Asked for a room upgrade, cost was reasonable. Hotel is in the perfect location. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Hotel room was awesome, couldn't have asked for anything else. Really enjoyed our trip.

I was thrilled with everything about my room and stay. I splurged a bit to have a view of the falls and it was well worth it. The photo for my reservation matched the view exactly. We had an excellent view of the fireworks also. I slept great, it was quiet despite all the activities available both there and in the surrounding area. The staff are incredible.
