Friendly neighborhood, restaurants in walking distance and Claro phone services. There wasn't ac, there was a fan. The room and washrooms are nice. There is a mini fridge but you need to plug it in. The property has a friendly dog and greenery/green house area. Sometimes the dog pees there and does it's business. Maybe better training of the dog would be good. It would also be nice if staff was at the front desk more as sometimes WhatsApp messages take a long time for a response or non-response I'm not sure if it was because of Easter, but the church across the street was very loud even at 2am Friday to Sunday morning. The streets were full of church goers so I assume there was an event. Had I known, I wouldn't have stayed there.

The room was infested with 100’s of bugs. I had to book another place to stay that for the 4 nights I was in San Jose. First time I’ve ever not stayed at the place I booked. Do not book here.

Overall, everything was very good. The place was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Breakfast was quite simple, but overall the stay was great value for the price. The staff were very good، professional, polite, and respectful. They were a bit reserved in their manner, but still courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place, especially considering the cleanliness and value.
