普通のビジネスホテルと比べれば、とても快適でしたが、料金の高さを考えると物足りなさを感じました。コインランドリーが館内になく、10分歩いたところにしかないとのことでした。また、朝食はバイキングで品数豊富で味も良かったですが、3800円は高く感じました。あくまで私見ですが、高くても2000円くらいと思いました。

This hotel is like no other we’ve stayed at on our visit to Japan, it has an old feeling like something out of a 16 th century palace but not in a tacky way. The hotel was lovely and clean with inviting staff. Not 5 minutes from the hotel at basement level, there is a fantastic area full of small restaurants with delicious food, and a seven eleven, so handy. The only thing we felt was missing in my opinion was washing machine facilities. We’d stay here again in a heart beat.

We (2 adults & a 15 month old baby) stayed at this hotel during the last two weeks of the year. The best part would be the convenience in location and the staff. The front desk were professional and answered all of our questions. The housekeeping tidied our beds and dealt with the multiple wet diapers daily. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the west gate of Osaka train station and Kitte building, which has tons of restaurants and shops to visit. Its European style throughout was a nice change. Other than that we had some issues. First, certain descriptions were misleading. We booked this hotel on Expedia and one of the amenities was laundry. We assumed that meant a room with a washer and dryer for guests to use. It is actually a service where they charge an amount per item. If you don't want to go that route, you can walk 1km/0.6mi to the nearest laundromat. I wish things like this were specified in the description on Expedia. The single semi double bedroom was too small for 2 adults and a baby. There was very little floor space with 3 checked bags and a stroller. I don't know why Expedia stated 3 people could fit in here but that is untrue, I would stick with 1 person. Furniture and light fixtures had dust on top; the room lighting was dim. The mattress was very uncomfortable. All four pillows were not right: two had way too much stuffing, the other two had so little stuffing. There was a fee for little things like the front desk calling a taxi for you.

The hotel is well maintained and centrally located, the stuff is very nice and helpful, The room is too small for 3, not possible to open luggage. The location is central near Umeda/Nishi Umeda metro and Osaka stations but the location is very tricky to find in a place with near 70 different exits, the proximity to train comes with noise, our room was on the opposite side and we could feel shakes and noice each time train passes (it happens every 5 min starting 5 am…) it’s not the hotels fault but I wouldn’t stay again.

Did not use breakfast service. Do not book near Osaka Station thinking transportation will be easy. The station is massive with terrible signage. You will never find the correct exit for your hotel. Much more chaotic than any Tokyo station. Literally spent hours walking in circles. Do yourself a favor and pick any other area of the city for your hotel.

This place is right next to Osaka Station which made it easier for us to go any attractions in Osaka. Plus 6 minutes walk from the Limo Bus service stop. really convenient.

A unique hotel with old world charm. Room was small but comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. Entrance was a little hard to find but location is actually quite close to JR Osaka station once you figure out the right route. Also only a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus station.

普通のビジネスホテルと比べれば、とても快適でしたが、料金の高さを考えると物足りなさを感じました。コインランドリーが館内になく、10分歩いたところにしかないとのことでした。また、朝食はバイキングで品数豊富で味も良かったですが、3800円は高く感じました。あくまで私見ですが、高くても2000円くらいと思いました。

I just want to point out to parents that adjoining room is 2 rooms next door to each other. They are not connecting to each other with an interior door. This property doesn’t have connecting rooms but adjoining room only. The stay is fine but did not realize that the hotel is doing some wall painting work so the window and window shades have to be closed.

Although the rooms decor and furniture were showing their age and requires upgrade, the room was very clean. the bed and pillow were so comfortable. The smart TV was helpful with Netflix & Prime available. Breakfast is the best I have experienced yet in hotels in Osaka. A very large buffet style selection and large tables with table cloths and silver cutlery. Very nice indeed.

Loved this hotel!!! It’s charming, and everything about it was lovely. It is near the train station which was really convenient when we came and left. And from the hotel we walked or caught subways nearby to everything. The best meal I had during the entire trip was hotel breakfast buffet. I could write a novel about it. Also, my favorite hotel pajamas were here as well. The front desk staff were so wonderful! They gave us recommendations and helped us figure out a few issues we had … all with a smile and patience. I loved everything.
