Staff were nice, professional. The shuttle bus from Hong Hong Station was on time and efficient, both to and from the hotel. View from the deluxe room, 16th floor was quite nice with beautiful cityscape and some water visible. Housecleaning kept the room clean. I would like to have hard wood floors; the carpet was ok, but carpet becomes quite dirty, makes me uneasy. The bed was not comfortable, it was hard; it seemed dated. And it made my hips and back sore during the 4 nights. Only 2 pillows on the bed, but more were brought promptly upon request from housekeeping. I vastly prefer hotel rooms that have a window that at least opens a little to allow fresh air in; this hotels windows are sealed (apparently for safety). The air con was ok, but also seemed dated. Would give 5 stars if windows at least opened a crack, and bed was updated. Location of hotel is excellent for my needs

Great Price, very clean and attentive staff, had to change room in the beginning because of the aircon smell which was no problem at all. Kind of old school but everything very well maintained, with pool. Sadly no weights in the gym but that was okay given the price, the location. Even a free shuttle bus service. We were very happy! Thank you!

The elevtors were too late in coming, so I couldn't make it to the hotel's private shuttle bus.

Hotel lift capacity not enough.

Shame the pool wasn’t open for the duration of my stay but it was within the winter months. The shuttle bus however was very useful and it was only a very short walk to access the escalators which took you between the Mid Levels and the City Centre. For the price it was brilliant.

The hotel is a little dated, however perfectly adequate for the price. The rooms were smaller than a comparibly priced hotel in the same area, however the pool was in better condition and proximinty ot the esculators was a bonus.

I stayed 10 days at Bishop Lei and I loved every minute of it. I think it’s the cleanest and quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were lovely and it’s a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Easy to get a taxi. I loved the pool and swam as much as I could. Fabulous experience!!

The view from the property is worth it!! We stayed on the 16th floor Grand Deluxe room and the view it had was worth the stay. The property is not located near any MTR station, but the hotels complimentary shuttle service makes it convenient. Overall the stay was good

Good amenities: gym. reading room, shuttle bus, swimming pool and restaurant, etc. Near escalator from central to mid-level. Staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help. Hotel is clean and bed linens are in good quality. More than a 3-star hotel. I extended my stay for additional 4 nights. It would be better if the hotel can provide microwave facility.

Very central with wonderful view if you pay more. Modest restaurant and other facilities but great for the price.

The reception played Christmas music that also could be heard in the corridor speakers. Since the doors and walls in the hotel were not particularly sound proof, you could hear the music in your room sometimes later than 9pm which is unacceptable. Guest should not have to hear any hotel music playing in their rooms. The tidiness was ok overall but vacuuming was not enough since I had a mild allergic reaction from the first night and I am quite allergic to mites. The staff was always pleasant and helpful at the reception.

Room had wet carpet due to rain, didn’t smell too good. They tried to fix it with fans etc.

The room was clean i was accomated on a low floor as requested staff were welcoming.

ラストの1泊は、掃除も雑だったし、コップ等も替えてくれていなかった。 初日、このアンケートに3「普通」と入れたつもりが2になっていたらしく、「何処が悪い？高いところに行きたいか？」と、失礼な聞き方で気にしていたはずなのに、帰るとなったら、どうでもいいんだ、と思った。

Best view in HK! Walk to Cnetral and soho, heart of HK...staff super nice, 'niceness' being rarity one will encounter in HK, where you get barked at casually...on most days. But this is more 'motel' than hotel, from the universal generic beige decor to a sort of perrenial musty smell in the rooms since windows have been sealed - so no fresh air circulates, with many rooms needing upgrading around their faucets, bath tiles etc. I travel to HK frequently and always return here for the niceness and location.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Personal nicht sehr freundlich. Im Bad sind teilweise die Fugen verschimmelt. Braucht dringend eine Sanierung.

Spectacular view, plus I landed up getting a suite, while tiny the separation of space meant I could invite friends over off and on for super wine and top qual tapas, instead of going to scrappy or wana-be Soho bars with cheap wine and overpriced food. Staff was very friendly and helpful HK plugs so bring adaptors, but USB fittings help solve that provblem for devices. ** Warning for non-petite people, the shower cubicle is tiny, and could potentially be a showering challenge😄

Tiny room, couldn’t open suitcase inside. No acknowledgement of honeymoon trip. Average.

The location is excellent with a great view, but the hotel itself is quite dated. Everything feels old, and the rooms are very small.

Rooms are very small

Avoid this hotel. We cancelled our stay after the first night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was obviously old and needed to be replaced years ago. Pillows were the same. All other furniture also really old and wore out. We asked for a mattress topper but it just made it bearable- after it took ages for housekeeping to get it to us. Then there was NO HOT WATER in the morning. View was nice. Location not great but ok.

Accommodations are satisfactory , just be prepared for very small rooms.

The hotel is quite old. Needs upgrade. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms even the suites are small.

Overall very good hotel for the price. Good points are the staff are efficient and friendly, good value breakfast, and the shuttle bus to the airport station is handy. Bad point was that the shower in our room was very small and the temperature of the water was difficult to regulate. Towels were what you’d get in a 4 star hotel.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very nice. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. The hotel is okay, bed is a little hard, some room can be stuffy but the staff gave me an air purifier and moved me to a better room. I will definitely come back if there is a chance. Very close to the mid central escalators so walking commuting is very nice. And bus stop right in front of the hotel for those looking to use their compass cars to the max.

While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, especially with the cab driver who would only take cash (lending me money), they also would not print me off a map leading to the telecom shop when I asked for it. They said there were many around, and I got lost and walked around for hours. Also, the room I booked was sold, and they said I needed to upgrade (and charged me for this upgrade) I was tired and waved it through, but being that it was a mistake on behalf of their business I do not feel like I should have been punished for it. Likewise, the room (for whatever reason) was/is on a floor only accessible by the service elevator and not the main elevators. Weird? Generally the welcoming process, although awkward when you dont share language, could still be improved for a place that claims to be an 'international' hotel.

Room was functional but tired. Shower was tiny too! Front desk staff were polite but dismissive. They didn’t seem like they could be bothered and inconsistent messaging! The Concierge team were the best thing about the hotel! Friendly and helpful.

Great location, great room. Room service is excellent. One thing that needs improvement, is the way the front desk personnel during our check out at 4am, respond. A day before our check out, I already clarified if we can be assisted coz we are leaving early, and they said the person on duty durung check out will. Lo and behold, we where just ask to wait outside for a cab, at 4am. Hecreferred us to the concierge who said its not his job. Finally, after few mins the front desk personel, said he already called for a taxi. Hope such things will not happen to others, calling the Cab company is not a hard task, please, its seevice.

Price for the single room is fairly good. Good Location and very easy to walk down to Central Area. A nice place to stay for holiday.

Close walk to Central. If walking is not preferred, the courtesy bus runs hourly to pick up people from 4 locations. There are various options for public transport too

良い点 ・スタッフは感じがいい ・清掃も、基本的には行き届いている 悪い点 ・山の上(蘭桂坊のはるか上)にあるので、中環などにアクセスするのが不便 ※特に、トランクを持っている場合は、タクシーか最低でもバスを利用しないと、かなり大変

シティビューの眺めは最高です。この価格で屋外プールがあるのは評価に値します。 ホテル目の前からシティバスとミニバス、ホテルのシャトルバスもあるので思ったよりかは交通の不便を感じません。ヒルサイドエスカレーターからも歩けます。

Hotel in the mid-levels area means all the amenities: convenience stores, lots of restaurants, and easy access to the escalators. Also, great views of the city skyline.

Hôtel bien situé dans Hong Kong pour visiter. Problème, le petit déjeuner est typiquement chinois pas de buffet international, un peu compliqué pour les européens.

Mixed feelings about this place. The hotel is in an excellent spot, 5 minutes walking from the peak train, just close to the botanic garden, in front of a bus stop and 2 minutes from the centre-mid levels escalators. I had a single room, which was small but with a decent bathroom, bed was definitely too hard for me though, didn't sleep well at all. Cleaning was done every day, but in an erratic way. The very first day despite leaving the "Please make up the room" sign on the door, I left my room at 10 Am and found it still not made at 4 PM. The second I entered my room, the cleaning staff came, so I had to leave the room again. The swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, was closed. The hotel restaurant, where I had breakfast once, is absolutely terrible, my breakfast was the worst meal I had during my entire trip. During my stay the front desk/reception/conciergerie staff I spoke with was definitely mixed. Some of them, let's say 2 of them, were definitely nice and helpful. The other ones were as nice and lovely as a colonoscopy with sandpaper, which is pretty annoying considering how much I paid for this place (120€ per night, with no breakfast). So, would I come back here? Maybe, but just for the great position, definitely not for the staff or the services provided

Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the hotel which definitely feels like it was built in a different era, it’s wonderful. Great location, lovely rooms, fab staff (would probably avoid the breakfast unless you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful). Perfect base for exploring Hong Kong without breaking the bank and staying central. With the escalators and buses it’s very easily accessible to the rest of Hong Kong.

I enjoyed this place, the view from the room was amazing, location is also very nice, you are on the upper area so expect to have a good walking down but just uber back since it will be a very tiresome walk. Laundry service is expensive, but breakfast is awesome, price is reasonable and we enjoyed the menu. Attendants were kind and we had amazing night sleeps overviewing the city. I would return to this place easily.

The view is just incredible if you have City view. The staff is very nice and professional. The pool is very nice. Good breakfast prices. The hotel is very clean. i would stay there again.

Views from upper floors great. Breakfast not good, small portions, not satisfying at all. Generally comfortable enough, three stars is about right. No bar, just a cold austere eating area, with an outside area you are not allowed to drink or eat in? Strange. Staff pleasant, Fine hotel if you just want a base for exploring Hong Kong.

본인은 그동안 스테이크를 종종 먹을때 바짝 익혀 먹었는데요 이번에 호텔 레스토랑에서 첨으로 살짝 덜 익은 스테이크가 생각보다 많이 맛이 있었으며 제주도 모양으로 생겨서 인상이 있었네요 담에도 스테테이크를 먹을려고 하며 거기에 아침에 먹은 간단한 베이컨은 홍콩 물가에 비해 그리 비싸지 않으며 그리 적지 않은 양에 맛도 좋았네요

Loved the shoe cleaner, the water dispenser housekeeping staff and the restaurant. The shuttle is great although the driver does t not engage with the guest. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes.

It is the second time I have stayed in a single room at the hotel. The room is comfortable. The hotel is in mid-levels and away from the main hotel areas but convenient for me visiting family. A useful shuttle bus down to Central, Admiralty and Wan Chai is provided. I am not keen on the breakfasts as it is a sit down occasion rather than a self service buffet and I am not keen on the options provided However, the lunches are fine.
