This was a very relaxing stay with pool, spa and gym to attend each day. Laundry facilities included and the bar and grill served fabulous food. The pizzeria was also a fabulous quick alternative for dinner. Love this place!

Stayed here in May and found it to be a generally pleasant experience. The property is a bit older and felt quite chilly during this time of year - there is a small heater and electric blankets but still pretty chilly. On the plus side, the villa was clean and well-kept, with convenient amenities. Easy parking was a bonus, and we appreciated having dining options both on-site and nearby at the casino. The main downside was that we couldn’t get the TV to work in the villa, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, a solid stay for the price.

Check in was sub par, we received no information re room and layout (the extra bed was in the wall) After a long day travelling we were exhausted and there was no way to tell the bed was in the wall. I had booked and paid for two adults and a 13 year old and payment for the three of us was taken out of my account. Then when we were checking out we were told we had to pay for our son again even though the charges for him were processed in the my original payment. I was really disappointed! Customer service was like I’d disturbed them and definitely not welcomed or given a nice send off. The nicest people were the cleaners, they were lovely and waved and said hello, It was the first positive welcome we received.

We got in late, and they were great to work with us, and shuttle us from the casino out to our villa and back again in the morning for breakfast. The reception at the casino called one of the restaurants in house and asked them if they could stay open and make us some food, since we hadn't been able to eat since that morning. The reception at the villas worked with us on our check out since we had to go pick up our hired car, and we got back a little later than check out time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We got some really helpful information from Matt, our shuttle driver, about places to see and where to eat. Overall, a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend, and definitely stay here again!

A poor welcome due to cold and unresponsive receptionist. All our 2 bedroom windows of our bungalow were up against a shipping container, spoiling the golf course views. On mentioning this to the receptionist, we were smiled at, no more and ahh well.

Ideally located in a quiet suburb just outside of Launceston and offers various dining options both onsite and at the main Links Golf Club, just down the road. As a travelling family we were comfortable in the three bedroom villa, and were greeted in the morning by the local friendly ducks at the front door, which was a nice surprise for the kids. The villa was clean and in good condition, just showing a bit of age with the decor and colour scheme.

Looks nice on photos.Old property in need of maintenance. Nicotene smell in unit that has been masked with overpowering deodoriser. Smokers stainless steel ashtray outside door is a clear sign that even if someone smokes at the door and it’s raining there is no cover the smoke comes into the unit. It’s a tradies stopover accommodation,sports bar on site. Pizza overpriced and not that good.

Nice place. Golf course wasn't open which we didn't know about (Expedia doesn't say anything) luckily we weren't there for the golf club. Seems to be just a retirement village style accommodation but served us well. The restaurant on the property was great (the kids club/room needed a good clean and Toy overhaul) and the food was decent. Price was ok but could have been a little cheaper due to the course not being up and running. They do also have a shuttle bus that ran every 30min up to the main club house where the casino is nd more ammenities We would return if in Launceston again with or without the golf course

It was a special trip for my wife's birthday. The accommodation was fabulous, very clean and Bolters restaurant was also very nice. Had dinner at the terrace restaurant as well. The food and service was great but before going to the club I had been asked via email if this was a special occasion and i had advised that it was my wife's 75th birthday. However I didn't understand why I was asked as no mention was made of if when we dined.
