Stayed at this property for a week. House keeping was a hit or a miss depending on who did it. One female worker in the lounge was very unfriendly we tried to avoid if she was working but the other lounge staff were excellent. Front desk staff very friendly and great at organising trips for you. Train station attached to property was very easy to use. Pool is good for a city hotel but pool staff unfriendly and service not great. Breakfast in the hotel is great but the other restaurant/ bar area are very expensive and often don’t have available what’s on the menu. We found Mon-Thurs hotel full of business people and functions and Frid/Sun was very busy with families for the weekend. We did enjoy our stay but would not choose this hotel again. We have stayed in much better 5* hotels.

駅からすぐの立地ですので最高でした。部屋の設備は新築ではないが掃除行き届いています。朝食の種類も豊富でした。スタップ全員が親切で感謝しております。ただ2点の改善を期待しています。 1.プールの更衣室を完備してほしい。 2.エクスペディアで支払った部屋料金以外に、レストランとミニバーの利用があったので精算時に二度三度も料金が間違いされ、100MR以上も差が生じ，部屋に表示された料金表と違うじゃないかと指摘しなければ高くなったままで払ったに違いありません。その上、3泊各日10MR税金も追加され理解に苦しい。仮に部屋代以外に利用がなければそのままチェックアウトできるだろうに，現にその時間台に別の客もそうでした。料金の高低ではなく、信頼に関わる問題なので、利用時に注意してほしい。ちなみにチェックアウトの日付は2025/1/25/5:30でした。

Great business hotel that is next to most transit options in KL including the KLIA Express train, the easiest and fastest way to the airport. Family enjoyed the pool with water slide, and service was excellent. One of the better hotel gyms around.

Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. Then of course the hotels breakfast, which offered a variety of food (local, western, Indian). Despite the hotel location in the intersection of busy city roads, you can easily access malls, garden and other places via conveniently located passes. The best of all we loved the gym and sauna with the steam rooms. The gym is well equipped.

Thrilling experience for this stay from FO check in to check out very professionally executed. Special thanks to Farah Front office by ensuring my rooms are feather item free and 2 hard pillow was placed in prior to my check in. On 25/5 Housekeeping the male Nepalnese (team leader i presumed) was very attentive and attention to detail by showing me the room feature especially lighting switch to which i have trouble to locate for the first night, he keeps checking about my well being because he saw my feet got burnt marks by hot water. The room is very clean and neat as per my liking. Pool was outstanding but 1 family of 6 (local) brought in mcd, coffee, donuts at the raised deck opposite the toilet was very annoying, leaving rubbish behind, pool staff trying to talk to him but he kept argued. Signboard stated clearly no outside food! Breakfast was so basic but good. Again hightea set in lobby lounge never disappointed me, making me coming back for more. Pastries and savory bites are superb this time. I got 2 jungle bird glass , very unique. Im coming back again in June 25 and reservation been confirmed. My family very happy for this stay. Thank you so much for Ms Farah, Housekeeping and lobby lounge both ladies (one lady with spec chinese and malay ladies) making your hotel guests experienced a memorable and thrilling encountered. Thank you n im coming to have hightea again today 25/5/25 and in June as well.!!!!

I was relatively disappointed with my stay in Hilton KL Sentral. The hotel was fully booked for the week (10th-14th June) and was unable to accommodate early check in. Disappointingly, they did not provide updates unless you have checked in. This is understandable since they are running at maximum capacity. The room was not very clean as I found a used cotton bud behind the dustbin. To my disappointment, during check out at the concierge, one of the reception staff had allowed a Caucasian to cut our queues to be served by the concierge staff first. It was absolutely disappointing as they are not taking all guests fairly. It was absolutely disappointing that they had allowed a Caucasian to be prioritised and served first in a big hotel chain like, Hilton.

Dear General Manager, I wish to formally highlight a serious maintenance issue encountered during my recent stay. The shower head was clogged with black mould and grime, which was highly unhygienic, and the shower drainage was not functioning properly. Although I acknowledge and appreciate the engineering staff for promptly repairing the drainage and replacing the shower head, this marks the second occurrence within the same year that I have experienced bathroom defects. This is particularly disappointing as I had informed the reservation team prior to check-in and requested that these issues be addressed in advance. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously, resulting in repeated dissatisfaction due to defects in the same area. This indicates a need for stronger preventive maintenance and improved internal communication. Nevertheless, I would like to commend the Housekeeping team for their excellent work. Due to my allergy to feather dust, the room was prepared with minimal dust and thoroughly sanitised. The room attendant and Supervisor Ram were especially attentive and ensured my room met my specific requirements. Their professionalism is greatly appreciated. I trust that this feedback will be reviewed seriously and that corrective actions will be taken to prevent recurrence.

Near to KL Sentral. Took the KLIA express to the KL Sentral, and walked to the hotel in 5 min. Checked in at 12 pm although official check-in time was 3 pm; much appreciated. My room was at level 14 - no nice view; room was fairly big and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately, found the light switches not conveniently placed, ie no switch at the bed side to turn off the lights at night. Toilet was clean, with basic toiletry items. Toilet door was a sliding one, which was quite tight and difficult to slide, and it did not close completely, with a small gap. Breakfast was great, with an acceptable wide spread. Overall, like the place, and will definitely recommend to others.

I used to love staying at this hotel, unfortunately it’s now tired and dated. Public areas are nice but rooms are cramped and poorly laid out. Booked a family room which was actually just 2 rooms with interconnecting doors. Pool area is great and restaurants are too, LeMeridien shares facilities but has much better / more up to date rooms.

All in all a nice property. It’s adjacent to Stesen Sentral so you can hear train noise. After a while it becomes background noise, however. I interacted with two people at the concierge desk. One was friendly and could not do enough for you. The other was competent in offering directions, but could have been more diplomatic. I do not think it was intentional but his tone could be interpreted as condescending to some foreigners. The main restaurant is massive. The food is average. The breakfast buffet is extensive, something for everyone. I ordered from the menu in a couple of instances and chose the buffet in others. I wonder if the restaurant is just to big to provide quality meals.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you.

First time staying at Hilton KL and was pleasantly surprised! Good accessibility to KL Sentral station and walking distance to the Nu Sentral mall. Location is superb! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. Reception not accommodative.We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. One for us and another one for kids but both were located very far away and on the opposite sides.Mentioned it to reception on the first few days and they responded saying they will put in a request but never heard back .So overall not a nice experience for us.All other staff were wonderfull.

The customer service was exemplary. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was delightful - very powerful. It was just over the road from Sentral station which was convenient getting the train to and from the airport. The hotel has excellent views and we appreciated these in our executive suite on 33rd floor. The hotel also went to great measures to celebrate my daughter's birthday - a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for this. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. In a city bursting with hotels striving to deliver decent service, this one seems to have prioritized cost-cutting over guest comfort, treating people like mere numbers in a queue. Check-In: No Welcome, Just a Queue From the moment I arrived, there was no warm greeting ,just the impersonal feeling of being another body in line. The front desk staff processed me efficiently but with zero hospitality. The Room: Nice View, Missing Basics The room itself was acceptable, with a pleasant city view. However, when I wanted a quick bath after a long day, there was no soap in the bathroom. A basic amenity missing? Already a red flag. In-Room Service ("Magic"): Attitude and Endless Delays I pressed the in-room "Magic" service button to request soap. After 1 hour and 30 minutes with no delivery, I called the duty manager directly. It took another 35 minutes on hold to reach him. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. I remembered abundant fresh products; now, it felt limited and cheap. The juice was watery,tasteless with sugar, the filtered water had a strange smell.On my second night, the toilet inexplicably clogged.pressed "Magic" again—same scripted response, same attitude..

there are many things that we were so impressed by, from their attention to details to their unmatched hospitality in addition to their top tier In room dining and restaurant experience. one thing of note, that we were really grateful for, was when they were generous with their early check in policy, they allowed us to come in 4 hours early on the account of our little infant, we would have to spend time outside until 3pm if it wast because of the initiative of the front desk staff, we were so happy to say the least.

My wife and I just stayed for 9 nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur with a trip to Penang breaking the stays. On both occasions we stayed in an executive room with access to the executive lounge. It was great for the most part and we actually changed our booking from the Mandarin to Hilton based on our first experience. However, sadly, when it came to our last night (30th August) we were turned away at the entrance to the Executive Lounge because it was at full capacity! We were offered to be put on a list and we would need to return to our room and wait to receive a call if/when space became available. We were told that there were already quite a number of people waiting and it was hinted that it wouldn't be worth it. Our last night and we were turned away. It ruined our entire experience of Hilton KL and that is our lasting memory of it. Very sad. Customers need to know that even if they pay for executive lounge access, they may not get it. Hilton really should ensure they have capacity in their lounge rather than just take bookings and hope not everyone turns up. We ended up going to the lobby and having drinks and relaxing which was at our own expense. Why not offer complimentary drinks at the lobby if capacity is reached rather than sending people back to their rooms in in the hope they get a call back. We gave feedback to a lady at check in as we were leaving and she tried to tell us we didn't have lounge access because we'd booked it through a third party. Nonsense.

Overall the rooms and amenities are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Mr Ariff from concierge who was the staff out greeted us was helpful and gave us the the good vibes to make our stay even more memorable. Bad experience at the stay. I ordered a vegan burger for dinner - the patty was frozen, straight out of the freezer, hard as a rock. Forget about it being fresh. The plumbing in the room stopped working in the morning. No running water; no flush. Overall, a bad experience
