We booked this hotel mainly for the pool, which was unavailable due to maintenance. We weren’t told in advance, and only found out at check-in—too late to change plans. If you’re booking for the pool, call ahead to confirm it’s open. Also noticed an unexplained $20 charge on my card, after the stay even though I booked through Expedia. Still unclear what it was for. On the plus side, we liked the hotel itself, staff were friendly, the room was clean, and they accommodated our child’s needs well (aside from the pool situation). Just be sure to double-check key amenities before booking. I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the pool situation.

This hotel is very new—spotless, modern, and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and they accommodated my early arrival without any issues. Staff were also respectful and helpful with my service animal, which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a super comfortable bed. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, though I did miss the usual small extras like a sewing kit or shower cap. Parking was plentiful and easy, and the location was convenient with a restaurant, cookie shop, and Wawa just a short walk away. The area felt safe and clean, and car shares to Asbury were simple (about a 10-minute ride). The hotel also has a 24-hour laundry facility and fitness center. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for electrical work, which was disappointing since we had hoped for a quick swim before checkout. Breakfast ran until 9 AM and was more substantial than a standard continental —eggs, sausage, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, oatmeal with toppings, bagels, pastries, juices, and decent coffee with milk options. The toaster, however, didn’t work, so we couldn’t enjoy the bagels, and bacon was noticeably missing. Overall, a great hotel and stay—I would definitely return!

This hotel had great common space inside and out, smart room layout and even a hydration center to refill water bottles with ice and water! Beds and pillows were comfortable, could lower the thermostat at night and convenient to several eateries and convenience store we could walk to. Will absolutely stay again.

I was told my room would be cleaned, upon arriving back to my room it was not clean. Kinda unacceptable especially when you spend 400$ a night for a 3 star hotel. You also will not get soap or lotion in your room and will have to go to the front desk and ask for it.my check out was at 12 but they discontinued my key at 11, which means I had to go to the front desk again. For the same price you can stay at a lot nicer hotels in the area

It was so nice to stay at a newer property. The entire property, inside and out, was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable. Very convenient to have a small kitchen, although we didn't cook we were able to keep beverages refrigerated with no problem Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to that part the Jersey shore.

Overall good stay. Great location for our needs. However, the floor and drawers were not very clean. There was dirt, dust and hairs on the floor (both living area and bathroom) and there were hair left in the drawers. The shower sliding door would not stay shut which was a bit of a bummer. HOWEVER, the bed was so comfortable, the layout of the room was perfect. It was an added plus the refrigerator was a nice size for what we needed.

We came in from Florida to celebrate our son's New Year's Eve wedding. We had stayed here back in September and loved it. Our experience this time was just as good! The front desk staff (as well as the entire staff) is extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Love the breakfast choices as well as the coffee/tea bar that is always available. Very convenient location, well-appointed and comfy rooms, and absolutely immaculate. A very reasonable price, too!

Overall good, would be great for a single traveling for business or a couple. Not great for families, other than the TVs having streaming logins. Shower was modern and nice, although long time for water to heat up- but no bathtubs in any rooms, and only enough towels given for two (room sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa). It’s a fairly new hotel so most of it is modern and sleek and clean- but floor was very scuffed and a little dirty, also very cold. Service and sense of hospitality could use improvement. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t say thank you, ask how our stay was, nothing. Just “we need your keys”, then we handed the keys and they walked away. Not a huge deal, just a little off putting. On the plus side, while the pull out sofa was far from comfortable, the actual bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in- the bed, the blankets, the pillows, all heavenly. We had one of the best nights sleeps in a while. We didn’t use the kitchenette much, but if we had, it was clean and well stocked.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient area. The hotel is brand new and the staff was kind, but there are definitely some kinks that needed to be worked out. The electrical system wasn’t working properly and we tripped the breakers every time we used an appliance. Not very good for people who are trying to eat in. The AC was noisy and not as powerful as other rooms we went to (friends stayed as well).

Started with check in. Arrived and we were told that our reservation was never sent to them by Expedia. Took about an hour before it was straightened out. The woman Maggie at the desk was great and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is nice, clean and what you pay for. The biggest complaint besides the check in was there wasn’t much hot water. 2 minutes into the shower and it turned cold.

The hotel is brand new. So cleanliness wasn’t an issue. However our microwave never worked which was an inconvenience when we wanted to reheat leftovers and some of the outlets also did not work. TV was down for a complete day which was another inconvenience. Waiting to speak with someone at Expedia for some sort of refund. Manager of hotel said he could not comp much because we booked through Expedia. Offered to give points but have yet received anything

My room was right outside the elevator which was annoying to hear the beeps and bells of the elevator each time it was used. Also, the air conditioning faces the bed and is loud like an airplane engine, volume 23 on tv not loud enough to override the noise. And I could not access the WiFi my entire stay. Otherwise, it was a nice room. Free buffet breakfast was nice too.

Very convenient to have a small kitchen, although we didn't cook we were able to keep beverages refrigerated with no problem Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to that part the Jersey shore.

Started with check in. Arrived and we were told that our reservation was never sent to them by Expedia. Took about an hour before it was straightened out. The woman Maggie at the desk was great and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is nice, clean and what you pay for. The biggest complaint besides the check in was there wasn’t much hot water. 2 minutes into the shower and it turned cold.

We came in from Florida to celebrate our son's New Year's Eve wedding. We had stayed here back in September and loved it. Our experience this time was just as good! The front desk staff (as well as the entire staff) is extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Love the breakfast choices as well as the coffee/tea bar that is always available. Very convenient location, well-appointed and comfy rooms, and absolutely immaculate. A very reasonable price, too!

Overall good, would be great for a single traveling for business or a couple. Not great for families, other than the TVs having streaming logins. Shower was modern and nice, although long time for water to heat up- but no bathtubs in any rooms, and only enough towels given for two (room sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa). It’s a fairly new hotel so most of it is modern and sleek and clean- but floor was very scuffed and a little dirty, also very cold. Service and sense of hospitality could use improvement. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t say thank you, ask how our stay was, nothing. Just “we need your keys”, then we handed the keys and they walked away. Not a huge deal, just a little off putting. On the plus side, while the pull out sofa was far from comfortable, the actual bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in- the bed, the blankets, the pillows, all heavenly.
