Reception/concierge staff excellent particularly Bilal who was very helpful throughout our stay. Great breakfasts with attentive service. Hotel is excellently located for many of the central sites around Sultanahmet.

Centrally located hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The foyer is filled with interesting antiquities and offers pleasant seating areas, along with a bar (though we didn’t use it). From the rooftop terrace, there are good views of the Sultanahmet Cami (Blue Mosque) and the Marmara Sea. The room itself was a little dated but very clean and comfortable, with both a bath and shower over. The TV offered multiple channels (English options seemed limited to news) a soft chair and a small chaise for relaxing, plus a comfortable double bed (twin beds are also available). Breakfast was €15, which turned out to be good value compared with the many nearby cafés and restaurants. Our favourite spot was the “Little Sofia Café & Restaurant”, just a six‑minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

There are several things that stood out from the hotel! Location is premium! The food was amazing! And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I was visiting with my sister, and she was a bit nervous for the trip, and as the hotel staff is one of the first people to interact after the flight, a good first impression is always good! Kudos!
