Extremely clean. Extremely well kept. Each staff member is friendly and attentive. Especially Austin and Fabiola. Thank you so very much again.

Austin. The front desk manager. Has outdone himself yet again. I cant speak any higher about this fine young man. He is outgoing. Personable. Kind. Polite. Sweet. Authenticate. Real. He helps me every time with all my hotel accommodation each time i visit. Which is about 8 times per year. Thank you Austin !

The valet didn’t help me take any bags out of the car, there was a used q tip in the room when I arrived.
