Hotel presso l'aeroporto il cui shuttle gratuito deve essere prenotato. forse l'unica pecca, per il resto un hotel rumoroso come tutti in quella zona visto il costante decollo di aerei dall'aeroporto. la struttura e' ben curata, pulita ed attrezzata, purtroppo la piscina e' accessibile solo dopo le 10AM e chiude alle 9PM il che non lascia molto tempo per usufruirla a chi prende l'hotel per lavoro. la colazione e' buona ed ad un prezzo accettabile per i cibi offerti. altrimenti a pochi passi esiste un ottimo panificio pasticceria. tutto sommato un giudizio molto positivo e ritornero' presso la struttura nel caso dovessi trovarmi nuovamente in zona per lavoro.

Estoy segura de que lo que me pasó a mi fue algo excepcional y el gerente me dijo que hablaría con Expedia al respecto para que se hiciera el descuento apropiado. Dejando eso a un lado debo decir que, el personal de recepción y del restaurante/Bar son muy amables y muy serviciales. A pesar de todos los problemas que tuve en una habitación y otra, estuvieron siempre abiertos a resolver los problemas. El desayuno está bien, fresco y variado. Puedes pedir huevos fritos o tortilla francesa con queso y lo hacen. El SPA del hotel es fantástico cuando se va a descansar, el gym necesita una mejora(tenia algunas maquinas que no funcionaban). Quitando lo que me pasó a mi, puedo decir que la habitación está bien y tiene ducha y bañera, la cama es muy comoda. La zona donde esta el hotel es muy tranquila y es muy limpia, tiene un shopping mall a 30 minutos caminando, aunque puedes ir en autobus o coche. Hay supermercados, farmacia y restaurantes en la aldea de la zona.

I didn't like that you have to pay to go swimming or that you had to pay for the shuttle van. Those are things that should be included. It also doesn't say that on the details of the property that you have to pay for these things. It does for breakfast 20E which is fine. Also it does not say you have to pay a deposit. The restaurant is expensive as well

Très déçu, car on m’a donné une chambre avec lequel la télé ne fonctionnait pas la télécommande cassée chambre 405 et en plus j’ai payé pour deux petits déjeuners auquel j’ai pas pu prendre et je n’ai pas été remboursé Sans compter que la piscine il faut payer en plus pour en profiter, c’est 10 € par personne et ça on ne le dit pas au moment de la réservation c’est une fois qu’on paye, on nous envoie un lien pour nous dire que la piscine est payant

The hotel was clean and good service at reception, even with struggling to communicate in English. The pizza in the bar was really good, just felt sorry for the guy working alone as he was so busy we couldn't order a cocktail. It saya the hotel provides airport transfer, but it's very limited hours. 6-10 am and 5-9 pm if i remember correctly. So it is difficult to get to unless you take an Uber or taxi.

Très déçu, manque de communication de l'hotel, j'ai découvert que l'espace aquatique qui était inclus dans le prix de la chambre ne l'est plus, aucune info envoyée par mail préalable concernant ce changement de prestation. En arrivant le soir et rendant la chambre le lendemain a 11h, payer 25 euros par personne pour profiter de l'espace aquatique est inadmissible. Sinon, l'hotel par lui meme est tres bien.

Nous avions choisi cette hôtel, meme si elle était plus chère, pour la piscine. Nous sommes allez au resto de l'hôtel manger un soupe, c'était excellent. Le propreté de la chambre impécable. Les corridors et ascenceurs pas super propres. Services par le personnel parfait.

Tres décu de mon sejour dans cet etablissement 4 étoiles. L'état de propreté des étages, des couloirs ainsi que des chambres n'est pas a la hauteur des 4 étoiles de l'établissement. A l'ouverture de ma chambre, presence d'un mego sur le sol, la douche presente des traces de calcaires et de moisissure, la cuvette des toilettes pas propres,presence de cheveux au sol. Le chemin de lit mis de travers, non lisse, l'habillage du sommier a du etre mis rapidement. A se demander si la chambre n'avait pas refaites au dernier moment.

Notre séjour a été convenable. Quelques points à améliorer : La télévision ne fonctionne pas très bien, cette dernière s éteint régulièrement donc à chaque fois obligé de rallumer, pas super lorsque vous suivez une émission… Et la poussière sur les meubles n est pas faites tous les jours Dommage pour cet hôtel car il est bien agréable et à chaque fois que nous y allons ce sont ces deux mêmes mauvais points qui reviennent

This is a dirty property that has an awful odour in the hallways. This property is rundown and poorly managed. There is only one desk staff who had no knowledge of the area around the property. Gave us incorrect directions. Also room dirty poor bedding hairdryer not working and staff would not replace it. Beware and stay elsewhere. Hotel gives a seedy vibe .

Chambre spacieuse, mais barre de seuil de la porte des toilettes qui tombe, radiateur SDB rayé de partout, la TV n arrête pas de s éteindre des fois au bout de 5 minutes, des fois 15 ou 30 minutes, et des fois ca se remettait directement sur la même chaine, des fois réinitialisation à zéro... tres embêtant !

Tres grand complexe. Beaucoup d'attente au check in. SPA dont le hammam et sauna en maintenance. Tres belle piscine. Belle salle de fitness bien équipée avec serviettes et bouteilles d'eau. Beaucoup d'appareils en panne. Appartement 2 chambres literie excellente, 2 salles de bain. En revanche kitchenette tres mal équipée. 1 seule cuillère 1 seule tasse, vaisselle non vérifiée. Nul!! 2 grandes télés 1 seule télécommande rafistolée. Elles s'arrêtent toutes seules et redémarre sur une autre chaine. Après appel à la réception il s'avère qu'ils ont un soucis de wifi dans tout l'hotel. Non prevenu à la réservation. En revanche, un autre commentaire en faisait cas plusieurs jours avant. Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Stay on 30/06/2025 Dear whom it may concern], I am writing to formally raise a number of concerns following our stay at your hotel on the night of 30th June 2025. 1. Fire Alarm Incident and Emergency Response At approximately 7:00 AM, the fire alarm was triggered and sounded three separate times. While I understand these systems exist for our safety, the handling of the situation was deeply concerning. We followed the emergency exit signage as instructed, but found the stairwell exit blocked by a Qatar Airways crew member and her suitcase. Despite being asked, she refused to move her luggage from the doorway. Upon reaching the emergency stair exit, we discovered the door was locked and would not open, even after three adult guests attempted to force it. Dropped off my vehicle near CDG airport and their staff were good enough to drop me to Zenitude about noon. Abruptly told that I would not be admitted till 3pm. Settled to a good lunch in restaurant and then waited. Expected me to hand over my credit card so they could take 250 euros and repay it two days after my departure. Said that I had booked with Wotif and they were the only hotel who handed me a piece of paper for all my personal details to be completed.. Never had to do that in any other place in France. The receptionist said that as I was ‘aged’, she would not insist on the 250 euros as she trusted me ?? but she was none too happy then deliberately said that my room was on the 4th floor but neglected to mention that the lift was in another part of the building.. No staff member except for one of the restaurant staff, male or female, could tell me where to catch the bus or how to get to the nearest shopping centre. Deliberately unwelcoming and obstructive then pretended not to see me if I was wanting some information. I would never stay in such an environment again. Didn’t use the spa and was information restricted for access by the busy with other things staff members…all tainted with poor attitude to customers.

Hotel presso l'aeroporto il cui shuttle gratuito deve essere prenotato. forse l'unica pecca, per il resto un hotel rumoroso come tutti in quella zona visto il costante decollo di aerei dall'aeroporto. la struttura e' ben curata, pulita ed attrezzata, purtroppo la piscina e' accessibile solo dopo le 10AM e chiude alle 9PM il che non lascia molto tempo per usufruirla a chi prende l'hotel per lavoro. la colazione e' buona ed ad un prezzo accettabile per i cibi offerti. altrimenti a pochi passi esiste un ottimo panificio pasticceria. tutto sommato un giudizio molto positivo e ritornero' presso la struttura nel caso dovessi trovarmi nuovamente in zona per lavoro.

The pizza in the bar was really good, just felt sorry for the guy working alone as he was so busy we couldn't order a cocktail. It saya the hotel provides airport transfer, but it's very limited hours. 6-10 am and 5-9 pm if i remember correctly. So it is difficult to get to unless you take an Uber or taxi.

L'hôtel est agréable la chambre très bien nous avons eu un acceuil très sympathique à la réception ainsi qu'au bar. Par contre le service au restaurant est une catastrophe on a attendu très longtemps pour être servis ainsi que les tables à côté de nous, les plats sortaient des cuisines et repartaient car les serveurs ne savaient pas à quelle table les servir. I’d say it’s an ok hotel for one night, but plan on eating elsewhere. We had ordered a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The kids’ beds were not set up and I had to ask 3 times before it was done. The television in the room turned itself off every 15minutes, quite annoying. The shower in the room was constantly dripping. Otherwise fairly clean room. The restaurant’s food was way below average, so was the breakfast, but the service was good. In the ”spa lounge”, the toilets were not working and two showers in two different changing rooms were also out of order. No locks in the changing rooms either which meant that several people came in thinking it was available… The ceiling in the reception was leaking. Again, ok for one night close to the airport, but it needs a good ”refresh”.

We had a bit of communication problems trying to get information on the hotel shuttle both by email requests and calls to front desk. Room looks tired and ready for a lift. The air conditioner was the best thing!! Powerful and worked all night( for Europe at this price point was amazing).
