The hotel has excellent facilities, it's based in a quiet location if you want a good sleep, the lifts and the air conditioning both work fine. There are lots of shops, markets and eateries all around the hotel. The area also has a metro and a ferry port.

Great location. Close to metro, ferries, busses. Very walkable to food, coffee and shopping. It’s a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Modern room and bathroom. Even tho we were the floor above the coffee shop it was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The Bosphorus could be seen from the window (there was a building right across from us but off to the side was the Bosphorus). Definitely will stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was an utterly frustrating experience, marred by an uncomfortable room and unhelpful staff. Upon checking in, I found the room unbearably hot, stuck at a stifling 28°C. I immediately contacted the staff, who promised to address the issue. However, after waiting for some time, there was no change in the temperature. When I followed up, they dismissively claimed that cooling the room further would make it "too cold," which I found absurd. I insisted they adjust it, and they agreed, but by nighttime, the room was still a sweltering 27.2°C—barely cooler than before, despite the outside temperature being a comfortable 23°C. Exasperated, I requested a refund to leave the hotel, only to be told I’d be charged for two days regardless. This felt like a dishonest tactic to trap guests into staying. The staff’s lack of accountability and the malfunctioning air conditioning turned what could have been a decent stay into a complete letdown. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until they prioritize guest comfort and transparency. The location is perfect, and I suspect they are selling you the location, not the room or the service.

The Hotel is brand new, now 34 days old, so everything is brand new. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful, always smiling and wanting to please. Some of them speak English , so it is easy to communicate. It's location is perfect, in the heart of the action in Uskudar, and a stone's throw from the Bosphorus, and tons of restaurants and cafes around. Some rooms have the view of the Bosphorus. Rooms are modest in size with very adequate bathrooms. 2 major mosques are less than a 100 yds away. Tge famous Mustafa Hakizade desert shop is a must, 120 yds away. Some construction and remodeling is being done in the common sitting area and is almost completed. Will stay here the next time also if I need a hotel.

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend, ist jedoch mit dem Auto nur schwer erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es allerdings zwei Parkmöglichkeiten, wo man sein Auto gegen Gebühr abstellen kann. Zu Fuß ist das Hotel problemlos erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Hafen – die Aussicht vom Zimmerfenster ist großartig. Direkt vor dem Hotel befinden sich zudem mehrere sehr gute Restaurants mit fairen Preisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit der Fähre ist mit direkt an der Europäischen Seite.

Yastık kılıfları ve yastıklar çok kalitesizdi. Yatak başı ışıkları ve bir çok pirizde elektrik yoktu. Resepsiyonda sadece tek bir görevli olduğu için kendisi bize ancak gece 10'dan sonra yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi.

Great location, clean rooms, new furniture, very helpful staff. Only issue was that the rooms were to hot due to central heating. You can’t sleep without opening the windows, and if you open them, you can’t sleep because of street noises.

Litt støvete rom, men ellers rent. Veldig bra beliggenhet. Noen av resepsjonistene var litt uprofesjonelle, men det kommer kanskje av uerfarenheten deres fordi mange av dem var ganske unge.

This is our favourite hotel in Istanbul. We have stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms. Rooms are not large but very comfortable and modern. We love the proximity to metro and ferries. Easy to get around. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Just walk out the door and there are Lots of shops and dining options or stroll along the Bosphorus. There is a good cup of coffee next to the hotel at MOC coffee.

Super cool spot overlooking the Bosphorus, modern and new rooms, great location next to cafes and restaurants and also 3 mins from the metro. Best of all, super helpful staff. 5 stars from me. TOP TIP - get a deluxe room on the 3rd floor or higher with Bosphorus views.

The hotel was new and clean, great location. Only issue is on Expedia it says queen bed and the photos show it as a lot larger. We got a double bed and apparently all rooms only have a double bed. The room was very very small. Disappointed in that as we couldn’t fit our standard luggage etc. But again very nice and clean and great location.

This is our favourite hotel in Istanbul. We have stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms. Rooms are not large but very comfortable and modern. We love the proximity to metro and ferries. Easy to get around. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Just walk out the door and there are Lots of shops and dining options or stroll along the Bosphorus. There is a good cup of coffee next to the hotel at MOC coffee.

Yastık kılıfları ve yastıklar çok kalitesizdi. Yatak başı ışıkları ve bir çok pirizde elektrik yoktu. Resepsiyonda sadece tek bir görevli olduğu için kendisi bize ancak gece 10'dan sonra yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi.

Great location. Close to metro, ferries, busses. Very walkable to food, coffee and shopping. It’s a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Modern room and bathroom. Even tho we were the floor above the coffee shop it was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The Bosphorus could be seen from the window (there was a building right across from us but off to the side was the Bosphorus). Definitely will stay again.

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend, ist jedoch mit dem Auto nur schwer erreichbar. The hotel has excellent facilities, it's based in a quiet location if you want a good sleep, the lifts and the air conditioning both work fine. There are lots of shops, markets and eateries all around the hotel. The area also has a metro and a ferry port.

Relatively modern hotel in a great location in central Üsküdar, close to all the amenities such as train/metro, food, shopping, boats across to the other side or tour boats etc. Staff are friendly and helpful - the ‘only better if’ would be that it needs a little fixing here and there were things have been damaged or not working.
