Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Food quality and service also excellent - be sure to try the Teppanyaki Grill. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Of particular note for our stay were Mr Thi, Ambassador, took us on the Basket Boat tour: Mr Hanh, who was ever present at food service, along with Ms Hoa F&B; then Mr Ha, who drove us to the Ba Ha hills and guided us through the ticket process. All the team were polite and these made a special effort to converse with us. Lovely rooms, freezing AC; well appointed bathrooms and huge (8’) comfy beds. Pool area kept immaculate with good supply of towels and beds, plus the beach area with the beach bar staff and life guards keeping an ever watchful eye. We loved the setting, the location, for the shuttle service to the Hoi An old town and also the local businesses (bars, restaurants, spas, mini market) outside the door. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely setting - great pool , beach and ocean! We slept with windows open and could hear the waves on the beach! Yummy happy hour and terrific breakfast! We enjoyed super spa treatments. They were terrific at getting us to and from the airport with the car service. Wonderful way to end our trip to Vietnam!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful - beautiful layout of the grounds/swimming pool/restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious, lovely big bathroom. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful- special mention to “coconut man” who was always smiling and at your service. 10 min taxi ride into Hoi An and very cheap with Grab, though the hotel provide a free shuttle x3/day at fixed times if it suits. Fabulous hotel and would definitely recommend.

Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing. Would definitely recommend.

4년만에 재방했습니다. 중간에 코로나가 있어서 리조트 상태 걱정했는데 기우였습니다. 호텔 관리하시는 분들이 새벽부터 일하시고 리조트내부, 비치 앞 잔디도 관리가 잘되었습니다. 한국인은 거의 없고 서양인들이 많고 조용하게 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 팜가든 옆에 있던 리조트 호텔들은 전부 망가졌고, 안방비치까지 해변 산책했는데 백사장 상태 다 별로 입니다. 팜가든 비치 백사장은 변함없이 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하십니다.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. We had a villa right on the beach. It was a joy to come back here after a day sightseeing in Hoi An. The shuttle bus is convenient, although does finish very early, however Hoi An is a short taxi ride away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area whilst not being too far out of Hoi An itself. Thoroughly recommend!

So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. Our stay at the Palm Garden Resort & Spa was wonderful. All the staff and Mr Thi were very helpful and welcoming. The spa services had jacuzzi were definitely 5 stars. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and included toiletries. Also appreciated the hotel shuttle to Old Town in the day. I’m the evenings the grab taxi booked on our phones was relatively inexpensive. Would definitely recommend the Palm Garden Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An as it’s a perfect base. Thank you!

It was an amazing stay. The staff was terrific, so friendly and informative. I really felt as they wanted us to enjoy every minute. It just happen to be my birthday and staff brought by cake and flowers to our bungalow. It was superbly service. Mr VY, Mr Thien, and May were wonderful, aways happy. The whole staff was great. We are already thinking when we can get back to Palm Garden Resort - it was absolutely beautiful! Job well done!

We decided to stay at a Hoi A beach resort so that we could be outside the town for some peace. Palm Garden is a beautiful resort with beach, pool and several restaurants. Great location as you have the peace of the resort and only 15 minutes in a Grab/taxi to the centre of Hoi A with its bustle, restaurants and, of course, tailors. Staff are helpful and the facilities are excellent, thoroughly recommended.

Es war das dritte mal das wir im Palm Garden waren, und es war jedes mal großartig, die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön, man hat den kleinen Ort mit Restaurans, Massagen und kleinen Shops vor der Tür. Nach Hoi An wird ein Shuttle angeboten, Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Flott resort litt utenfor sentrum, men gratis shuttle til/ fra byen 3 ggr daglig og veldig enkelt med "grab" som er Vietnams svar på "Bolt. Koster kanskje 30- 40 kroner med taxi til/ fra sentrum og det tar ca 20 min. Veldig god mat på restauranten- spesielt lunsj/ middag. Flott strand, bra SPA.

We had spend chilydays during stay at Palm Garden Resort. Amzing beach view and comftable ocean breeze! I recomend stay at Bungalow room if you can not choose room. Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.

The whole hotel breathes luxury and has manicured gardens and surroundings. It’s spotlessly clean throughout and they keep on top of it. Food quality and service also excellent - be sure to try the Teppanyaki Grill. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Of particular note for our stay were Mr Thi, Ambassador, took us on the Basket Boat tour: Mr Hanh, who was ever present at food service, along with Ms Hoa F&B; then Mr Ha, who drove us to the Ba Ha hills and guided us through the ticket process. All the team were polite and these made a special effort to converse with us. Lovely rooms, freezing AC; well appointed bathrooms and huge (8’) comfy beds. Pool area kept immaculate with good supply of towels and beds, plus the beach area with the beach bar staff and life guards keeping an ever watchful eye. We loved the setting, the location, for the shuttle service to the Hoi An old town and also the local businesses (bars, restaurants, spas, mini market) outside the door. Nothing too much trouble. Trips booked via reception were reasonably priced and we felt totally safe in all areas of Da Nang.

Great loation by the bach and not far from Hoi An old town with 3 times a day free shuttle. Great swimming pool and very kind staff. Amazing breakfast, and near by dining option outside the hotel. A problem with the faucets was repaired quickly.

What an amazing stay - this is a beautiful hotel - we had a beach bungalow and it did not disappoint. The pool guys, the reception, housekeeping - all brilliant and worthy of 5+ stars. The only reason we have dropped a star was that in the first night we ate at the ‘Italian’ style restaurant - and the only vegetarian option was either a standard pasta or a margarita pizza - I went for the pizza - and it was up there with the worst I’d ever had. The breakfasts were amazing - we didn’t risk any of the other restaurants - so ate off site all other times and we loved that.

Accommodation was good, food in restaurant was ok, better options across the road Also a heads up for conferences with lots of people everywhere would have been appreciated

Lovely setting - great pool , beach and ocean! We slept with windows open and could hear the waves on the beach! Yummy happy hour and terrific breakfast! We enjoyed super spa treatments. They were terrific at getting us to and from the airport with the car service. Wonderful way to end our trip to Vietnam!
