The water faucet in the sink barely worked. There was a pungent smell in our room (330). My moms room also had a terrible smell that was different than our room when we checked in.The pool area needed be maintained better. None of the bars that were advertised on the website opened during the entire stay. The staff was great and the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable.

Due to the short maintenance staff, the room could use a deep cleaning. However, Costumer service was superb.

Definitely an older hotel, but it was clean. I chose the suite because it had a separate room for my kids with a sofa bed. There were no sheets or blankets for the extra bed, we had to go down twice to ask for everything we needed. I was sent an email that let me choose a checkout time. I chose 11am as my kids had a very late night at a sporting event. At about 9:30am one of the staff came banging on the door, when I opened it he asked if we were "okay" and proceeded to walk away. This woke my kids up and was just very strange and unnecessary.

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was not friendly. I was given a garden view room but had NO IDEA that meant outside corridors. Please make that clear! I would never choose a room with outside access. They would not change my room either. Room has some issues: a hair on the inside of the shower curtain! Cleaning staff needs to clean the whole room! Generally dingy.
