The property was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the ancient town. Nicely updated with a pool and bar with a great happy hour. The spa facility was wonderful and they offered 2 for 1 on their 70 minute massage. The therapists were excellent! All of the staff was very attentive and My at the front desk was always checking on us! Breakfast was extensive with a different made to order Vietnamese soup every day!

Great value for money. The room was a little small but clean and aircon working well. Pool was amazing but the gym is quite minimal. Staff were super friendly and location was away from the noise but also close enough to walk to the main areas. Maybe a 10-15min stroll

Thus is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The 2 for 1 deal at the spa for a massage was a great added extra. We gad a great srlection of food to choose from at breakfast both hot and cold. A lovely pool and bar area too.

The photos on the website are definitely using a bit of poetic license, it's not as big as it looks. It's fine for the money but the quality isn't super great. Breakfast isn't great (flies all over the food), the rooms are ok for a couple of nights; apart from the wardrobe which has about 5 hangers there is no other storage space, not one drawer which is a bit annoying. the gym consists of 2 pieces of equipment but has no A/C so is pretty much unusable in the warm weather. the pool area is fairly small and the quality of sunbeds / towels isn't great. Staff are friendly, however, the hotel has a BBQ once a week and there is a pretty hard sell on it from the staff..it became a bit annoying after a while so much so we ended up avoiding the staff. One positive is the location, you can walk into the old town in 10 mins, they also have free bikes to use.

Staff were soooo lovely, our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was nice, with a great choice of local and more Western options, the pool area is gorgeous and there’s even a little gym. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the edge of the old town, 20 minutes to the thick of the action.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hadana Boutique Resort. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. The room was very spacious, nicely appointed and very clean! The restaurant served up delicious options, with the breakfast buffet being very plentiful. And the SPA!!! … Do not pass up this wonderful experience at incredibly affordable prices. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and within easy walking distance of The Night Market, the lantern boats on the river, and incredible restaurants, cafes and bars. I would most definitely stay here again.

Colonial stlye hotel with rooms and facilities built around the pool - which was much larger and more beautiful than the pictures in their listing depicted. Spent a lot of time here relaxing during happy hour wearing their fun colourful hotel robes which everyone had on. Close to everything, would stay here again.

Beautiful place, so well taken care of. While the room is smaller, they make up for it with all the amenities they provide. The ‘fitness’ centre only has a treadmill, bike, and small universal piece of equipment. So if you like to do any weight training, forget it. Breakfast was great, never any crowds as it’s a small hotel, so no bus tour crowds. We had problems with our fridge and hair dryer and fixed both problems immediately. In the evening the pool area is beautifully lit up, with plenty of tables to sit, play a game of cards and enjoy a drink. The beach is a $3-4 grab ride away and the hotel has privileges with a restaurant on the beach that will provide free towels, umbrella and chairs. They have very clean washrooms and showers available and the food was very good.

The staff were amazing. The welcome drink was delicious( my favorite), I actually ordered it with my dinner and the made it for me. My first room had a leaking from the ceiling but they placed me in another room right away and checked several times that I was happy with my new room. The pool is nice. The free breakfast was good I enjoyed the “bun” here. It rained so we did not get to do the coconut tour but caught a Taxi from Da Nang and they booked the tour for us. The customer service here is a 10/10, room itself was 6/10 bathroom grout curtains, shower curtain and lamp shades need a good cleaning. Decor of hotel and room 10/10.

The shower floods part of the room which is frustrating and there’s no shelf to put anything on. Breakfast is included and is ok, can get freshly cooked eggs and nice bread but some other items weren’t great. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town.

This was our first time in Vietnam and Hoi An loved our stay here, staff were very lovely and helpful, booked a pool view room, which really wasn’t till you looked over the balcony, would have preferred the lower floors but in saying that loved our room. Breakfast was okay, could do with changing it up from time to time, different fruits or pastries, or adding option of poached eggs. Need to look at where the linen is washed particularly towels as they smell strongly of fuel. Overall was a lovely hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Vietnam.

The reception and lobby area is very nice. Considerable effort is made to make you feel appreciated. A welcome drink doesn’t add value for me, but the explanations of the area are great. The room and bathroom were really clean. Sheets and towels weren’t worn out and didn’t notice any staining. Comfortable sleep. I was told they upgraded me to a pool view room with balcony. Robe in closet for use. No slippers but flip flop sandals. Water provided, but they were in reusable bottles and “sealed” with a tiny piece of tape. Good on them for reducing waste. I only used it to boil some water for coffee. Decent buffet for breakfast. In-house spa services were good. I dipped my feet in the pool and noticed the edges around the pool are a damaged. Otherwise nice pool. The hotel is away from the busy tourist area so it’s nice and quiet to enjoy relaxing. That means it’s a bit of a walk to the Old Town and such, but they provide free bicycles to use. Plenty of staff on site to help and answer any questions. Although my luggage was left in the lobby when I returned later at night after check in. I was told someone would take it up to my room but never did. Not a big deal, just some feedback. Would recommend and would stay again

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very nice. Clean, quiet and we had a nice view of the pool. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were very nice and helped us arrange show bookings & transportation as needed. Only negative would be it’s a bit further away from the old town, so lots of walking.

This hotel was a great find. The rooms are small and dated but they are quiet and will meet your everyday needs. The outdoor areas are amazing. The pool is relaxing and a joy after a long tourist day. The breakfast. Pool food and drinks were exceptional. We took advantage of the spa deals and the message was one of the best we have ever had. The staff are happy all the time.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and it is very nice with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is very nice and the Internet has a good connection. The hotel is located about a mile or so from the old town but it is easily accessed by taxi. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk if you feel inclined to do so. The only fault I would give it is that the bed and pillows are quite hard but overall it is a nice place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hadana Boutique Resort. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. The room was very spacious, nicely appointed and very clean! The restaurant served up delicious options, with the breakfast buffet being very plentiful. And the SPA!!! … Do not pass up this wonderful experience at incredibly affordable prices. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and within easy walking distance of The Night Market, the lantern boats on the river, and incredible restaurants, cafes and bars. Beautiful place, so well taken care of. While the room is smaller, they make up for it with all the amenities they provide. The ‘fitness’ centre only has a treadmill, bike, and small universal piece of equipment. So if you like to do any weight training, forget it. Breakfast was great, never any crowds as it’s a small hotel, so no bus tour crowds. We had problems with our fridge and hair dryer and fixed both problems immediately. In the evening the pool area is beautifully lit up, with plenty of tables to sit, play a game of cards and enjoy a drink. The beach is a $3-4 grab ride away and the hotel has privileges with a restaurant on the beach that will provide free towels, umbrella and chairs. They have very clean washrooms and showers available and the food was very good.

This is not a four star hotel; it only three star. The staff are lazy and did not want to help out. I did not even use housekeeping for the entire 3 nights; however, when my husband asked to exchange a small towel because it felt on the floor, the girl checked the towel and said she did not see any stains, why exchange the towel. The complementary breakfast was suck, nasty, dirty; the breads were hard as if it was leftover. The worst is that this hotel wants to charge for everything. They have a handbook disclosing fees that will be charged if anything is damaged in the room, I.e. if you break a cup. Do yourself a favor, find a better hotel.

We had a great stay at Hadana hotel. Everything was as wonderful as the pictures. The staff was so welcoming and nice - they even went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Hoi An - if we go back we will definitely stay at Hadana again.

And the second morning they even adjusted a number of the dishes at the breakfast buffet for my food allergies. They went the extra mile. this was anamazing stay. In a town where so many businesses are competing for our business, I think this hotel stands above the rest. The team here genuinely cares about our experience. In fact, some of the staff we have become lifelong friends with. Big thanks to Mei and Ny for taking good care of us and helping us arrange our trips, making wonderful recommendations, and checking on us afterwards to ensure that we were happy. They were both very special to us and we’re an enriching part of our experience here the entire team is friendly just like them. This is an excellent service oriented hotel for Hoi An. Although, this is a short walk (15-20 minutes / 1.5 km) from the center of old town; the An Hoi bridge, its location is not bad. On the main motorable road through the town, from where you can easily get a Grab Taxi, or better order an electric cart through reception. Besides location, and an excellent pool view and spacious room, our main draw was a most enthusiastic guest relation hostess, Ms Thuan. I have seldom come across such a helpful & positive person across the hotel counter. Right before our trip started, through whatsapp, she made it easy to book airport transfer, and Danang hotel to Hoi An transfer, covering Ba Na Hills in the same day, which is not so easy task to plan for an overseas visitor. All of our party of 9 people were vegetarian. Hearing this, she arranged a memorable breakfast full of veggie options, and kudos to the kitchen, it was prepared very well. She guided us to best places in the town, shops & restaurants, also recommended & booked the tickets for the 2 stage shows, and the coco-boat tour, all of which are must-dos. We ran into some issue in the local market, she had no problems guiding us, speaking to local people, and helping arrange transport back to the hotel. She is the poster-girl of what is good about Vietnam. Polite people, and super focussed on getting people to have a good time. Definitely, the place to stay for next time. Couldn't complete village tour this time!

Comfortable hotel close to old town, easily walkable to the main sights, Japanese bridge, etc. Excellent breakfast in the hotel, and efficient and quiet Aircon. Bikes available to borrow, and you can cycle to the beach via the rice fields.

The property was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the ancient town. Nicely updated with a pool and bar with a great happy hour. The spa facility was wonderful and they offered 2 for 1 on their 70 minute massage. The therapists were excellent! All of the staff was very attentive and My at the front desk was always checking on us! Breakfast was extensive with a different made to order Vietnamese soup every day!

Very nice and helpful staff, all of them. Cozy and homey hotel. Great breakfast. And excellent Vifi. The lady in does a great job!!! I think her name was Thu?! Sorry, something like that, she is exellent! I had a bamboo treatment and facial, 5 star for her! You'll fi d everything you need in your room and washroom.just a very small issue: the air-conditioning made a noise all the time (first i thought it was the washroom fan running!). Everything else was good.

The photos on the website are definitely using a bit of poetic license, it's not as big as it looks. It's fine for the money but the quality isn't super great. Breakfast isn't great (flies all over the food), the rooms are ok for a couple of nights; apart from the wardrobe which has about 5 hangers there is no other storage space, not one drawer which is a bit annoying. the gym consists of 2 pieces of equipment but has no A/C so is pretty much unusable in the warm weather. the pool area is fairly small and the quality of sunbeds / towels isn't great. Staff are friendly, however, the hotel has a BBQ once a week and there is a pretty hard sell on it from the staff..it became a bit annoying after a while so much so we ended up avoiding the staff. One positive is the location, you can walk into the old town in 10 mins, they also have free bikes to use.

Very helpful staff at the front desk with lots of recommendations of restaurants, attractions etc. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread is good.

Absolutely perfect. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Huu An. Room was really comfortable, the balcony was a really good size and had a nice view, whilst also overlooking the pool. The restaurant food was amazing, and the chef on the fresh egg counter at the breakfast buffet was just brilliant. The pool was really nice, good size, plenty of loungers and the toilets were kept clean all day. I absolutely recommend and will stay again if we're ever back in the area.
