This used to be the Nikko Hotel several years back. I am very impressed with the change! Really spacious room with a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Close to the East TST station and an abundance of restaurants nearby. What impressed me most is they provide a large glass bottle and refill stations on every floor saving thousands of plastic bottles. Only knock is nobody is going to pay HK$410 for a burger from room service - more reason to get out and explore the area! Will be back :)

It was worth upgrading to a harbour view room. Very luxurious hotel. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel 'softens' the look around the rooftop pool area, with garden planters to block the rust-coloured winches that you look at. Needed some greenery up there.

The property is well located but dated. Water stains are obvious (these are stains that are properly cleaned and maintained for a long time) on taps and metal parts of the rooms, especially in shower area of the room. The room also have rusty/poorly maintained wall (especially at the bottom of wall along the alley beside the shower). The room is also musty - requested for dehumidifier but the smell could not be removed. Given this is a 5 star hotel, it is much expected for the room to be better maintained. We had paid for dinner buffet during our stay - as it is a dinner buffet, the used plates has to be constantly cleared off before we can get new rounds of food. The waitress was slow in keeping the used utensil and had an attitude despite having us to approach (politely) her for assistance in clearing our table at least 3 times. In fact, we noticed that she was selectively clearing other tables (clearing other tables more frequently, like every 5 mins or so) but kept ignoring us. She even hand signed she is busy with other table when their tables were not brimming with used plates and waste as compared to our table . We are unsure if this is discriminatory but it was an unpleasant experience. It heavily discounted our experience despite the good food and price. In general, the stay was ok but for a 5-star hotel, we expected more.

I was surprised this is a 5 star hotel. Then I realized the only 5 star worthy in the hotel is their staff. Their staffs are super helpful and friendly! Every single one of them we have encountered in the hotel are absolutely the super star! The fittings and equipments in the hotel are very dated. The rain shower was leaking cold water while you are in the shower. The toilet paper is probably the cheapest you can get from the streets. We booked harbour view room which was another highlight of the hotel.

From Unwelcome to a Hello and best service – Thanks to Chief of Concierge Raymond Woo. My husband and I arrived at New World Millennium Hong Kong at around 1:30 AM on February 7. We were the only guests at the reception. Unfortunately, our first impression was not pleasant and was a bit disappointing. I wish not to go on details here. Thankfully, the next day til our check out everything changed. We were warmly greeted by Concierge Raymond Woo and got a warm Hello and Sweet smile from the General Manager in the lobby. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine smiles completely turned our experience around. They made us feel respected, valued, and truly welcomed as guests. Thank you to Raymond Woo and the management for Aside from our first impression, the overall service was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful during our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and relaxing, which made our stay enjoyable after long days of exploring Hong Kong. what true hospitality really means. It is mean for us as your guest.

This is an excellent hotel well located a 5 minute walk from the MTR at Tsim Sha Tsui East. The rooms are amazing but I would opt for a harbour view and pay the extra, as we chose a city view and are looking at other hotel rooms. The breakfast buffet has a good variety but we arrived near the end and were seated away from the main area and were rushing to eat as the buffet was about to close and had long lines waiting at the egg station. This is the only reason I didn’t rate the buffet as excellent.

When you stay there, you've got to try their buffet in the second floor. Amazing food for a very reasonable price. Stuff were super friendly and helpful. On my wife's birthday they sent a birthday cake to our room. Thank you! And the location is great too. About 10 min walk to Victoria Harbor, one of the most popular tourist attractions, which to me is the best choice since it isn't too noisy but still quite convenient.

Each floor has a water dispenser, and amenities such as slippers, wooden toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner were well provided. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It’s a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, but not inconvenient at all. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay.
