Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est particulièrement adapté aux sportifs, mais convient tout aussi bien à des clients de passage ou à ceux qui recherchent le calme. Les infrastructures sont un vrai point fort : terrains de tennis, terrain de padel, spa... L’ensemble est très agréable. Nous avions une suite familiale, qui était spacieuse, confortable et très bien aménagée. L’hôtel est également très paisible, ce qui permet de vraiment se détendre. En revanche, quelques points négatifs sont à signaler. Pour accéder à notre chambre, il fallait passer par l’extérieur, à proximité des terrains de tennis, ce qui n’est pas très pratique, surtout en cas de mauvais temps. Le petit-déjeuner est également en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : absence de grille-pain ou de possibilité de faire griller les toasts, et pas de bacon chaud pour accompagner les œufs brouillés. Malgré ces points d’amélioration, l’hôtel reste globalement très bien et offre un cadre agréable pour un séjour au calme, notamment pour les amateurs de sport.

Très bel hôtel, tout est nickel. Spa avec petite piscine intérieure, hammam, sauna, chaises longues et tisanerie, parfait pour se détendre. Serviette et tongs fournies. Gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel. Il y’a aussi plusieurs cours de tennis et de padel en plus du golf. L’environnement est calme mais à 15-20 mn du centre d’Aix en Provence. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Hôtel sympa au calme au milieu d'un golf,le restaurant et son bar directement au bord d'une magnifique piscine joliment arboré, dommage le manque d'explication du fonctionnement du site et pas de mini bar pour rafraîchir les bouteilles d'eau alors que nous sommes dans un site voué au sport. Hôtel à découvrir si vous voulez découvrir le golf et les sports de raquettes en plus d'une superbe salle de fitness

Excellent newly opened Hotel w. Great facilities. The staff was very helpful and nice. The reception was a bit hard to find since there were no signs. Restaurant and pool area was wonderful. Golf course, tennis and pickle ball available.

My wife & I were honored to be the 1st guests to stay at Le Set. Even though the hotel was still getting set up to accommodate guests (with ongoing construction), the staff were very attentive to our needs. The multiple pools & Piscine Restaurant were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean & quiet with a terrace sporting a beautiful view of the golf course & surrounding forest. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel club's parking lot, which was a must for us since we rented a car to enjoy the surrounding areas of Provence. The staff members gave us excellent recommendations for viewing lavender fields in Luberon, the calanques in Cassis, & restaurants in the Aix center (the Aix center is just a 10-12 minute drive away). We enjoyed a tennis lesson with tennis pro coach Martin Vaïsse for a very reasonable price. There are beautiful, brand new pickleball courts onsite that can be booked. This is a dream resort for anyone interested in golf, tennis, pickleball, & spa relaxing, & you can still enjoy all of the lovely surrounding attractions of Provence. Highly recommended.

Hotel ageable, et personnel est top. La literie est vraiment confortable et la chambre vraiment spacieuse. Dommage que l'eau soit vraiment trop froide dans la piscine du SPA !!! On ne peux donc pas en profiter alors que c'est l'atout de l'hotel. Dommage aussi de devoir sortir dans la froid pour rejindre sa chambre car pas d'acces depuis l'accueil de l'hotel. Petit dejeuner décevant pas de grille pain et croissant et pain au chocolats pas frais. Sinon bon rapport qualite prix dans l'ensemble.

It is a very nice place Little inconvenients: we can not come from hotel to reception, restaurant, spa, directly. We have to go out and come after. No good. Indoor pool ground has problems, inside pool and outside. But nice place.

There were excellent fitness facilities available; very large and beautiful pool for swimming which I very much enjoyed. Large workout areas, well equipped. I had a wonderful massage as well at the spa. A few suggestions to elevate the experience, small touches that make a difference and are noticed by those who are well traveled: provide workout towels at the gym; provide robes and slippers at the spa. Ensure that spa attendants check the refreshment area regularly. I was there on Saturday afternoon and after an hour went for water. There were over a dozen dirty cups piled up and no clean ones. I had not seen an attendant at all. I went to the front desk to request a clean cup and the attendant was busy texting on her phone -- not a good impression. Once I asked for a clean cup she did come and check the area and removed the dirty cups but really I should not have had to ask. Black out or thicker night drapes would be good for bedrooms as at night I could easily be viewed by those coming out of a room in hallway across the way. They were going in and out and I was a little uncomfortable with that. The restaurant (at night in any case) needs a bit of work as the food is not great. I ate there one evening and did not want to eat there again. Generally, the staff was friendly and responsive. Probably should be clear with cleaning staff and others about phone use--I returned to my room when cleaning lady was there. She was completely engaged in a phone conversation.

Séjour mitigé. La propreté de la chambre n’était pas au niveau attendu (poussière et salle de bain pas parfaitement propre). Le service de chambre est également à améliorer : manque de réactivité et détails oubliés. Dommage, car le reste du séjour était correct. J’espère que ces points seront pris en compte pour améliorer l’expérience des prochains clients.

L'hotel est agencé bizarrement, faut sortir de l etablissement passer a cote d un terrain de tenis pour arriver a la chambre, la suite n’est pas adaptée aux personnes a mobilite reduites et aux poussettes. La suite est pleins de poussières, la terasse n’est pas nettoye pleins de bestioles et de feuilles. Petit déjeuner moyen le strict minimum.

Avaliação sincera do Lê Set Hotel Para começar, isso não é um hotel, é um apartamento com serviços de hotelaria. A classificação está incorreta e induz ao erro. Pra quem gosta de esportes é ótimo. O “hotel” não tem uma entrada adequada: o acesso se dá por quadras de tênis e vários corredores até finalmente chegar aos quartos. A limpeza deixa a desejar. O serviço de quarto é ruim. Éramos em 4 pessoas e eles sempre colocavam toalhas pra dois ( issso é, quando colocavam) O quarto é até grande, mas mal distribuído e mal planejado. No banheiro, não há suporte para shampoo nem sabonete, o que é extremamente inconveniente. As fotos no site são enganosas. Mostram a piscina (ok, ela existe) e o interior do quarto (também ok), mas não revelam o acesso confuso e o restante da estrutura simples demais. O café da manhã é fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. Não há alternativas para celíacos nem veganos, o que mostra total falta de preparo para atender públicos com restrições alimentares. Além disso, o local fica a 16 km do centro da cidade, ou seja, longe de tudo. Não há nada por perto que justifique chamá-lo de “bem localizado”.

I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenager, stayed for 5 days at Le Set in 2 separate rooms. We were all very positively surprised about the quality og the hotel - everything was new, clean and nice. The sportsfacilities were all super nice. All the staff were extremely service oriented and always with a smile and helpful. The pool area was the best - with a bar and restaurant and good atmosphere. And if you like to shop - both Aix-en-Provence and Marseille is very close. We will for sure come back!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est particulièrement adapté aux sportifs, mais convient tout aussi bien à des clients de passage ou à ceux qui recherchent le calme. Les infrastructures sont un vrai point fort : terrains de tennis, terrain de padel, spa... L’ensemble est très agréable. Nous avions une suite familiale, qui était spacieuse, confortable et très bien aménagée. L’hôtel est également très paisible, ce qui permet de vraiment se détendre. En revanche, quelques points négatifs sont à signaler. Pour accéder à notre chambre, il fallait passer par l’extérieur, à proximité des terrains de tennis, ce qui n’est pas très pratique, surtout en cas de mauvais temps. Le petit-déjeuner est également en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : absence de grille-pain ou de possibilité de faire griller les toasts, et pas de bacon chaud pour accompagner les œufs brouillés. Malgré ces points d’amélioration, l’hôtel reste globalement très bien et offre un cadre agréable pour un séjour au calme, notamment pour les amateurs de sport.

We stayed in the double bedroom suite, very spacious and clean but there is no proper storage, not a single drawer or cabinet other than at the entry. Small bathroom and the toilet in a separate room with no sink (and far from the bathroom). Not very convenient. The layout of the hotel is pretty strange, as many other guests mentioned. The outdoor pools are great but so so cold. Too bad. The breakfast room is again kind of soulless.. the food was average, good variety. Indoor and spa area very nice. It's great if you play tennis/pickle ball. Overall the place is as many guest described, it has potential to be much better than it is.

Hotel ageable, et personnel est top. La literie est vraiment confortable et la chambre vraiment spacieuse. Dommage que l'eau soit vraiment trop froide dans la piscine du SPA !!! On ne peux donc pas en profiter alors que c'est l'atout de l'hotel. Dommage aussi de devoir sortir dans la froid pour rejindre sa chambre car pas d'acces depuis l'accueil de l'hotel. Personnel au top très compétent. Par contre la chambre ne vaut pas 4 étoiles car manque plusieurs choses notamment peignoir, table de nuit pour la chambre familiale, porte serviettes dans la salle de bain....accès au raseau malgré le wifi de l'hôtel est catastrophique.... La literie est très bien et les espaces extérieures grandioses et accessibles à tous facilement. Et pour finir l'hôtel est très grand et il manque une signalisation claire pour naviguer dans l'hôtel notamment pour rejoindre l'accueil.

It’s a beautiful facility, but if you’re not golfing, playing tennis, or going to the spa, it is a little too far from the City Center in Aix en Provence. The hotel does not offer any shuttle to or from the airport or into the city center, so it’s either Uber or Bolt, which can be pricey if you are staying longer than a few days. Christian was amazing. The biggest complaint I had, was not being able to get anyone on the phone. It was a concern especially for safety reasons. Communication was through email and it was not immediate. Sara at the Spa was also amazing. Wish the hours were longer for the Spa, but understand. All of my tours were based out of the City Center, so in hindsight, I don’t think this was a good choice for me as a solo traveler. Also, the restaurant has a limited menu.

Séjour mitigé. La propreté de la chambre n’était pas au niveau attendu (poussière et salle de bain pas parfaitement propre). Le service de chambre est également à améliorer : manque de réactivité et détails oubliés. Dommage, car le reste du séjour était correct. There were excellent fitness facilities available; very large and beautiful pool for swimming which I very much enjoyed. Large workout areas, well equipped. I had a wonderful massage as well at the spa. A few suggestions to elevate the experience, small touches that make a difference and are noticed by those who are well traveled: provide workout towels at the gym; provide robes and slippers at the spa. Ensure that spa attendants check the refreshment area regularly. I was there on Saturday afternoon and after an hour went for water. There were over a dozen dirty cups piled up and no clean ones. I had not seen an attendant at all. I went to the front desk to request a clean cup and the attendant was busy texting on her phone -- not a good impression. Once I asked for a clean cup she did come and check the area and removed the dirty cups but really I should not have had to ask. Black out or thicker night drapes would be good for bedrooms as at night I could easily be viewed by those coming out of a room in hallway across the way. They were going in and out and I was a little uncomfortable with that. The restaurant (at night in any case) needs a bit of work as the food is not great. I ate there one evening and did not want to eat there again. Generally, the staff was friendly and responsive. Probably should be clear with cleaning staff and others about phone use--I returned to my room when cleaning lady was there. She was completely engaged in a phone conversation.

Le changement de bâtiment est très ennuyeux, il faut aller au SPA habillé se déshabiller arrivé au spa pour se réhabiller une fois finit...pareil pour la piscine extérieur qui est plus loin dans le complexe...le SPA ne dispose pas de cabines de change, donc obligé de se déshabiller devant les autres (sympa si quelqu'un ouvre la pièce avec les gens qui passent dans le couloir), les femmes du SPA n'étaient pas vraiment souriante ni agreable, dans la salle de bain pas de sèche-cheveux, rien pour accrocher les serviettes une fois la douche terminée...une prise était sortie de son logement à côté du lit, et la réception n'est pas vraiment bien indiquée, il a fallu demander pour savoir ou aller....que ce soit l'accès à la piscine qui n'est pas du tout contrôlée, donc accessible à tous, pas très rassurant pour ses affaires, l'accès au petit déjeuner qui n'est pas contrôlée non plus, nous n'aurions pas payé je pense que ça serait passé incognito....le bar de la piscine à éviter, j'ai attendu plus de 15 mins pour pouvoir commander, les serveurs/barmen/barwomen on se demande si ils travaillent ici ou si ils sont là pour décorer, non chalent, pas de sourire, passe devant nous sans même se soucier de ce qu'on veux, et j'étais au bar, je pense qu'ils ne doivent pas faire un bon chiffre d'affaires au niveau boissons...quelques transat qui se battent en duel, des serviettes à disposition, on les a jamais trouvées, le robot nettoyeur dans la piscine en pleine journée avec des enfants à côt

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenager, stayed for 5 days at Le Set in 2 separate rooms. We were all very positively surprised about the quality og the hotel - everything was new, clean and nice. The sportsfacilities were all super nice. All the staff were extremely service oriented and always with a smile and helpful. The pool area was the best - with a bar and restaurant and good atmosphere. And if you like to shop - both Aix-en-Provence and Marseille is very close. We will for sure come back!!

Très bel hôtel, tout est nickel. Spa avec petite piscine intérieure, hammam, sauna, chaises longues et tisanerie, parfait pour se détendre. Serviette et tongs fournies. Gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel. Il y’a aussi plusieurs cours de tennis et de padel en plus du golf. L’environnement est calme mais à 15-20 mn du centre d’Aix en Provence. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce que c’est.

The restaurant in the pool area could be better, will not go there for food. The breakfast buffet was very good. However you will be dependent on car to reach the city centre.

My wife & I were honored to be the 1st guests to stay at Le Set. Even though the hotel was still getting set up to accommodate guests (with ongoing construction), the staff were very attentive to our needs. The multiple pools & Piscine Restaurant were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean & quiet with a terrace sporting a beautiful view of the golf course & surrounding forest. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel club's parking lot, which was a must for us since we rented a car to enjoy the surrounding areas of Provence. The staff members gave us excellent recommendations for viewing lavender fields in Luberon, the calanques in Cassis, & restaurants in the Aix center (the Aix center is just a 10-12 minute drive away). We enjoyed a tennis lesson with tennis pro coach Martin Vaïsse for a very reasonable price. There are beautiful, brand new pickleball courts onsite that can be booked. This is a dream resort for anyone interested in golf, tennis, pickleball, & spa relaxing, & you can still enjoy all of the lovely surrounding attractions of Provence. Highly recommended.

Even though the hotel was still getting set up to accommodate guests (with ongoing construction), the staff were very attentive to our needs. The multiple pools & Piscine Restaurant were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean & quiet with a terrace sporting a beautiful view of the golf course & surrounding forest. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel club's parking lot, which was a must for us since we rented a car to enjoy the surrounding areas of Provence. The staff members gave us excellent recommendations for viewing lavender fields in Luberon, the calanques in Cassis, & restaurants in the Aix center (the Aix center is just a 10-12 minute drive away). We enjoyed a tennis lesson with tennis pro coach Martin Vaïsse for a very reasonable price. There are beautiful, brand new pickleball courts onsite that can be booked. This is a dream resort for anyone interested in golf, tennis, pickleball, & spa relaxing, & you can still enjoy all of the lovely surrounding attractions of Provence. Highly recommended.

Avaliação sincera do Lê Set Hotel Para começar, isso não é um hotel, é um apartamento com serviços de hotelaria. A classificação está incorreta e induz ao erro. Pra quem gosta de esportes é ótimo. O “hotel” não tem uma entrada adequada: o acesso se dá por quadras de tênis e vários corredores até finalmente chegar aos quartos. A limpeza deixa a desejar. O serviço de quarto é ruim. Éramos em 4 pessoas e eles sempre colocavam toalhas pra dois ( issso é, quando colocavam) O quarto é até grande, mas mal distribuído e mal planejado. No banheiro, não há suporte para shampoo nem sabonete, o que é extremamente inconveniente. As fotos no site são enganosas. Mostram a piscina (ok, ela existe) e o interior do quarto (também ok), mas não revelam o acesso confuso e o restante da estrutura simples demais. O café da manhã é fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. Não há alternativas para celíacos nem veganos, o que mostra total falta de preparo para atender públicos com restrições alimentares. Além disso, o local fica a 16 km do centro da cidade, ou seja, longe de tudo. Não há nada por perto que justifique chamá-lo de “bem localizado”.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est particulièrement adapté aux sportifs, mais convient tout aussi bien à des clients de passage ou à ceux qui recherchent le calme. Les infrastructures sont un vrai point fort : terrains de tennis, terrain de padel, spa... L’ensemble est très agréable. Nous avions une suite familiale, qui était spacieuse, confortable et très bien aménagée. L’hôtel est également très paisible, ce qui permet de vraiment se détendre. En revanche, quelques points négatifs sont à signaler. Pour accéder à notre chambre, il fallait passer par l’extérieur, à proximité des terrains de tennis, ce qui n’est pas très pratique, surtout en cas de mauvais temps. Le petit-déjeuner est également en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : absence de grille-pain ou de possibilité de faire griller les toasts, et pas de bacon chaud pour accompagner les œufs brouillés. Malgré ces points d’amélioration, l’hôtel reste globalement très bien et offre un cadre agréable pour un séjour au calme, notamment pour les amateurs de sport.

Tres bon séjour. Hôtel tres confortable, calme et propre. La literie est tres confortable. Tout le nécessaire de toilette est de belle qualité. Le seul bemol est le grincement de la porte de la salle de bain dans notre chambre. Nous avons pu profiter du spa. Le restaurant est tres bien tant pour le repas du soir que pour le super buffet au petit déjeuner. Personnel au petit soins et tres sympathique.

Bien que l'établissement soit très propre et le personnel à l'écoute, cet hôtel a plus des allures de residence hôtelière type appart hotel et il nous a manqué le côté chaleureux des lieux. Nous avions réservé une suite avec bain à remous et à l'arrivée nous avons découvert une petite douche. Visiblement une erreur de hotels.com qui semble avoir été rectifiée... De plus nous avions 2 heures d'accès au spa inclus mais n'avons pu faire que 45 min car c'était complet. Cependant l'hôtel à été compréhensif et nous a fait un geste sur la facture. Petits déjeuners buffet passable (brioche dure, pas de toaster à disposition ce jour là..., yaourts à température ambiante). Excellent service from the hotel staff. The rooms are new with comfortable beds, nice rooms. Really enjoyed the stay. The pool area is nice and clean with good space for privacy. The restaurant in the pool area could be better, will not go there for food. The breakfast buffet was very good. However you will be dependent on car to reach the city centre.

Hotel ageable, et personnel est top. La literie est vraiment confortable et la chambre vraiment spacieuse. Dommage que l'eau soit vraiment trop froide dans la piscine du SPA !!! On ne peux donc pas en profiter alors que c'est l'atout de l'hotel. Dommage aussi de devoir sortir dans la froid pour rejindre sa chambre car pas d'acces depuis l'accueil de l'hotel. There were excellent fitness facilities available; very large and beautiful pool for swimming which I very much enjoyed. Large workout areas, well equipped. I had a wonderful massage as well at the spa. A few suggestions to elevate the experience, small touches that make a difference and are noticed by those who are well traveled: provide workout towels at the gym; provide robes and slippers at the spa. Ensure that spa attendants check the refreshment area regularly. I was there on Saturday afternoon and after an hour went for water. There were over a dozen dirty cups piled up and no clean ones. I had not seen an attendant at all. I went to the front desk to request a clean cup and the attendant was busy texting on her phone -- not a good impression. Once I asked for a clean cup she did come and check the area and removed the dirty cups but really I should not have had to ask. Black out or thicker night drapes would be good for bedrooms as at night I could easily be viewed by those coming out of a room in hallway across the way. They were going in and out and I was a little uncomfortable with that. The restaurant (at night in any case) needs a bit of work as the food is not great. I ate there one evening and did not want to eat there again. Generally, the staff was friendly and responsive. Probably should be clear with cleaning staff and others about phone use--I returned to my room when cleaning lady was there. She was completely engaged in a phone conversation.

Very clean and nice hotel. We were very happy with the room and the restaurant for dinner. Great pool that we all loved. Helpful staff! Would definitively recommend, even if you don’t play tennis :)

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms can be a bit cleaner. The highlight is definitely the pool area. The front desk during check in was terrible. We were given any information regarding the amenities of our stay, only shown to our room. As our stay went on, we learned you needed a bracelet to access the pool, a card to get towels, we were never told the hours breakfast was served, or how the electric charging station worked. Our stay would have been much better had we actually been given information during check in, not just left to discover things as we went through our days.
