet. The pool area was quite small but was lovely, especially early in the morning when no one else was there! On our last day, before going to the airport, we are in the downstairs restaurant and the food and service was good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

It was great stay at the Meliá Hotel Hanoi. Appreciated the warm welcoming from the front desk staff at the 20 floor. Restaurant staff very nice and friendly. The Lobby bar is amazing ! Lovely and friendly staff . I highly recommanded Meliá a beautiful hotel very clean and in middle of the old quarter. Accessible to everything you need in Hanoi center .

The property was very nice and clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was good especially if you’re a pick eater like me, it was the best I had my whole time in Hanoi, pricier but worth it for me. The message at the spa was awesome but twice the price and shorter than other locations outside the property. The only thing I would say I found to be excessive was the price for laundry service. I would hands down stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel is located in city center. The rooms have carpet, which are worn out, dirty from many years. We stayed 5 days and clearly they do not clean the rooms well daily. There is no option in room availability for double beds with shower only, showers are only available in king size bed rooms. All double bed rooms only have tubs which are hard to get into if you are older, definitely not handicap accessible. I would commend staff member Martha BG on her guest experience reach out, she made a huge difference.

The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm.

Noisy as they received a big group of Indian visitors. Bath tub cannot drain properly. My colleague also had to wait for 1 hour before he can get his room, even though we arrived at hotel well above 9PM.

I arrived very early and wasn’t allowed to check in, which I understand if previous guests hadn’t checked out. However, I was asked to pay $75 for early check-in. I wasn’t sure if the previous guests had already left, but it still felt odd to be asked for $75 for checking in early.I refused it as it was not resonable.

Melia hotel is located in a convenient district , walkable to Hoan Kiem lake and not far from the old quarter of Hanoi. The hotel staff (front desk and in breakfast restaurant) is very helpful and attentive. Our suite is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit below average. The foods provided at breakfast was not fresh and not of good quality. The free breakfast (included in the price) is not particularly good. But the (paid) meals in the restaurant at dinner were good enough. In overall we rate this hotel 4*+.

とても清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。シャワーの水圧も十分です。朝食も迷うほど料理の品数が多くて、美味しいです。特にフォーが美味しくて毎朝食べてました。周辺の交通量は多い物の、部屋まではクラクションの音は全く聞こえなかったので、夜は静かな時間を過ごせました。旧市街周辺のホテルだとクラクションの音が夜遅くまで響いてうるさく感じたと思います。総合的に非常に良いホテルでした。また訪れた際は利用したいと思います。

Very nice hotel in a perfect area of Hanoi, within the French Quarter and right next to the Old Quarter. It is perfect for seeing historical monuments and wandering around the lively French Quarter and Old Quarter for restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. No complaints about the hotel itself, it was great! The staff is so friendly. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, we also had good views over Hanoi. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurants serve many options of delicious food for lunch and dinner, many of the options available 24/7. The breakfast was phenomenal, so many different fresh options to choose from! If we come back to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying here again.
