Rooms are very nice. Modern, clean and spacious. Gym is very good. The breakfast i average and nothing more. By Asian standards the quality is just not good enough. Pool area is in a very poor condition. A great disappointment. We liked the location.

禁煙で予約したのにフロントのスタッフにツインルームは喫煙しかないと嘘をつかれた。 強く抗議して予約通りの禁煙のツインルームにチェックインすることが出来たが、そこに辿り着くまでに労力と時間を費やすことになり非常に腹立たしかった。日本人なら言いくるめられると思ったのかも知れないが、失礼な接客に本当にガッカリだった。眺めは良かったけど、老朽化も気になったし、プールのジャグジーはただの水たまりだったし、高級ホテルとは言えないレベル。 他のホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

Easy access to public transportation. Good shopping, restaurant and fast food options. Pool was nice, but outdoors and it was pretty hot. I could not figure out how to turn on the spa. Gym facilities were quite nice, Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of Eastern and Western foods.

I went to print document out in business centre (as instructed by reception) but no paper in the printer and the printer was not one connected to your computer??? Poor poor approach - somebody should be checking??

It is old-school luxury and that's why I love this hotel. The room is very spacious, quiet (even though fronting a main road), with nice gym and spa. Connectivity is good too - I can walk to the monorail, LRT and MRT, all within easy reach. Definitely recommended!

People are nice, the overall facilities are a bit old but is under good maintenance. Considering the biz trip budget, I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Had a fabulous stay. Booked the club room which gives access to club lounge which provides snacks, drinks throughout the day and cocktails in the evening. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen with an international selection. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing considering we were in the middle of a city. Easy access to transport. Would suggest get the Grab app which is a cost effective way to get around

Just okay with no wow factor. Clean and comfortable for an old hotel. But staff and facilities ok but nothing to get excited about here. Don’t bother with a club room as the club lounge is packed and people are like a load of vultures as the small bites and drinks are free. We had to stand as no tables were available to sit down! Sheraton sort out your club lounge instead of your staff just passively standing there!! I think there are better hotels in KL so check those before booking here!

Das Personal war freundlich und höchst professionell. Das Frühstück ist weltklasse, von Sushi bis traditionell, dafür 5 Sterne. Konstruktive Kritik: Im Bad waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Außerdem wären ein paar Shampoofläschchen für die Badewanne nicht schlecht. So musste man sich selbst etwas organisieren, weil die in der Dusche fest angebracht waren.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. The staff were truly fantastic—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, although international choices were somewhat limited. The fresh-pressed juices were excellent.

初日、部屋に入ると床に糸くず、米粒、スナックのかけらが複数落ちていました。ウンザリしましたが、疲れていたので我慢して寝ました。 翌朝、やっぱり見苦しくて嫌だったので、メモを書いて渡しました。「リネン類は交換しなくてもいい。ただゴミが落ちているから掃除機をかけてほしい。」と書いて、コンシェルジュカウンターにいた男性に手渡ししました。ところが、夕方部屋に戻ると床は掃除されておらず、リネンだけ交換されていました。やってほしいことはされず、しなくていいことがやってありました。米粒やスナックごみを避けて歩くしかありまけんでした。もう何も言う気になれませんでした。 あと、お湯がぬるすぎて、せっかくバスタブがあるのに全然温まることができませんでした。シャワーも温かくなったりぬるくなったりの繰り返しでした。 そして部屋は寒くて、９月なのに服を何枚も重ねて着なければなりませんでした。エアコンをオフにしても寒かったのはなぜでしょうか。 床の写真を掲載しておきます。これがSheratonですか。これが５つ星ホテルですか。思い切って高いお金を払って予約して、楽しみにしていたのに、本当に悲しく、今思い出しても気持ち悪くなります。もうSheratonには泊まりたくないと思いました。

残念ながらもう少し清潔さが欲しかったです。掃除に入っても、トイレットペーパーが切れていることに気付かないのか補充されておらず、こちらから要望しました。部屋は広くて一見綺麗ですが、冷蔵庫の中に綿ぼこりがあったり、部屋の隅に埃があったりと、気付く人にはテンションが下がるポイントが何箇所かありました。私は気になりませんでしたが、主人はダメだったようです。立地も市内中心地からタクシーで１０分程度という最高な場所でした。もともとマリオットホテルだったようですね。シェラトンが買ったのかしら？だからか、ランクは５つ星ではないなと感じました。

Check in and out is very slow, rooms are big but bathroom is old, broken sink glue together , ants running around, shower room floor is very slippery with no handles to hold on if you fall, only provide one face towel and one medium towel every day but three bath towels, food in the executive lounge is very bad, not fresh! I would rate it a three star hotel! Public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty!

we got the room changed as many problems after 1st night staying. there was event with loud music outside hotel and noise proof was very poor. The toilet kept making whistling sound every hour and reasons unknown, the ac made loud noise at 3 and 5 am. first room was very dusty and lots of mold on the ceiling, cover got torn, got tripped by the carpet cause it was not flat. Second room wooden floor not flat and can easily got tripped. The door lock was half broker and there was cockroach in the room.

They give us room 3726, the size of the is good. Apart from the size nothing is good. The room smells from sewage is so bad that make me vomited everytime I entered. Could hear toilet water flushing from other constantly it’s impossible to sleep. Ask for different room, but was full so they just said sorry.

No bell service at all. The bellboy just looking at us when we unloading 4 huge baggages. Receptionist has no smile. Checkin counter opens only 1 out of 6. Room is old, low water pressure, long waiting for hot shower water.

So we check in around 10 pm and one of the rooms where real smells humid and has water drops coming from the AC in the dressing room. We asked for changing the room, so this has not been taking seriously, so I needed to step down and re ask the receptionist for that. Funny enough she wanted me to provide pictures proving that. Then room changed to a different floor, so now my kids are 10 floors away, as they claimed no available rooms in the same floor. I accepted as I had no other option, we moved to the other room and it smells terrible, seems it had been left with no AC for long days. My wife decided to go and have a fight with took a plenty of time with some anger level, then we secured a room for the kids 4 floors away which was decent. Upon check out we asked for bell boy to help with the language but never came, so I had to take everything down myself, when I saw the bell boy down hr apologized claiming that he is so busy. Very low quality hotel and super old, can’t be considered as Sheraton, though the location is awesome and very close to everything. Will never repeat.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton for my mum's birthday - they even surprised her with a slice of cake when we ordered room service. Room service food was a bit of a letdown (the steak and lamb chops were under seasoned and quite tasteless) but breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would definitely come back for the service and comfort provided.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. The staff were truly fantastic—friendly, professional, and always helpful. There were only two staffs at the lobby so we had to wait more than 30mins to check in on the arrive day. A hotel staff told us a lie that they didn't have any Non smoking twin room and she was trying to give us Smoking room instead. (We booked 3rooms) We hate the smell of smoking so we refused her offer. After we showed her our confirmation mail which was sent from the hotel, she gave up and finally she gave us 3 Non smoking rooms. It was obviously she told a lie.Because she could give us 3rooms-Non smoking-. The hotel itself was OK,but we were disappointed with her attitude very much.

If you want to ruin your trip, I recommend this hotel. we experience big flooding from ceiling in middle of night 3am, and even though we called front nobody came, we had to wake up and went down and packed our luggage and changed the room it was 4am, and when we asked them about refund, they said contact Expedia first so we had to deal with that in early morning couldn't sleep at all, ruined the next day plan and also had to drive high way with super tiredness for 3hours. and now they ignore my email, doesn't care customer safety and inconvenience. please imagine when you are sleeping the ceiling falls down with big dirty water. They even don't care maintenance for old facilities. 5stars hotel??? haha no way

The hotel in its self was very beautiful but on arrival we were scheduled to check in at 1500 but due to system errors we were made to wait almost two hours after our scheduled check in time which was very frustrating and there were not enough attendance at the front counter to support checking in personnel it was a very big back up

Firstly I honestly loved to stay at this hotel because of high rise room and smoking indoor of the room. So i booked this hotel again after few month later, i required the receptionist that i wanted a smoking room via online but they didnt inform us that the policy and regulation has implemented that smoklng is not allowed in all the room after only checking in. If i had known about that new policy, i would not booked this hotel. And the service seems not good is that compared to my last stay especially those receptionist/counters who are unfriendly and no one was there at night sometimes and even we called the receptionist but no one answered... Wondering what were the receptionists doing at the wee hours??? Lastly, these essential toilet never top up after day by day and we asked them to top up like shampoo, shaver since 4 days, so frustrating... We would not book this hotel again in future. Best to you

La habitación aunque le hace falta una reforma es muy amplia y cómoda. Muy bien insonorizada y con buenas vistas. El personal es súper amable y el hotel está muy bien situado. It is old-school luxury and that's why I love this hotel. The room is very spacious, quiet (even though fronting a main road), with nice gym and spa. Connectivity is good too - I can walk to the monorail, LRT and MRT, all within easy reach. Definitely recommended!

Hot water system was not working in my room and I ended up inside a cold shower. After reporting the issue I was told to wait till next day in order to change the room. Next day I was offered a smoking room which I rejected. After waiting hours in lobby I was given another room but that was a twin bed room and not what I had ordered. This hotel is FAR from any major shopping malls. In order to get to KLCC you need to first take the monorail and then walk 30 minutes.

Easy access to public transportation. Good shopping, restaurant and fast food options. Pool was nice, but outdoors and it was pretty hot. I could not figure out how to turn on the spa. Gym facilities were quite nice, Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of Eastern and Western foods.

Das Personal war freundlich und höchst professionell. Das Frühstück ist weltklasse, von Sushi bis traditionell, dafür 5 Sterne. Konstruktive Kritik: Im Bad waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Außerdem wären ein paar Shampoofläschchen für die Badewanne nicht schlecht. So musste man sich selbst etwas organisieren, weil die in der Dusche fest angebracht waren.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on a family holiday. The hotel is good with good room size. However, the services are quite disappointing. After we checked in, we noticed that there were no towels. We have to ask for them. They brought the towels, but didn't bring the bath mat and I have to ask for it again. Next day, they cleaned the room, but didn't fill up the soap and shampoo bottles. We have to ask for it again. Similarly, for breakfast, you have to stand in the queue for 10 to 15 minutes before being seated. You should avoid this hotel, if you can as there are plenty of options around this area and the KL city.

Had a fabulous stay. Booked the club room which gives access to club lounge which provides snacks, drinks throughout the day and cocktails in the evening. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen with an international selection. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing considering we were in the middle of a city. Easy access to transport. Would suggest get the Grab app which is a cost effective way to get around

Check in and out is very slow, rooms are big but bathroom is old, broken sink glue together , ants running around, shower room floor is very slippery with no handles to hold on if you fall, only provide one face towel and one medium towel every day but three bath towels, food in the executive lounge is very bad, not fresh! I would rate it a three star hotel! Public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty!

Overall experience is ok despite that it is a bit dated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon was very cold. However, there are times when it felt that the Air-conditioning was Off. Perspired in the night. Shower equipment and bidet could have been more friendly. Need to have a modern hot cold mixer and bidet should be lever on/off. Reaching to turn on n off the valve is not friendly. Interior is like a grand old dame. Nice but can be polished up to look more grand. Carrot cake was wonderful but took a long time to arrive with the birthday greetings.

I really enjoyed my stay yet again was well and truly made to feel at home. The Consierge team went out of their way to arrange a trip to a remote village I wished to visit and Chef Moran and his team presented some delicious food.
