Budget Inn, Palestine TX doesn't even have signage designation. It's an old, rundown, rent by the hour hovel with a different hotel name. Customers cannot get in the foyer to register, as the foyer is packed with rotting mattresses, broken window blinds and sacks of garbage. Motel 'clerk' was unkempt, disheveled, pants unzipped while wearing a stained undershirt, and apparently was clueless about online registration. Room was nasty and long-term residents were loudly arguing. Old, old highly stained room mattress, On the initial quick check of the room, shut the door, swam thru marijuana smoke and returned the key. Room was abysmal Asked for a refund, clerk immediately, totally didn't understand. Hopefully this hotel will be shut down. Garbage pile.

I didn’t even stay at the property I paid ahead I got there they told me they dnt have the room available and told me to contact Expedia and of course I had to eat the damn cost
