The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts ,pastries for tea and cocktails in the evening. The view is beautiful and food is regularly topped up. The whole team were absolutely brilliant; always happy, informative, smiling and attentive. My room was clean and brilliantly presented. I had a shower that didn’t have hot water so I went for breakfast in the executive lounge, I mentioned it to Yuri who has looking after me. She took my room number and told me it was being taken care of. By the time I got back, it had been fixed and an apology note with a bar of chocolate was on my desk. There is a gym, an adult and children’s pool on 10th floor. This is a centrally located, clean hotel with an attentive, observant and helpful team who make your stay a seamless pleasant experience! Bravo to them all!!

The property is in a great location and the staff is amazing at this hotel. Very nice gym and amenities offered to guest. It’s located in a mall, so you’ll have food and shopping options for your big or small needs. They also have ATM and currency exchange in that mall.

My initial room was unacceptable. There were hairs on the bed and the fridge was extremely dirty, with hairs inside it. I took photos and reported this to staff, who said they would change my room. However, I was left waiting for over two hours without my luggage and remained in the dirty room during this time. I had to call customer service four times to chase this, and the overall service was very poor. On checkout day, I contacted reception an hour in advance to arrange for the concierge to collect my luggage at a set time. I was told this would be fine, yet the concierge arrived 15 minutes late. Despite calling several times, I was repeatedly told he was “on his way.” Breakfast service was also disappointing. After waiting 10–15 minutes for a table, another guest took my table and I was made to wait again while a new one was found. The hotel does not cater well for allergies. On one day when I was extremely unwell, breakfast could not be sent to the room at all due to my child’s egg allergy, meaning we missed breakfast entirely. Service at the pool was particularly concerning. My 9-year-old son was made to sit outside in the rain as staff said he was not allowed into the changing room, despite other young boys being inside. I was then told the pool was closed, leaving my child waiting outside unnecessarily. Finally, on the last day, staff repeatedly referred to me by another guest’s name, which I had to correct several times, raising concerns about a potential breach

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and generous. Property is nice but as you walk in your room it looks jaded. Carpet was not very clean and looked uninviting. Property needs new look i felt - for a big hotel chain they need to upgrade constantly to be competitive. There are some eating places around and a nice supermarket which was good and handy. I rate this hotel as 3.5 stars in current situation.

The floor & the room smells toooooo bad. The smell like a carpet and wall mold I can't take a breath in that floor how it is a 5 start hotel ! The staff is not helpful to change the room taken very long time !!!

The rooms are of sufficient size and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is clean equipped with a shower cabin. WiFi is reliable and fast. Unfortunately the carpet was stained. There was also a moisty smell in the gangway. As we were allocated a room with a communicating door, the sound isolation from the neighbours room was bad. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with many options for Indian guests. In the shopping mall are many restaurants offering Malay, Chinese and Western food.

Great staff they were friendly and helpful. The noise from the Metro with rooms with a mountain view was noisy, could be improved with better windows. Also, although there was an extensive range of food, a great range for breakfast, it was cold and also cuttlery should be replaced when taking away used plates. The hotel location was great with a metro station nearby. All staff were excellent as they are very polite and helpful. The Intermark mall location is great for shopping for both food and general shopping. Overall would recommend hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Everything from check-in to check-out was a truly positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming—with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. A special thank you to the housekeeping team as well—the room was spotless every single day, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. I was very disappointed with the service. First on getting to the check in desk I was asked to wait in line (by someone who could have been behind the desk helping) Then on check out my luggage was moved to another part of the adjoining mall, in a room that was unmanned. The concierge could not be bothered to pull him self away from his personal cell phone to help me locate it. I left some items in the room and despite asking for it in lost property no one bothered to call me back to tell me of it was found or not despite many calls Bad service at front of the house Come on guys this is a Hilton! Need to do better

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. I made phone calls 3 times and takes about one hour to receive my laundry, 1 - made a phone call to deliver my laundry since I received their message that laundry finished when i was out, but a staff came to my room after 15 minutes for room clean. I told him that I ordered laundry delivery and share my request with staffs 2 - waited 15 minutes but no one came, so made a phone call again to deliver and staff answered that will check and call me back 3 - waited 15 minutes but no call back, so made a phone call again and a staff answered to deliver at once, after 10 minutes i received my laundry finally. Based on my understanding, 10 minutes does not mean "at once".

Checked in at 2am upon arrival, front desk was located 1 level up, and the personnel was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I was checked in promptly with a warm chocolate chip cookie. Entering my room, I was greeted by a cool air-conditioned, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Hotel is in city centre, with lots of Grabs servicing the location. Also conveniently located in a mall as well, with lots of food options. Truly a pleasant stay

Shower head was not maintained properly and splashing around. Amenities had to request. Pillow too soft and out of shape. Breakfast was not that fantastic and not much selection. This is the first Hilton group that I ever have unpleasant stay.

Place was incredible! Great location, great staff! Clean, plenty of amenities and meal options as its located directly above a mall. Also, the breakfast/lunch buffets was the best ive seen in the now 69 countries visited!
