The room was nice but that’s about it! The window view was the side of another close building, no sun. Outside the window on the ledge was caked with one inch high bird poop... disgusting! The entryway for self Parking to the hotel would only allow for one car in or out at a time... the other side was purposely blocked with something. The self parking fee is $50 per nite on the rooftop with a shabby old broken door maintenance entrance to get into the hotel. Of the two elevators only one was working and believe it or not they DO NOT have a SERVICE ELEVATOR!! So the housekeeping staff would shoehorn their towel cart in between the paying customers in the already crowded only elevator!! Imagine the entire hotel working with ONE ELEVATOR!! No exhaust fan in the bathroom and no bathroom cups. The shower amenities are attached to the shower wall... if you could figure out which one is which! Awful experience... Marriott you should be ashamed of your hotel!! 😟

I come to LA for business a few time a month. I LOVE staying at this location because I feel at home when I stay. I feel like this because of the Clean rooms, the Restraunt is nice , love the Gym & Yoga Classes but most of all the Staff. I appreciate the staff at the front desk, but I have to give FELIX a 5Star rating. Not only does he help me fully when I stay there but he remembers all of the things I like (the style & location of the room I like etc…..) when I show up , so I do not have to explain anything when I arrive, he also , always greets me with a big smile and says my name, as if he is truly happy to see me. It makes me not book at the other hotel that I use to stay at before staying at this location a few years back. Thank you FELIX and staff for making me feel at home anytime I visit. PS. I love that you offer NETFLIX as well. 😁

Parking is very confusing, inconvenient & expensive. Ramp goes up is narrow & circle around until you reach the 5th floor. No other exit! You can’t park when you check in unless you have a room key or valet park your car.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. TV was large, and difficult to reposition toward bed. Bathroom appointments incomplete eg. no wash clothes, tub. No gym or maps of the area for safe exercise. The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work. They did advise us ahead of time the issue with the key. However the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good-they could have a few more items. They only had valet parking because of the remodeling. However, they charged self-parking fees not valet fees. There was only one valet attendant and he worked very hard to get your car in and out. The location of this hotel is excellent. So all in all, I would recommend this hotel because the issues will all be resolved once the remodeling is complete.

Great updated hotel. Parking to check in was a little confusing, as there isn’t a grand entrance to the hotel, like most. Pull in at valet and entrance is there. Everything was great.

The valet guy was great. Front desk was adequate but when bar is closed front desk should be able to sell a bottle of beer. Other than that Hotel was exactly as expected

Lousy service altogether. Foul odor in the bedroom, especially in the bathroom. We reported it since arrival. Never fixed it. The couch mattress, a torture: old and rusty, wires coming off. Could not sleep. We stayed four days; not once they cleaned the room. Unfriendly breakfast staff: very rude and non skilled. The front desk was unable to address our concerns, and unwilling to offer any compensation at all for the aggravation and inconvenience. Worst hotel experience.

Our two bedroom two bathroom suite was wonderful! Very clean and freshly remodeled top to bottom. Even the showers in the bathrooms were brand new, which wasn't shown in the photos on this site. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I'm a pretty tough critic on matresses. My only gripe is regarding the in-room Keurig machines and Green Mountain coffee pods. But seriously, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while

The room was spacious, clean, and had a really nice view. The location is ideal if you need to be on the west side. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-In/Check out was a breeze. My ONLY complaint was there was no glassware in the kitchenette. Otherwise, its got what you need for a hotel stay.

Conveniently located close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Pleasant staff, clean facilities, calm and nice inside room. Only thing is the mattress on the sofa bed is thin though and was not comfortable for the kids.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled, clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby area was nicely laid out. Our one complaint is that while it is billed as a suites hotel with kitchenet, there were no glasses, silverware, plates, etc. provided - just four paper cups and some paper towels. While some of this was probably available upon request, the suite should have at least been stocked with water glasses, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. Also, with only two elevators it can be a bit of a wait when things are busy.

We had a great experience at the Hotel. Service was attentive and friendly The hotel is well-maintained and clean. Downsides -- not enough drawer space for three people for a fur-day stay. Our reservation was ffor 3 people but only 2 chairs in the room No Desk. In the 1 besroom suite, the sole bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom, not from the living room. There was a separate compartment for the shower and toilet, but no door!

The room was spacious, clean, and had a really nice view. The location is ideal if you need to be on the west side. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check-In/Check out was a breeze. The hotel is in a fantastic location right near Century City and Beverly Hills. The room was very clean The bedsheets were soft, but the bed itself felt lumpy. I think it’s time to buy new beds. The pillows weren’t so great either. The parking structure is old and at times difficult to navigate, but we always found a space. The staff was professional. Breakfast was Grab n’ Go and was not the best becuause the hotel was undergoing renovation. Some hard boiled eggs and yogurt would have been nice. I would recommend this hotel They are putting in a full service restaurant!

The breakfast is very poor, almost no choice. even boiled eggs are frozen from fridge. I have to warm it by hot water. only coffee and a little bread. it seems no fresh and warm stuff for morning.

All the staff was helpful and cheerful; from the valet, check in desk people, etc. The continental breakfast was kind of simple/ limited/ bland. It wasn't bad; it just was not spetacular. Some breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, coffees, yogurts, bananas, hardboiled eggs.

we booked with complimentary buffet breakfast, but due to the change they gave us $10 voucher that's after we asked them. Each item in the menu was at least $20 and there were four of us. We sat and ordered food and it took soo long to come and they brought one dish after 20 min they brought other dish.

I love the hotel and the room, the amenities as the fridge, the space, i love it, i didnt like that the guy of the bar arrived very late each day, and there is not that much of variety in the food of breakfast. But everything out of that was great!

The hotel in ungoing renovations so there were 3 breakfast options and you had to order it the night before. No workout facilities but I think they would let you use the workout room across the street. I stayed in 1 room with my 2 20 something year old daughters. It was too tight for 3 people. The bathroom door opens outward so you need to be sure nobody it’s standing at the sink. My one daughter said the pull out couch was okay to sleep on. It’s fine for 1 person.
