The Falls Hotel & Inn

The pool is extremely dirty. It was so murky you could not see when swimming in it. My son had toys he would throw and then find them in the pool. It was very hard to find them as the water was dirty.

I had a good stay there. I enjoyed the sauna the Jacuzzi and the pool. I had a nice big room that was good for my family. My closet was also large. My room had a Jacuzzi in the tub. The parking which is not included was reasonable for the falls. There’s a lot of stuff close by. It’s quick ride to Luckys car wash. The barrel Museum is not far away. The rooms are a little bit older, but I like having the big space I would come again. The staff was great.

Great hotel, nice room, the bathroom need a little love but good. Nice pool, spa and sauna, everything work great but pool a little to cold. And open at 9am. Would be nice open around 7am

Every time I book every year the pool and hot tub and sauna are always shut down. I book specifically for them and the walkable distance to the Clifton hill.

Parking should have been included with the booking and 20$ parking was too much.. at $10 it would be a bit reasonable... stayed at different inns or hotels near cliffton hill n parking was either free when booked or around 10$... 20$ a day parking for a client stayed on your property is not really pleasing

Property very dated. Stayed in tower for easier acces to pool 9n winter.Pool temperature was cool, pool towels very small. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Priced accordingly

Location is great. View from balcony also great. When I called in prior of arriving asking if we can do a late checkout by one hour, I was told that it will be not a problem and no cost but I have to ask at the front desk when we arrive. Once we arrived, the front desk person had a negative attitude and said late checkout is possible but for a fee. My kids were super excited about the pool but the water was very cold. My daughter's foot got cut on something in the pool (2cm cut, plenty of blood). Some other family saw this happening and told us that their son and daughter also got cut the day before in the same area of the pool. Reading other reviews of this hotel, sounds like there was broken glass in it. Also the floor around the pool is uneven - tripping hazard. Same goes to the floor on the balcony. Tiles are broken and wiggly - tripping hazard especially when you are watching fireworks at night. We've spent over three hundred per night but the hotel looks dated and in need of maintenance. Bathroom door paint was just peeling away. Great spot, great view, but not much of anything else. Very disappointed with the pool.

Pool was drained and iut of service. When asking for a pitcher of water it was not provided.

Hallways were dirty and hotel felt aged. Room we had was ok. Once we got to our room there was a note stating that there is no house keeping, bathroom was dirty and with 5 people staying in the room for 6 days I’m sure you can see why no house keeping was an issue. We ended up having to get new towels every day and no old ones were taken so by the end of day 6 with 5 towels per day not the best thing and the smell from the wet towels started to stink, same as garbage. Had a full sized garbage bag that we had to ask for and it just sat in our room for the 6 days we were there. Shower curtain holder was drown at one end and almost fell out. Seemed to be an issue/ inconvenience to get new towels or amenities, had to even as for toilet paper ( wife was not very happy that we were at a hotel and feels like she is having to keep track of thing not really a vacation in her eyes) I have the same opinion. I get it if it was only 1 or 2 nights but nothing for 6 days was a little crazy. Also apparently you can’t wear t shirts in the pool. My son is a bit on the bigger aside and doesn’t feel comfortable without his shirt on but that was an issue.

Room do seem clean, but wasn't at its best, towels doesn't seem clean, overall wasn't the great room. They charged us for the sleepers which we did not used, plastic wrap was so thin it got open but we left them be, but they still charged us so be careful if you don't want to use them don't touch them. Also there was some shampoo bottles mixed with water like someone just put water in it not shampoo. Overall it was not good experience

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. We booked for 3 nights (July 29–August 1) but checked out after just one night (July 30) because the conditions were completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had prepaid through Expedia and are now out of that money as well. The room was infested with ants, the bathroom tub was covered in pink bacteria, and the shower curtain was filthy from top to bottom. The wallpaper was stained and peeling, the ceiling had multiple rough and unfinished plaster patches, and even the floor lamp was rusted. The pull-out bed had broken springs, the sheets were stained, and the entire room smelled musty and unclean. It felt old, neglected, and extremely poorly maintained. What should have been a 4-day family vacation with our three children turned into just 1 day because of how bad the conditions were. We left feeling completely disappointed and frustrated, not only because our trip was ruined, but also because we are now out the money we spent on this awful experience. Suggestions: This property needs a complete overhaul. Management must address the pest infestation, thoroughly deep-clean all rooms and bathrooms, replace stained and damaged furniture and linens, repair unfinished ceilings and peeling wallpaper, and properly inspect rooms before guests arrive. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and unfortunately, this stay fell far below that standard.

The room was so cold for winter the heater fan was working not the actual heater came out the window is freaking cold because the curtain was too short to cover the window. The floor is dusty and the counter . Need some improvement and proper cleaning. Thanks anyways last thing the parking is not free and the slipper needs to pay unlike the other hotels I used to go in there .

Very tired property. Damaged and broken furniture, peeling off wallpaper, mould around the tub, dirty fridge The pool water was cloudy and murky-definitely ended to be treated.

This is *FALSE ADVERTISING!* I don't know how there aren't more bad reviews. The "new" tower was built in the early 2000s and the only things that have even been updated are the floors and door locks. The bathroom is old, dirty and moldy. The paint is old, the jets in the tub are moldy and there is a vent in the ceiling that is visibly caked with dirt and mold. They are literally hiding health hazards and Tanya got annoyed that I didn't try to get help like changing rooms or someone coming to actually wipe the dust off of the surfaces.. but just like the minor cosmetic "renovation" they did didn't fix the issues of the old gross building. Definitely not worth the money except the view of the fireworks for 5 minutes. Even the pillows & beds were over 2 decades old which you'd think would be an automatic reno. Especially if you have sensitivities to mold, dust and old buildings, DON'T STAY HERE. Even after everything that was wrong & promising to waive the fee, the guy at the front desk also charged me $16 for checking out at 11:56 instead of 11:30.

The location and cleanliness is great and cannot complain (although the carpets were rather dirty my sons feet were black after walking around the room). If that’s all that you are looking for then would recommend the stay. The reason for only giving three stars is the state of the room and building as well as the checkin process. Maintenance really needs to step up their game, the geyser needs to be replaced as most mornings we had a cold shower and checkin needs to be streamlined. However, as our biggest concern was cleanliness and location we will probably stay there again.

Staff very courteous, bed comfortable. Pillows left a lot to be desired. Don’t feel you need to charge for parking. Very quiet, nice view from Tower room 601. Have stayed her multiple times.

My main door wasn’t closing and called the receptionist and they advised it will be fix next day - never got fixed . Chair attached to coffee table is broken , another broken chair. Washroom door requires pant. Cracked in wash basin - TV remote was broken and TV was 24 inches non functional

Room was spacious and clean, the hotel is walking distance to Clifton Hill and tons of eating options available nearby which is always a plus when traveling with kids.

Room is good price good view. Could use abit of an update. Tv very small and closet door broken and no backing on remote control. But we were only in room to sleep. So it was good enough.

Requested ground level was up 2 flights of stairs,😞 had underground parking my car got broken into. Walls are thin heard people below us all night longunderground p

The property was extremely noisy as the rooms next door had a huge party. We asked the staff to move us to a new room due to the noise complaint but they refused to help unless I paid an “upgrade” fee. Overall, not at all satisfied with my stay or the staff.

Great hotel and great price. We stayed in the tower in a 2 queen family suite with pull out couch and the room was huge. Hotel had indoor pool but we didnt use it. Room was clean, shower pressure was good for hair washing, beds were comfortable, parking was easy and underground, staff was nice, I would definitely stay again. They also had 8.99 on sight breakfast that looked good, but didnt try that either. Hotel is very close to the top of clifton hill.

This hotel was a good location and in walking distance of the falls. It was overall clean. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was their was no outlets not being used and there was no microwave.

Staff was friendly. Especially Gavin who checked us in early. Always makes us feel welcome

It was a disappointing experience. I was charged for a late checkout even though I was only 25-30 minutes late. This has never happened before, and I’ve been visiting Niagara Falls for over 12 years. All the other hotels I’ve stayed at have allowed at least a 1-hour grace period. The hotel management claimed it was Expedia’s policy.

The staff was super rude. She gave us so much attitude and we didn’t even end up staying there because she did not allow us and she didn’t want to give us a refund.

We got the room we always get which we like and is super convenient for us since we drive. the front desk reps are always so welcoming and friendly.

The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this to everyone

Hotel was great ! Exceeded all expectations. But the true star was Sharon ! She was so helpful and accommodating, and most importantly she was super friendly! Shout outs to sharon ! I definitely will be coming back , thank you!

Unbelievably great experience. I am a recently new upper leg amputee and somehow the booking misunderstood my needs. The girl working the desk on Wednesday days upgraded our room so our stay would be comfortable. Can’t say enough words about the staff and the room. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to all Brian & Wendy

Every year me & my wife take a trip to Niagara Falls,we doing this for last 5 years & we always stay at Falls Inn .We enjoyed each & every moment it’s located very central excess to everything.

Price was great. Hotel needs renovations but we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and they offer a great deal on breakfast with the stay.

It was nice to be in walking distance to falls. It would have been nice to have gotten a discount at the cafe. Free parking would have nice. The hotel was nice. Would recommend to others.

The steakhouse next door, Remington’s, owned by The Falls Hotel, has an outstanding special meal for couples if used by 5:30 pm. The singing wait staff are really something great.

Everything was great , the rooms were fairly clean, carpets need shampooing. walls needed a dusting . But that is minor… But beds were clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant had great food. Prices for the room and restaurant were fair. Would definitely recommend.

They emailed and offered a breakfast package of a certain price for each person. Rant to us for not looking into it. We went to the restaurant and recieved the "normal menu" with prices, most under the "specific price". We provided them our voucher and they gave us a different menu with the same options with no price. They even had a bowl of cereal that would have cost the whole "specific price" of the voucher. Crooks. The room was big, but the wall paper was peeling, paint chipping off, the dressers had wood peeling off and looked lile they should have been in the garage, the chair was torn up and ripped so bad it should also have been in the garbage. We didnt use the pool because it was cloudy. They had a unreasonable parking charge. I would not recommend unless you like getting scammed and garbage furniture. I guess you pay for convenience of location

The vending machine for the water and other drinks was not available during our stay.I hope they can put up a drinking fountain or something like a corner where we can get drinkable water. The costing for the room is a bit pricey as well,I hope they will lessen the price for these types of rooms.

The property was very close and walkable to everything The breakfast at the restaurant was reasonably priced and varied.Our room was very spacious and clean the mattresses were a bit lumpy and pillows need to be replaced That being said we would still stay here again but next time I would ask for a room with better mattresses
